CHAPTER 18...
ANGIES POV
Today was my date with Harry. It's going to be hard to top the date I had yesterday with Niall. He and I had sooo much! Right now, I don't even want to go on a date with Harry, I just want to run to Niall, and express my love for him. But I knew that I owed this to Harry, so I would go.
I wore black leggings and a purple sweater that hung off of my shoulder. I didn't have any idea how fancy this date was going to be, so I just went with casuaul.
A few minutes later, Harry was at my door.
"Hello beautiful." He said confidently.
"Hazza!!" I greeted him.
"You ready for the best date ever Angie?" He asked.
"Yup! Where are we going?" I repiled.
"Well, I found this great feild with all of this random fun stuff on it."
My heart raced. Is it possible that Harry is taking me to the feild of fun stuff that Niall had planned? I didn't know what to say...I just started at him.
"Is that okay?" He asked.
"I uhhh. I umm. Yeah, sure, of course." I said.
"Great! Lets go!" He yelled.
He grabbed my hand and lead me outside of the building. He led me onto the tour bus, where we sat in silence.
"Sooo." I said awkwardly.
"Remember all of the great times that you and I have had?" He asked.
The way he said "You and I" made me feel sick. I can't even describe how uncomfortable I was feeling. "Yeah, we had a lot of fun." I said nodding my head.
"Are you okay Angie? You seem...off." He said.

"Yeah I am fine... So Harry, how did you find this place?" I asked.
"Well, last night after you and Niall got back, I went out looking for the perfect place to have a date. I came across this place and nobody was there. It looked like it would be a lot of fun, and there was a lot of privacy sooo yeah." He said smiling.
I was almost positive that this was the same place that Niall had gotten for me.
"We're here!" Harry said.
He grabbed my hand and led me off of the bus to the exact same spot Niall took me. I froze dead in my tracks and said "Harry, this is all of Nialls stuff. He bought it all, and then brought me here last night."
His face turned red, and I felt so bad for him. I mean, he didn't know!
"I don't know what to say." Harry said softly.
"I don't want to stay here Harry. This is mine and Nialls place."
"I understand. I am so sorry." He said.
"I just want to go back to the hotel." I stammered.
"So this means you chose Niall?" He asked.
"I'm sorry." Was all I could say.
We rode back to the hotel in absolute silence. As soon as we were there, Harry ran out of the bus and up to his room. I however, went to Nialls door.
"Niall, it's Angie. Can I come in?" I asked.
"Coming!" I heard him yell.
He opened the door and saw my eyes were red and puffy. "Angie whats wrong? Why are you back so early? Come in!!" He said.
As soon as the door shut behind us, I threw myself on Nialls bed and said "He took me tot the same place you took me to. I couldn't stay Niall."

I looked at him and I could tell that this was bitter sweet for him. Sweet because he had me, but bitter because I was sad.
"Did you tell him?" He asked.
I nodded my head and started crying even harder.
"I don't understand Angie. Why are you upset?" He asked.
I opened my mouth to answer, but I didn't know what to say. "I uhh. I'm not sure." I said in between breaths.
"I think you need to calm down." He said.
"Maybe I should go." I said standing up.
"NO!" He yelled. Then he lowered his voice and continued. "Angie don't leave. Stay here in my arms all night." He offered.
I wiped the tears off of my face and embraced him in a tight hug. I could tell that he really did care about me. But I couldn't help but feel guilty.
I think I was crying because I wanted things to work out with Harry...
NO! Mind, stop thinking that. I thought.
But as I lay in Nialls arms that night, I couldn't help but think about Harry.

A half-Demon and a Dragonoid are now struggling with more than just power, these two men have to find their new purpose and calling in a completely different world. Will they concur it like ordinary land or will they enlighten the planet into equality? Do figures pull strings in the dark or is everything open to the public eye? Nothing is certain except the unknown, and nothing is ever as it seems... This is an Isekai story, as such, some parts may sound either cliché or similar to others, but I assure you, I tried to prevent that. To make it known, I took quite a lot of inspiration from the light novel/anime Overlord, but that doesn't mean it's a direct rip-off of it. You'll find there to be quite the amount of differences. Just a little heads up as well, you should expect irregular uploads, as it takes me a long time to write each chapter. I am currently trying for once every other week on Sundays around 10:00 A.M. Chapters are usually 7k words and up, with the longest (chapter 3) being 10.3k words. So, if you like to sit down and read a long chapter every two weeks at 10:00 A.M. EST on Sundays, then you can waste your time here! Small disclaimer: Profanity is far and few between, and mostly used by side characters, rarely the main character. When something with gore happens, I describe to the best of my ability, which will only get better the longer I write this... :) Small cuts between perspectives happen, and can hide what some characters do, which will be revealed in future chapters, I'm not that lazy... all the time... There are some parts that are long blocks of text, most, if not all, of them, are characters talking, but I try not to info dump. I know one of the tags says "Psychological", and for the most part, it is, but it's not as prominent as other stories, instead, it's more hidden and scattered, but I did try to make the pieces I did reveal all fit together. Cover art is bound to be changed when I have a good picture to use, so the Yin-Yang is a placeholder for now unless yall wanna gimme something to use *wink wink nudge nudge*. So yeah, please give it a try, as I have nothing better to do with my life, and I am banking solely off of a career in literature and am hoping that I can create a story that can actually be called something more than a child's imagination running wild. The eventual and inevitable end to the story won't be for a long while, at least till chapter 40 or so. I have thought long and hard about the message and themes at play, so I hope you, the reader (who has some amazing hair btw), can enjoy and partake on this adventure with me into my dark empty pit of an imagination.
