《Kink // Luke Hemmings [COMPLETED]》-Chapter 35-

It was my last day with him. I didn't want to believe I had to leave him again.
"Happy Valentine's day." Luke cheered while shoving pancakes into his face.
"Wait? What?" I asked confusedly, looking into Luke's beautiful blue eyes. "I didn't get you anything! I completely forgot I'm so sorry, baby."
"Hey, don't worry about it, Princess. Remember last year? We got into that big fight?" He rejigged my memory, bringing me back to that moment.
"Oh my god, that means we've been dating for at least a year!" I squealed, changing the subject.
"Happy over-1 year anniversary, Princess!" He smiled, putting his fork down and getting up to hug me. As much as I love his hugs, there was something weird about it.
"I'm leaving soon," I said in a sad tone, bringing down the joyous tone. He let go of me and frowned.
"Thanks, babe, love you too." He rolled his eyes and went back to his food. I didn't mean to upset him, it was just the first thing I thought of. In all honesty, I didn't want to go home. It was so fun to be on tour with the boys.
"I'm sorry. I love you," I dragged the 'u' and took a seat across the counter to him. Over one year, wow. I remember the first time we met. "Do you remember when we met?" I said, voicing my thoughts.
"Wasn't I drunk?" He cocked an eyebrow.
"Oh yeah, I helped you into the bedroom." I laughed back at the memory even though at the time it was horrific.
Luke's eyes were droopy as he stumbled into our family home. Amy was complaining to him, clearly unaware that he wasn't taking in a single word she said. My grip on Luke's shoulder's tightened as we got to the staircase.
"Amy, how the fuck are we gonna get him up the stairs?" I whisper-yelled at my idiotic sister. When I said 'we' I really meant me. In fact, Amy wasn't even touching him. She shrugged and walked into the kitchen. I scoffed and looked at the stranger I was clinging on to.
"Hi, Amy's sister." Luke dragged out the 'r' as he tilted his head at me. I rolled my eyes and began our ascent up the stairs. His body weighed me down but we both somehow managed to coordinate our selves up the steps. I knew my parents had already heard our racket, but it wasn't my fault. It was Amy's boyfriend. invited him here. got him drunk. didn't help me.
I took Luke into Amy's room, letting himself flop down on the bed. He groaned loudly and I quickly hushed him, racing over and putting my hand over his mouth. Of course, he didn't like this so he licked the palm of my hand. Then it was my turn to groan. He mocked me and shushed me. I laughed because what else could I do? Kick him out of my sister's bedroom? I think not.
"You okay, princess?" Luke asked me, making the memory fade. I swallowed hard but nodded anyway. "I can't believe you have to leave so soon." His lips formed a frown. Don't cry. I nodded slowly as I turned my back on him. I couldn't look him in the eyes without already missing him. I made myself busy by stealing the seat Luke was previously in and taking my phone out. After scrolling through a few awfully posed Instagram photos, a familiar pair of arms gently wrapped around me from behind, which was tricky because I was sat down.

"What are we doing until I have to leave?" I asked, swallowing the lump in my throat. Luke squeezed me even tighter and left a trail of tiny kisses down my neck.
"What do you want to do?" He asked into the crease of my neck.
"Well, I've hardly seen L.A," I mumbled, enjoying his close proximity to me. He nodded and, sadly, let go of me to walk in front of the counter I was sat at.
"Then we can explore L.A!" He said with big arm gestures. I smiled softly at him before putting my phone in my pocket and jumping up from my seat.
After half an hour of getting stressed out while we tried to get ready as fast a possible so we didn't lose any time, we were ready to leave. Luke had sent the other boys a text to tell them we were "exploring" because we didn't know where exactly we were going.
Luke's hand automatically fell into mine as soon as we left the hotel. As predicted, cameras flashed but we just smiled and continued down the road. We both knew it led to a high street. I leaned gently into Luke side as the paparazzi still trailed behind. He craned his neck so he could plant a soft kiss on the top of my head, making me grin.
"Ready?" He asked me with a playful smile on his lips. I cocked and eyebrow and pursed my lips.
"For?"
"This." He began to run, pulling me alongside him. I quickly caught on and raced next to him, running away from the swarm of cameras. We ran all the way down the main strip of the high street and until we could no longer hear the clicks or voices. I laughed in a breathy manner, Luke mirroring my actions.
"Why couldn't we just walk?" I said through long breaths.
"What's the fun in that?" He asked with a smirk. I rolled my eyes and took his hand again, even though we were both sweating.
We entered a number of shops, most of them souvenir type while others were for the expensive population of L.A. Although, as soon as my eyes landed on the Gucci store I freaked out a little bit. I didn't even like Gucci, I just loved how big of a deal it was.
"Can we go in?" I begged Luke who looked at me like I was insane. "What? Don't look at me like that!" I let go of his hand and turned away, acting like I was in a huff.
"You are a little bit insane, you have to admit." He took a step towards me and rubbed my shoulders.
"You're so cruel to me!" I complained.
"You love me." He said with certainty. I laughed and spun around on my heel to face him. I nodded and took his hands again. "This is the part where we kiss." He clarified.
I stood up on my tippy-toes to connect our lips, but he helped me out by leaning down slightly. We moved slowly even though there were people everywhere and most likely paparazzi or fans nearby. But we didn't care and that felt amazing. We spent so much time worrying about what they thought that we had forgotten how it felt to be in love. Just the two of us.

