April and I were busily chewing on the fries and sandwiches in front of us when suddenly we heard someone screaming "Becca" too loudly that a fry accidently slipped from my hand. I turned around to see a boy with tattoos all over his arms and chest standing on the table grabbing the entire cafetaria's attention.

I looked back to April expecting an answer as to who he was. She rolled her eyes in irritation before lazily answering, "He is Austin. The one I mentioned earlier from the 6- Pack."

An O formed on my lips after acknowledging his identity. He went straight to Rebekah and pulled her in his arms.

They kissed each other in front of everyone and to my surprise the crowd went mad and started cheering them. Frustration was evident on my face.

April noticed it and came closer to me to speak in my ear, "Let's get out of here before they start removing their clothes." I shook my head in agreement before she pulled my hand to guide me out of the cafetaria streaming with youngsters.

I turned around for one last time to look at them. I was held off guard when I noticed that her eyes were already darted on me.

She winked at me before continuing her makeout session. It was around 10:00 p.m. when I completed arranging my books for the next day which was officially going to be my first day at St.Vincent.

I was nervous but also excited. I was pulled out from my thoughts when I heard the door knob jingling.

I straightened in my chair and took a book from the table to avoid any conversation with my two playboy roommates. When the door opened, I was surprised to see Rebekah there.

She was standing in black polyester shorts which were too short and a black sports bra. She looked at me and before I could say something she entered the room and closed the door behind her.

I gulped the saliva forming in my mouth and distracted my attention by focusing on the book in front of me. She laughed at me.

I looked at her raising an eyebrow clearly confused at her sudden outburst. She pointed at my book and I was too embarrassed to what I saw next.

I was holding the book upside down and when she saw my face turning red she laughed harder as she came walking towards me and stopped right in front of me. "It's okay if you were distracted. It happens", she said while laughing again.

I rolled my eyes before answering her, "How you wish that! Don't flatter yourself. Now can you please leave me alone." She took her cellphone and called someone without losing her gaze on me, "Where are you? I am standing in your room and I met some kid here who looks dumb but is quite smart with his words."

I looked at her when I knew she was talking about me and passed her an angry glare. She looked at me challengingly before the door bursted open and to my relief it was April.

She looked at Rebekah and then at me clearly surprised as to what she was doing in my room. She passed a small smile to Rebekah which by the way Rebekah was rude enough not to return.

I took this as a clue to leave the room with April and holding her hand I made my way out.

I saw him in the cafetaria when Rey called him out. He is different than all the people I have ever seen.

He was wearing a white shirt with a navy blue cardigan and black khaki shorts below. His brown hair were perfectly settled to the side and those rimmed glasses made him look like a nerd.

Maybe he was. He was with April who had a thing for Rey.

Atleast this was what all of us felt but never bothered to tell him as he is an asshole and wouldn't want anything serious and end up leaving her to rot right after fucking her up. The way he was distracting himself from looking at me by holding the book upside down and then when I caught him red handed, he was so embarrassed.

I felt that really cute. His face was cherry red.

I thought of having a little fun so I called Austin to poke him a bit more. But right then when I thought it would be the end of him that stupid April entered the room.

I, for a second thought that this boy whose name I don't even know has a crush on April. But I dismissed the thought saying that why do I care?

Right there I knew that this year would be a sport. I am surely going to piss him to a point wherein he might even decide to leave school.

My alarm rang at 6:00 a.m. Lectures were going to start at 7:30 and so I had exactly an hour or more to get ready and grab breakfast before the lecture starts.

I managed to reach in the class 10 minutes before the lecture and was definitely surprised to see Rebekah there. She didn't seem to look like someone who would attend lectures and definitely not someone who would be in class 10 minutes before.

I took a deep breath before taking a seat on the first bench. Just then I heard footsteps coming towards me and I knew it was her.

She came and sat next to me. I internally decided to ignore her and waited desperately for others to come.

I missed April but couldn't help myself as she was in another class. Rebekah tapped her fingers on the desk which made me a bit irritated.

"What's your name?", she asked me while her eyes still focused on the desk in front of us. "Rex. It's Rex Mitchell", I said and finally managed to look at her.

She waited for two minutes before speaking again, "Have some courtesy and ask me my name honey!" I looked at her with big eyes at the sudden mention of "honey" but still managed to say, "I already know your name. You are Rebekah Williams. The dream girl of everyone in this college."

As soon as I realised what I just spoke my hand quickly went to my mouth to stop it from speaking any further and this made her laugh again. I tried to behave normal in front of her without embarassing myself again.

The rest of the day passed by smoothly as I had no other lectures with her. English is surely going to be tough this year, I internally murmured.

It was already 8:00 p.m. by the time I completed my homework and prepared my schedule for the next day. I surfed through Netflix to watch a movie when I got a call from April.

"Hey! What are you up to?", she inquired.

"Just completed my homework. Want to grab dinner together?", I asked while closing my laptop.

"Yes sure. Meet you in 10?", she asked unsure of my answer.

"Ya okay", was all I said before hanging up the call.

We debated for 15 minutes over what to have for dinner and finally settled on pizza when we both realized that we were craving for it. We went to a nearby pizza joint and waited for our order to arrive.

Suddenly, April received a call.

It was a call from Matt, my manager from work. I nervously attended the call thinking as to why is he calling at such an odd time as I am on a leave for a week and that makes me free from his orders and queries.

Hey Matt. How are you?

Hey! I am fine. Can you come over to the cafe? I am facing some problems with the inventory and it's sort of urgent.

Umm...Can I come tomorrow? Its already 9 today.

What is with you that you don't understand when I say that it's urgent?

I internally groaned listening to his angry tone again. I so wish I could quit this job but I badly need the money as living in Seattle is really expensive and being a girl also is.

I took a deep breath calming all my raging nerves before answering him again.

Okay! I will be there in 30 minutes.

I looked over at Rex who was looking at me with a question mark look on his face. Oh shoot!

I forgot to tell him that I work in a nearby cafe on weekdays and in a burger joint on weekends. "I am so sorry Rex. I forgot to tell you that I am working to afford this lifestyle in Seattle. And I received a call from my manager. I need to go now. It's sort of urgent", I said to him while biting my lip.

It is sick of me to leave him here alone when he is new in town. But Rex is too polite to say it on my face.

"Hey. It's fine. It's just been a day since I arrived. We will talk about it when you come back. Be safe okay?", he said while placing his palm on my hand. "Will you be fine all alone? If you want I can drop you back to the dorms", I said while searching for my car keys in my bag.

"Umm...I need some fresh air. I will manage to reach to the dorms after grabbing the pizza", he said while giving me a small smile. I kissed him on the cheek before making my way out of the joint.

I was sitting in my chair looking out of the window when my eyes went to a girl who just walked in the joint alone. She looked familiar.

Those short burgundy hair and that lip ring made me realize who she was. It was Talia.

I was almost sweating when I saw her making her way to my table.
