《Irondad and Spiderson 3》Spider Abilities
Advertisement
Peter knew that he had the abilities of that of a spider, including climbing up walls and having a sixth sense. But he wasn't expecting anything else. But he would come to learn that he did. He did have other abilities, and would find out, some of them in embarrassing ways.
One thing that was found out was his purring. Yep, purring. Whenever he was pat on the head, he would purr as the patting was done. This was found out by accident when Tony tousled the kids hair.
Peter had lost to Clint on a bet.
"Aw, don't worry, buddy. You'll win next time."
Tony then messed with Peter's hair when he suddenly felt something.
A noise.
He looks at Peter and Peter was blushing. Once he realized what happened, he smiled.
"Did you purr!?"
"No!"
"Hold on, I wanna pet you-"
"STAHP."
——-
Peter happily woke up late on a Saturday morning. He then realized that his mouth felt different, a little full even. He moved his tongue around, feeling something big. He shrugged it off, thinking it was just his waking up, then heads to the bathroom to brush his teeth. When he opens his mouth, he screams.
"Mr. Parker, you seem to be in distress. Call I get Tony?"
"Ah... okay..."
"Notifying Mr. Stark."
—
"Peter! Peter, are you okay!?"
"Just....!"
"Just what!?"
"Um... I- I'm freaking out!"
Tony didn't like that Peter's voice was muffled.
Tony walked into Peter's bathroom to see Peter sitting in the floor, covering his mouth.
"Peter, uncover your mouth and let me see what's up."
Peter did so and opened his mouth.
"Holy..."
Peter four large sharp teeth. And one of them was even dripping.
"Come with me to the lab."

"Huh! Venom! You have venom in your teeth! Now you really are a spider."
"No way, seriously!? Cool!"
"Right? Just... try not to bite anyone. And sorry that I had to make you bite a rat."
"It's okay, I understand you needed info. Still, it was gross."
"Hah, I get it. Now, let's see... is there anything else?"
Little did Peter and Tony know that Peter would have to use this ability someday. And on someone.
——-
"Peter! Where-?"
Tony then had a weird feeling telling him to look up. He did, and sure enough, there was Peter, but with a giant web. The way spiders actually make their web homes.
"Wow. Peter, that's amazing!"
"Thanks! By the way, can I take up knitting?"
——-
Peter walked around the ceiling, which Tony was used to at this point. Sometimes the kid forgot he wasn't on the floor.
"Peter."
"Oh! Sorry."
"Peter, get down. I want to hug you before I leave."
"Where you going?"
Peter jumped down and Tony caught him.
"I'm off on a mission. You gotta stay."
"No! Take me with you!"
"No, Peter."
"But I'll be here without you!"
This made Tony's heart warm up.
"I'll miss you!"
"Ahaha, I'll miss you too! But you can't come."
Peter started doing puppy eyes, and it was only up this close that Tony could see that Peter's pupils were dilated, almost like a spiders eye.
"Please?"
"No."
Peter's puppy eyes intensified.
"Pwease?"
"... n-no."
"Pweeeeaaaassseee?"
"...... oh, good lord.... fine."
"YAY!!"
Peter quickly left to get his best suit while Tony face palmed.
"Great, his puppy eyes are gonna be stronger now..."
Meanwhile, Strange had seen the whole thing and was smirking upon Tony noticing.

".... don't say a thing."
Strange then laughed.
"And you say you're tough."
"Shut up, wizard..."
——-
Steve was back, along with the other rouges. Peter and Tony weren't too happy, and neither was Strange. But he made sure to stay out of it, at least for now. He knew that Tony could handle himself, but he'll know when to intervene.
The rouges were in a meeting room while they waited for Tony. Peter walked in, looking for Tony, and not knowing the rouges were inside.
"Huh?"
The rouges looked at him.
"Who are you?" Clint asked.
"Peter Stark."
"Peter Stark? You're Tony's kid?" Natasha said.
"Who's the lady you abandoned?"Steve said.
"No. He didn't abandon anyone, idiot.."
"Young man, you will respect your elders!"
"You're a rouge! Thank god Strange helped dad moved on!"
Steve was surprised to hear this.
"What do you-"
Tony then walked in.
"Sorry, I was looking for you."
"Not your fault, kid. Sit down, this will be over soon."
The meeting would then begin and soon end, with Tony feeling very tired.
"Okay Pete, let's go."
"Wait!"
Tony looked back.
"What is it, Steve?"
"Tony, about you and me-"
"Yeah. We're done."
".... what?"
"We're done! No more this so called 'friendship' you and I had. Got it?"
"No, Tony, please-"
"No, Steve! Okay? Besides, I've moved on. He helped me."
"What!? Who is he!?"
"That would be me."
Everyone then turned to see Doctor Strange.
"Strange, I've got this." Tony said.
"Oh I know, I just don't appreciate this so-called 'Captain' calling my friend a playboy."
The "my friend" made Tony smile a little, which Steve noticed.
"Him?"
"Yeah. He's my bro now. My facial hair bro (yes, this actually happened in the comics).
"The same for me! Well, except for the facial hair thing." Peter said cheerfully.
"So you can kiss our relationship good-bye. My butt is his now." Tony said.
"Wha- you... Peter?"
"Sorry, Mr. Rogers."
Being called by a formal name, and not Uncle Steve, was a stab in the gut.
"Are you two even really friends!?"
"WELL, YOU-!!"
Steve then grabbed Tony, bruising his wrist.
"AAAHHH!!"
Peter then felt something stir in him, a primal instinct.
"Let go of him!" Strange screamed.
"He's- AAAAHHHGGGG!!!"
Everyone in the room saw Peter bite Steve in the arm. The venom was then injected into Steve, and he knocked Peter off of him.
"What the... what happened!?"
"Oh god, we gotta get you to the med bay, Peter bit you!"
"What's wrong with a bite?" Natasha asked.
"Peter gained new abilities while you were all gone, he has a venomous bite now!"
——-
Steve was alright now, sitting up while wired to some machines and treatments. He then looked at Tony's wrist while Tony hooked him up. Steve felt a sting of guilt.
He then looked at the bite in his arm. Steve knew this was Peter's reaction to him hurting Tony.
And while Steve knew that he owed Tony and everyone in his family an apology, he knew that Tony didn't want to hear it either. Nothing he said would fix anything. Besides, Tony was over him. You can't fix that.
"Have a good life with Peter and the Doc, Tony. You deserve better."
Tony then left the room, and went downstairs. Strange gave him a pat on his back.
"Thanks."
"Anytime."

I hope you had a good time reading! This is my very first book, but I've spent quite the time writing and editing this. So I'm a tad bit confident with this. Sadly, I'm only able to put up 2 chapters weekly. The reason is...I'm still a student. School is hard, annoying and a hassle but necessary. So I'm really sorry for the slow updates, but please bear with me~!(?-?-?) I hope you enjoy reading this ('cuz I sure as hell had so much fun writing this ( • ??•? )). Thanks~!
