CHAPTER 68
HARRY'S POV
Beep

I stared at her body as she lay in the hospital bed, hooked up to a bunch of stuff. I took her hand in mine and smiled at the touch of her skin.
The doctor told me to talk to her like she could here me, because it would help her recovery. Even thought that seemed really strange, I decided I would give it a shot. I mean I am alone, nobody would hear me.
"Hey Angie."
Silence.
"Listen love, I'm really sorry about everything. I should have been more careful in the car. I'm sorry for ruining everything."
Silence.
"I guess now it's a little bit easier for me to express my feelings to you since you can't hear me..."
Silence.
"I just want to say that Angie, I love everything about you. I love the way that you blush when I whisper things into your ear, how you bite the inside of your lip when your nervous, the way that your smile takes over everyone attention within seconds, how your head fits perfectly into my shoulder, the way you lose yourself in a dance, how you rub my knuckles when we hold hands."
Silence.
"But most of all, I love how I know everything about you. I like how you didn't just throw it all at me. You made me learn every single detail about you, and it was the best time ever."
Silence.
"Your favorite colors green. You hate cats, but you'll never admit it because of my strong love for them. You only wear blue underwear because it's more comfortable. You use a different face wash every day. You hate chocolate frosting, but love chocolate. You keep a journal and vent your feelings to it. You sleep with a teddy bear named Jackie, when I'm not around. You highlight your hair every month because you think its a weird dirty blond shade. You only paint your nails red, no matter what. You always wear a toe ring that your mother gave to you when you were little. You always say your okay even when your not because you don't like the attention. You-"

"Aaaachhooooo!" I heard someone sneeze.
I turned around and saw a nurse standing in the doorway with a red face. She looked young, maybe 25, and she was obviously embarrassed.
"How long were you standing there?" I stammered.
"Uhm since you said 'Hey Angie'...." She trailed off.
"Oh." I held Angie's hand a little tighter and wished that she would squeeze my hand back.
"Sorry, it was just so sweet. It's just a shame that if she wakes up she won't remember yo-"
"What do you mean, if she wakes up? She will wake up." I dropped Angie's hand and walked over to the starstruck nurse.
"Well even if she were to wake up, things won't be the same." She mumbled.
"GET OUT OF MY KITCHEN!" I screech.
"I'm sorry?" She looked confused.
"Leave me alone." I pushed past the nurse and out of the room. I was sticking to what I had said about not leaving the hospital without her. I just was going to go down to the cafeiteria to get some food for now.
It has been a long, awful day.
