"What are the results doctor?" Dad questioned Dr. Drew, who is reading a few papers, which I'm guessing are my results. I watch her nod in satisfaction, before looking at my father. "I'm happy to tell you that your daughter is recovering well." She smiles, before looking at me, "Just continue taking your medicine Lucinda, and you'll be alright."

"Thank you Dr. Drew," Dad shook her hand. "The pleasure is mine, just contact me if there'll be problems." She adviced, handing dad the results. "I will," He smiles before looking at me. "Ready to go Lucy?"

"Yes. Thank you Dr. Drew," Smiling slightly, she nod. "No problem Lucinda, it is my job to cure people anyways." I wave goodbye, before following dad out of the door.

The last time I was here, I was partly blind and encountered a weird kid. Come to think of it, it felt like it was just yesterday that Harry set me free from his chains.

Stop thinking about him this instant!

"Dad, why didn't she accompany you?" I questioned out of the blue. He looked up from his phone, furrowing his eyebrows at me, "Who do you mean, dear?"

"I meant mom. Why didn't she accompany you here today?"

"She said she wasn't feeling well, saying her stomach was painful and such." He explained, as we went out of the hospital and to the parking lot. "So, I went to go and fetch you myself, knowing you still have a check up to attend."

I grinned, "Thanks dad, for always being there for me." This made his chuckle, pulling me close to him before planting a kiss on my head. "No problem Lucy, it's just what father's do. But, you should also give credit to your mom, she wanted to come with us, but due to her stomach ache, she can't."

I rolled my eyes, picking at my nails. "Dad, I don't even know how you manage to stay with her, she commited mistakes and lied to you. How do you manage it?"

"Love, dear. I love your mom, even if she did sinned, I forgive her because I love her." He explained, I removed my hand around his arm as he pulled out the car keys out of his pocket to open the car door. "And, I still trust her. Without trust in a relationship, it crumbles earlier than you expected."

I smirked, "I didn't know you give love advices." He laughs, I entered the car and sat down, waiting for him to start the car. "Well, it's better safe than sorry, I tell you. It's hard to find good men these days, with all the modern stuff and all." The car roared to life, dad drove it out of the parking lot.

I yawned, it was around six already, since the check up took so long. "You're such a good dad, unlike the others. I'm glad to have you."

He smiled lazily, "I'm glad to have you as a daughter kiddo." This made me freeze, flashbacks of me killing Randy flashed right through my eyes. I begin to breath heavily, knowing I don't deserve to live. My thoughts replaying it. But this time, Harry is in it. He laughed maniacly, his black eyes filled with no mercy.

"You're a murderer Lucinda! YOU'RE A MURDERER! Just like me!" He screamed out in glee, laughing evily, pointing at Randy's dead body.

"Lucy, are you okay?"

I snapped out of my thoughts, turning to my father, who was busy driving. "W-what dad?" I questioned, he frowned. "You suddenly spaced out, is there something wrong?"

I chuckled, hiding my nervousness, "No, everything's fine. I just remembered I have homework to do when we got home." It was clear he was suspicious, but just ignored it, he nodded. "Okay then."

His phone suddenly rang, a smile made it's way to his face, "That's probably your mom." He took his phone out of his pocket and answered the call.

"Hello? Hi Louisa, yes we're just heading home. Yes, the results are good. That sounds delicious, we'll see you in awhile. Bye, love you." I started to make gagging noise, he ended the call before nudging me. "Don't act like you didn't say 'I love you' before. And, it's completely normal for couples to do that." He says.

"Right," I giggled before resting my head against the window as we passed by a few houses and other buildings. The ride was now silent, but it was comfortable, especially with my father.

"We're here kiddo," Dad announced as the car pulled up the driveway. I sigh, knowing our ride has finished.
