It's been three weeks. My brother has let this shit go on for three weeks. By now he should've ambushed her or some shit. That stupid bitch Taylor screwed up my brothers relationship with the one woman he has ever been in love with.

I saw the way he looked at her and I honestly don't blame him. When he said he was bringing home a girl, I expected it to be another Taylor. Ashton seems to attract the type. But Luna was completely different. Kind, sweet, respectful and completely in love with my brother. She didn't care about the status of our family or the money. For some ridiculous reason she loved Ashton for Ashton.

And that is why I am here. I'm cupid bringing love back together before they can grow any further apart. My brother is miserable and I bet Lana may be too. Which is why I am at her apartment.

If Ashton can't convince her to listen, maybe I can.

It's late Saturday night when I arrive to Lana's apartment. I came here to spend time with my brother but he was called in for work. So I used my great detective skills to find her address. Then again it didn't really take that long, all I did was take Ashton's car and follow his GPS. The man only had three addresses in there. My house, the hospital and then Lana's apartment.

Arriving to Luna's apartment complex, I spot her outside in the pool. Quickly I park my car and make my way to the gate where I find Lana and another woman laying on chairs beside the pool with what looks to be a glass of liquor next to them. This isn't looking good.

Lana spots me and immediately jumps out of her seat and comes over to let me in. "Tye!" she exclaims.

"Hey, Lana."

"You're Tye Boldman," the woman I believe to be with Lana says.

I nod in confirmation then pull Lana to the side so I can speak with her privately.

"What are you doing here for? If it's about Ashton..." She leaves her words hanging as she begins to walk away from me, but I take her hands to keep her focused.

"Lana you need to talk to Ashton."

She shakes her head and shoves me off. "I caught him Tye so fuck him. Never mind I don't want to fuck him, because I fucked him enough. He can fuck himself!"

She sighs and stumbles away mumbling something about how great he is at sex. I just laugh because drunk Lana is kind of funny. But right now I need her to listen.

"Ashton loves you. And Taylor kissed him," I groan dragging my hand over my face.

When I look up I don't see Luna walking around anymore. Immediately I look to the pool to find Lana underwater and it doesn't look like she's coming up. Without thinking, I jump in and pick grab Lana from underneath the water, pulling her out and setting her onto the side.

My heart races as she coughs up the water and looks up at me with a lazy smile before passing out. Shit.

"Lana!" Looking to her friend, I instruct her to call an ambulance.

Ten long minutes go by with Lana still unconscious. When the paramedics come they put Lana in the ambulance and take her to the hospital. I ride in the back my heart racing as I pray for her to wake up. She does with a gasp of air and a wet cough. They calm her down and continue to check her until we get to the hospital.

She laughs when they attempt to roll her out. Standing up she thanks them and tells them that she can walk. Before I can climb out with her with her one of the paramedics passes me a notepad and asks me for an autograph. Of course I give it to them.

When I turn to Lana there is a lazy smile on her face. "Famous Tye Boldman." She turns to the paramedics still in the ambulance. "Can I get a thingy that goes on your face?"

They look at her confused. She's obviously still drunk. "A mask," I clarify for them.

Nodding they pass one to Lana who thanks them and opens it up before putting it onto my face. "No more recognizable."

I know why Ashton loves her.

The paramedics walk us in and put us behind a curtain so Lana can get checked out. I ask for Dr. Fate, despite Lana's protests. It takes Ashton five minutes to get to us.

Ashton comes in looking at a chart. "It seems you nearly drowned and have a possible concussion. May have hit your head when you fell into...the...pool." His words fall out of his mouth when his eyes land on Lana. I watch the soft emotion flicker between his eyes. My brother is weak for her.

"I'll wait outside."

Lana grabs my arm before I can get out. I guess I'm staying in this small curtain room with a great amount of tension. Most of it sexual. Way to make me uncomfortable, Lovebirds.
