(Tonys P.O.V)
Peter and Clint left a few hours ago to explore.
I hope they are ok as it's quite cold out.
I hear a knock on the door and Nat goes to answer the it, standing there in drenched clothes, blue lips and pale skin is my son with Clint.
Seconds later I have Peter in my arms and he is freezing.
I start to take of his hoodie and joggers knowing if he stays in them he will be cold.
What worried me even more is that he isn't shivering.
I wrap blankets around him and hold him close to my chest knowing he need more body heat.
I see his eyes start to shut and his head start to lull to the side and I softly say "you need to stay awake for me Pete."
But he doesn't listen as his head hits my chest and his eyes close.
I start to panic and I shout "someone call Bruce."
"On it," Nat replies worridly.
I look to Clint anger filling my veins as I want to know why my kid fell into a lake.
"What happened?" I ask Clint.
He looks at me worridly with guilt swirling in his iris'.
"We had a race across the lake. I really thought it was safe. Peter was in front and the ice broke. I couldn't get to him, he got dragged down. I had to break the ice to get to him. He wasn't breathing I didn't know what to do, I gave him CPR and he woke up coughing out water. I'm so sorry Tony I never meant for this to happen. H-he is my ne-nephew I lo-love him." Clint says looking to the floor.
My anger fades slightly knowing he never meant for this to happen.

Before I can reply Nat comes back over and says frantically "Bruce says keep him warm and get him to the tower ASAP. We also need to try wake him up and make sure he doesn't go into secondary drowning."
With that I pick up Peter and started running to the car feeling his limp body slump against mine with every step.
Clint drives, with me in the back with Peter, and Nat sat beside Clint.
I looked down and see peter is still out cold I start to shake him and talk to him.
Finally his eyes flutter open and he looks at me with pain in his eyes.
(Peters P.O.V)
I hear someone whispering or talking I can't tell, saying something to me.
I can't concentrate on the words as my lungs feel on fire and my head hurts, to top it all off I'm freezing.
It all floods back to me.
Me falling through the ice, pain, tired and cold.
I open my tired eyes and look up to see dad.
Before I can say hi to him, it starts to get hard to breath.
Pain is running through my body and I don't know what to do.
I start coughing and feel water dropping out of my mouth.
My dad reacts fast and pulls me into a sitting position.
I wince as more pain flares throughout my body.
Ugh what the hell is happening.
"We are nearly home Pete, I need you to breath for me and get that water out of you ok," my dad says softly beside me.
I can only reply by nodding my head.
As I start coughing more and more water up.
I start to see black spots dance in my vision but I fight it off.
Shivers rack my body with every cough and I start to feel light headed.

I hear talking around me but I don't listen.
I feel the car stop and arms wrap around me as I'm lifted out the car.
I feel and oxygen mask put around my face and it becomes a little easier to breath.
The cold starts to seep in again and I start shivering.
I shut my eyes and take deep breaths after a while I hear uncle Bruce say.
"Peter can you look at me," I look over to him and he shines a light in my eyes.
I flinch at the brightness, uncle Bruce then says "I need to listen to your chest ok."
I nod again and he places a stephescope on my back "breath in. And out," he repeats this a few times then takes a step back to talk to me.
"Alright I think you're ok on the most part. We need to get you warmer right now but luckily you coughed up the last remaining water in your lungs."
I nod again feeling exauseted "thank you uncle Bruce," I say quietly.
"Always Pete," he replies.
Once he has left mere seconds late the door opens again and my family pour into the room beside uncle Bruce.
Everyone takes a seat around the room and mum and dad sit on opposite sides to me taking a hand in theirs.
"Never do that again to us hunny. We can't loose you. We love you too much," my mum says beside me.
All around the room I heared "agreed," and "sorry," from uncle Clint.
I look over to him and give him a smile.
"It's ok uncle Clint I know you didn't mean to," I say.
Uncle Clint nods and smiles at me.
I look over to my dad and see worry etched into his face.
"Don't worry dad I'm okay," I say to him he hugs me gently and I feel more arms wrap around me.
My family.

Shadowrun: Blake Island School of Magic
It's a high tech, low life. It's the Seattle Metroplex in 2074. It rises like a steel and concrete cancer out of the earth. Poverty is rampant, corruption is everywhere, crime is out of control, corporations basically control everything, the old United States is fractured, magic has come back and now it turns out that humanity has been joined by elves, dwarves, orks and trolls. The old world ended but the rent is still due. Life goes on. You'd be surprised what people can adapt to, especially if they don't have a choice. One of the places where life goes on is just west of Seattle. Surrounded by the waters of the Puget Sound is an island. On that island is the Blake Island School of Magic. A decade ago it was known for producing some of the most talented awakened in the world. That reputation was hijacked by the wealthy corporate elite who now park their teenage children there. And since it's a boarding school, their parents mostly forget about them. Three young people, who are certainly not wealthy or elite, are chosen this year to attend this school of magic in hopes of revitalizing their reputation for talent. One from the ash drifts of the Puyallup Barrens, one from the most densely populated slum hive in the world and one from prison. This is their story. -- This story is set in the Shadowrun universe. If you're not familiar with Shadowrun, it mostly tells the stories of deniable mercenaries called shadowrunners in a cyberpunk dystopia. Instead of telling another story solely about shadowrunners, this story will tell the tale of young people navigating a world that is indifferent to them at best and actively hostile at worst. Shadowrunners will be in the story and we'll see them operate, but they won't be its main focus. This story originally began in 2017 as a passion project and continues to this day on the Somethingawful.com forums. The unedited version is over a million words strong. There are currently seven books in this series and I am currently in the process of editing them.
