Mafia : a ruthless controlling ass, who either has a soft spot for her because she's beautiful / sassy. Has no problem killing / torturing people. Is a handsome fucker and girl falls for him because of his looks and not taking into account his god damn criminal-shite-ness.

There will also be COPIUS amount of swearing and drug use and while I said there would be no harems already he may find people in polyamorous situations.
