《Baseball Princess》One Shots
Advertisement
Since most stories generally have a one shot contest at the end of them, and since this story used to have twenty nine parts, which kind of bothered me, I guess I'll add one.
Rules, must be between 100-2000 words, must be your own work, and enter by publishing it and posting on my wall the title of it.
Some ideas could be Lindsey's and Daniel's wedding, how Tommy met his future wife(which is pretty customizable, since she doesn't even have a name or a personality) or Lindsey's senior year with all of the boys gone, or even a part of the book just written in a different point of view. Any idea will work. Just know yours is more likely to be chosen if you come up with your own idea.
Critiques:
•Interesting and creative plot
•Decent grammar
•Providing a different perspective of the story
I'm not expecting many or quick entries, so let's just set the due date as September 30th? If you need more time, message me. If anything is unclear or you need help, message me.
The winning story will be posted below all of the words by October 10th because I guess that's an okay deadline for myself.
Remember: PUBLISH your one shot as it's own book. POST on my wall the title of your book. MESSAGE me with any questions. BE CREATIVE and have GOOD GRAMMAR. If this would actually work that would be awesome.

Okay I have gotten literally nothing. I guess this story isn't big enough for a one shot contest. Rule change: if anyone sends a one shot, it'll get posted. No deadline. But if no one does, this lonely part will just sit here as a reminder that my readers have abandoned me.
---
As one may have noticed, SEPTEMBER 30TH ALREADY PASSED AND THERE IS NOTHING. 134 people(when I checked) have READ THIS AND HAVE DONE NOTHING. If my story wasn't really that good, tell me, I don't care. I've gotten to be a much better writer since completing this story. And as for Only the Good Die Young, it's fricking amazing and no one will read it because no one has expressed interest.

Let me tell you, IT IS EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO ACTUALLY HURT MY FEELINGS. So please be as brutal as you please, and I might laugh in your face.
So unless there is a one shot submitted before Christmas, I might just take the story down? And Only the Good Die Young can remain on Quotev so if you want to read it, either let me know, or go there. I only need one person.

Summon Imp!
Travel with a newly born demon as he grows and learns in his own world as well as in other worlds as he gets summoned again and again. Usually to die or kill for others in strange and exciting places, but it's never certain what the next one will bring. It has its perks. With each new world comes a new story with new experiences and new lessons. There is always more to see, more to learn and more to know. Maybe, someday, it will all make sense. For now he will just work hard to become stronger, to be useful and, hopefully, survive that way. A coming-of-age story, but different. Things start to slow down to a crawl. Colors blur into one another until my vision is completely white. All I can think is "Shit, not this again!" I hate being summoned. _________________________________ updates once a week until I get more time The idea for this story began in two places. One was the ridiculously rapid pace of gaining power in many novels. Both in games and in novels, I enjoy the struggle of the beginning character, why always the rush? The other was the way many monster or non-human MCs always seem to hurry to become human (again). It always felt like a cheap way to grant the character extra powers without the difficulty of writing a non-standard thought process. Thus I wanted to write the slow(ish) progression of a monster character gaining strength and intelligence, while remaining distinctly non-human. There are no stats, xp or systems, no reincarnated soul or completely formed being to start with - unless I want to make fun of those. While the MC 'evolves', the process takes months if not years to proceed step by little step. Sit down with me and imagine, what would it be like if...

Terror Infinity Remake
The original had a really good idea, but the execution was a bit lacking, I'm making my own Terror Infinity fanfic and you the reader can be a part of it after each mission ends, you will have 1 month to help me plan ahead, I've already a skeleton ready for what will happen, what I don't have are the juicy details that will make this into something worth reading, worth your time.

Heart of the Dungeon
A lazy, wingless, blabbermouth of an imp, smearing goat’s blood all over the crystal – that is the unpleasant view this new Heart wakes up to. “I’m your Prime!” the imp says. The Heart reluctantly agrees. In an unknown world, filled with dangers, it needs every help it can get – even if said help is not…optimal. The Heart tries its best to succeed, even after being tricked by shrewd traders and having less than useful minions. Rival races settle in the Dungeon, causing even more headaches. The heroes, as they call themselves, sets their aim on the ‘new and defenseless’ Dungeon. The heroes are always lurking in the shadows – well actually, they are standing in the open, under the sun, hiding nothing – but either way, their evil intentions, no matter how they claim to justify them, only cause needless death. “Am I really that precious? Must you hunt me so fiercely? Why are you doing this to me?” The Heart does not understand their motives. Perhaps its lack of understanding has something to do with the fact the Heart has no physical limits nor material needs. Why take it from someone, when you can simply will it forth? Just pay for it with mana rent! To make things worse, the real dangers are not from above, nor from below, but from within…