"Gucci store?" He asked in a posh accent, holding out his arm to link with mine.
"Of course," I linked our arms together and we entered the store like that.
I immediately hated the atmosphere of the place. Everyone was staring at us like we were crazy but maybe that's because we didn't look like we had the money to buy anything. I mean, Luke had rips in his jeans. They probably thought we were poor. Not to say that I wasn't...
Needless to say, we didn't spend very long in there before we bolted and decided to get ice cream. The place we went to was very photogenic. It was the kind of cafe that was clearly just made to take photos of food and the weird inflatables they had outside in the fake garden. However, the ice cream was amazing. Luke got cookie dough and chocolate while I got rainbow puke, which actually doesn't sound as nice when you think about it. It tasted very fruity which kind of gave me a headache but it was good overall.
Because we had woken up so late, the process of sunset had already started. It was by no means dark but the sky had a beautiful dull colour to it.
"You want to see something beautiful?" Luke asked me, shoving his empty ice cream tub into the hot pink bin.
"Always."
"Look in the mirror then," he said with a cheesy smile. I groaned and shook my head while laughing. "What? That was a good one."
"You do that all the time! You're so predictable!" I exclaimed as we walked out of the cafe. He rolled his eyes but got out his phone and ordered us an Uber. "What are you doing?" I asked him innocently.
"You'll see..."
Within 20 minutes, the Uber pulled up to us and we got in, Luke slightly more willing than me. I didn't like not knowing, it scares me. What if after all that, he had brought me all the way to L.A just to kill me?
It didn't take long for us to reach our unknown destination but I did know we had gone up a lot of hills to get there. Luke got out of the car and ran around to open my door. I thanked him and took his hand as he led me over to a park bench.
"You took me all the way out here so we could sit down?" I asked, humoured by our situation. However, as soon as I sat down next to him on the bench, I could see all of L.A beneath me. It wasn't dark yet so you couldn't see the lights in all their glory but there was definitely an element of beauty. "Oh, Luke..." I hummed, squeezing his hand.
Suddenly, he got down on one knee and I swear my heart momentarily stopped. He was looking down at the dying grass beneath the bench. I swallowed hard. Then he sniffed and began to tie his shoelace before standing up and sitting back down on the bench. I scoffed and looked at the beautiful view in front of me.
"What? Oh, did you think..?" He trailed off, knowing exactly what I thought. "Right here? Oh, no." He said as if he sounded disgusted.
"Well, where?" I asked, slightly offended.
"I can't tell you- that'll ruin the surprise."
"But there's definitely a surprise coming?" I asked feeling my heart race slightly too fast. He shrugged and I squealed quietly. "Luke, I-"
"Stop! Don't ruin it!" He said with wide eyes, staring at me. "Not until I propose." I laughed and leaned my head against his shoulder. "Happy valentines, princess."
"Love you forever," I hummed, feeling peaceful.
"Love you always."

By the time we got to the hotel we were both too tired to function properly but for some reason I couldn't sleep.
"Luke?" I whispered, turning on my side to stroke his curly hair. He hummed and moved my hand so he could kiss it. "I can't sleep."
"What's wrong?" He asked, sitting up slightly to comfort me. He flicked a light on, blinding me temporarily.
"Nothing, I'm just...not tired I guess."
"Wait, is this about you leaving tomorrow?" He asked, rubbing the back of my hand with his thumb. I let out a shaky breath, not answering his question. "What do you want to do?" He asked me.
"Come here," I smirked, having an idea spring to mind. He gave me a questioning look but followed my request anyway. I trailed my fingers over his cheek and neck, immediately letting Luke know what was happening. He smirked at me, making me want him even more. I leaned up to his ear and whispered the words I knew would linger in his ear. "I want you, daddy."
His lips messily attacked my neck as his hands trailed up the side of my body, from my hips to my breasts. I moaned because I knew he loved that. He bobbed his head up to give me a hard kiss, proving me to be right. Things got heated quickly, like a lot quicker than usual. Maybe it was because we knew it was our last few hours together for a while or maybe it was just because we were so desperate. Whatever it was, we continued to make out.
That was until a knock at the door forced us to part. I groaned and slammed my head against the back of the bed. Luke grumbled under his breath as he went up to answer the door even though it was well past midnight. I couldn't see or hear anyone at first because the door was tucked behind a wall but then someone walked in with Luke trailing behind.
"Oh, Calum..." I pulled the covers up to my neck so I wasn't exposing so much of me.
"Sorry- I didn't know where else to go."
"What happened?"
"I just...I feel like shit. I don't know what is."
I tensed my jaw as Luke slung an arm around his neck in a friendly way. There was a long night ahead of us...

I was Born the Unloved Twin
You've probably heard this sort of story before. Once upon a time, blah blah blah a boy and a girl fell love and everything was beautiful and perfect, except for this thing called life getting in their way. He was this cool foreign prince and she was basically perfect. Really it's a very boring run of the mill story. I'll even spoil it for you, they kill the villainess at the end. Not the type of story I'd read personally. So where do I fit into this?Apparently I'm her older twin sister and the very very lucky fiance to the foreign prince. You know, the dead villainess? Sucks I know. Now I get to do it all over again from the beginning.Curse my life ------ So you're somewhat interested in what this thing is about and looking to see if it's even worth reading? Let's get the worst of it out of the way first: This is a boring story, very tedious, mundane and downright just boring. It's too slow, the characters are too confusing & make possibly retarded choices. It's an isekai/reborn type Slice of Life novel that plays on the villainess noble girl trope but the MC gets no OP cheats, no magical powers, not even some satisfying face slapping or such self-fulfillment fantasy. Wow, I'm doing a terrible job advertising this thing. If you're somehow still interested, if you were ever interested how an average modern person, reborn with all their host's memories, could live out their life in this situation, mending personal relationships one step at a time, or wondered what happened in between all the time skips in other novels, maybe give Unloved Twin a try. This is an awkward novel, the pacing is slow, and there is no time skips. For some reason still, I really love this little story I'm making. Talk to me on: https://discord.gg/ARkSMFPbew
