"Da Da!" Raelyn shouted running to me.

I bent down to her level and scooped her up in my arms.

"Hey FatFat." I smiled kissing all over her face.

I threw her up in the ear and then caught her making her burst into a fit of giggles.

"Miss you." She giggled holding my face.

"I missed you more baby." I said kissing her cheek.

I walked us into the kitchen to see what Lex was doing.

"Waddup sis." I said kissing her cheek.

"Wassup, everything went okay?" She asked stirring whatever that was in the pot.

"Yea Seem was starting to get sad when you ain't show up, but Reagan came just in time." I shrugged.

"She looked good as fuck." I mumbled.

"Mhm I helped her get dressed." She smirked.

I rolled my eyes and tried to put Raelyn down on a chair. Of course she tightened her legs around my torso.

"You know she ain't gone wanna leave you." Alexis chuckled.

"Facts." I mumbled.

"Where stank and Ari?" I asked.

"Arielle in the tub, and Nyla at Kambree house." She replied.

"You talking bout her new friend?"

"Yea, she spending the night at her house." Alexis responded.

I scrunched my face cause who gave her permission to do that. "Says who?"

"Says me nigga, and her mama." Alexis mugged.

I smacked my lips. "Whatever."

"FatFat what's going on with your hair?" I chuckled looking at her messy bun.

"Ma Ma do my hair." She frowned playing on my phone.

"Reagan staying with her tonight?" I asked

"Nope." She replied popping the P.

My eyebrows scrunched together in confusion. "So where she gone be at?"

"Nigga I don't know." Alexis smirked.

"Lex I know you know where she be." I groaned.

"Oh yea you right, but ain telling you." She shrugged.

"Bet, I'll ask somebody else." I said shrugging my shoulders.

I turned Raelyn around so that she was now facing me. "FatFat where you and mama stay?"

She giggled and started playing with my hair.

"Eat Eat." She shouted.

"You such a dumbass, you do realize she only three." Alexis snickered.

"Man shutup she was about to say something." I waved her off.

I looked back at Raelyn as she held a frown on her face. "What's wrong?"

"Eat Eat!" She shouted

"In a minute, but where do you and mommy stay? Y'all stay in a house ?" I asked her.

She began to start smiling making me do the same.

"We stay barbie house." She grinned.

"Huh? Y'all stay in a barbie house?" I asked her.

"No barbie stay in house." She said slapping my face.

My jaw dropped and I put her down.

"What the hell she talking about?" I asked scratching my neck.

"Nigga she saying barbie stay in a barbie house." Alexis chuckled.

"What that gotta do with Reagan?" I frowned.

"Nigga I don't know you talking to her like she understand you. She don't understand them big ass sentences." She laughed

"Hey Uncle Mari." Arielle smiled walking into the family room.

"Hey Ari, you tryna make some money?" I asked.

She quickly nodded her head holding her hand out.

"Where yo TT Reagan stay?" I asked bribing her with $20.

"Nigga don't bribe my baby, she don't even know what you talking about." Alexis mugged throwing the dish towel at me.

I smacked my lips and handed Arielle the money anyway.

"You supposed to be my sister." I sighed looking at Lex.

"And you right I am your sister; however, I promised Reagan and I wouldn't dare tell you something that she asked me not to unless she was in a harmful situation." She shrugged going back to the kitchen.

"Whatever." I mumbled.

Alexis came back in with two princess plates and her plate.

"Where mines?" I frowned.

"Boy you a grown ass man, you better go fix it yourself." She stated eating her food.

After fighting the air for a minute I went to fill my plate up with the Shrimp Alfredo.

I went back into the family room and sat back in my seat.

"Da Da eat eat." Raelyn whined walking to me with her plate.

I sighed and put my plate on the coffee table. I carefully took her plate from her hands and sat her on my lap to help her eat.

"Hm, do it like this and put it in your mouth." I instructed.

She repeated after me dropping noodles and sauce everywhere. She finally was able to get a shrimp in her mouth.

"Look at her making a damn mess." Alexis mumbled.

"I'll clean it up." I said.

"Sorry we're late, he didn't want to leave the restaurant." Reagan whispered holding a sleeping Ja'Seem.

"You good, you can lay him on that couch." I yawned letting her in.

She walked over to the couch and carefully layed Ja'Seem down. After he was in a comfortable position she put a blanket over him.

I noticed she had on our matching crocs and her hair was now pulled back in a low ponytail.

"Where's Raelyn?" She asked softly.

"She in the bed with Ari." I replied staring at her.

An awkward silence fell over and we both just stood there.

"W-Well I have to go." She mumbled trying to walk past me.

I grabbed her arm softly and turned her back around. "Can we talk now?"

She looked down and I noticed her face getting wet.

"I-I'm not ready."

I sighed and ran my hand down my face. "It's been almost past 3 weeks."

"I know, Jamari you hurt me, I-I'm just not ready." She sniffled.

"What do I have to do? I'll do it. I swear I'll do whatever it takes to have you and FatFat back. I can't eat , sleep, or even function without you. I can't even function not knowing where y'all lay y'all heads." I sighed.

"W-We're safe." She sniffled.

I finally let her arm go and just nodded my head.

"Well can you at least stay here for the night? It's dark outside and I don't want nothing happening to you." I stated.

"I-I'll be fine." She said looking down.

"C'mon Ray, fuck what we got going on , I'm talking bout right here , right now, It's dark as fuck outside and you by yourself just stay here." I said.

She bit down on her bottom lip and shook her head.

"I-I'll be fine, Goodnight Jamari."

She quickly walked to the door until I called her name.

"I love you Reagan." I said

She looked down and wiped her face. "I-I love you too."

She practically ran out of the house and I could still hear her sobs from the other side of the door. I ran to the door to make sure she got in her car safely.

She sat there for a minute and then she finally crunk up and took off speeding.

"Fuck." I whispered to myself.
