"no shit!" jaein squealed at what i had just told her.
i chuckled and nodded.
she jumped up and down, "dude! that's like, awesome!"
jisung huffed, "they just kissed! it's not a big deal!"
jaein rolled her eyes and crossed her arms, "it is a big deal!"
"they just confessed their love to each other! i'm so happy for you, chenle!"
jisung pouted and poked jaein's shoulder, "would you kiss me?"
jaein glared at the boy, "no. you're being awfully rude at chenle."
the boy gasped, "what? why me!"
i snickered, "that's what you get!"
the three of us were heading towards the new cafe downtown. renjun had already been there and he said the service and the food was really good.
and so, we decided to go and check it out today after school.
"i can't wait to eat." jisung said as we got closer to the cafe.
when we got it, the sweet aroma of cakes and a bittersweet scent tickled our nostrils. the two decided that they would take our orders.
in which they left me to go find a seat for us.
i walked around the place, scanning the cafe for any empty tables and i luckily found one just fit for us.
i headed towards there, not being able to avoid clashing onto someone due to the small walk-space they had.
i immediately bowed and said sorry to that person.
"i-it's okay... really!"
her voice squeaked and i couldn't help but question it. she sounded way too familiar.
i looked down at her. she had light hair tied in twin braids as loose strands fell on the sides of her face and forehead as she continued to look down.
she was wearing a black uniform underneath her light blue jacket. i noticed how she had wrapped bandages on her hands.

wait a minute....
suddenly she walked past me, muttering, "sorry." again as she approached a girl that was standing my the entrance.
"you almost fell, rin."
i heard the girl say as they walk out of the cafe. i watched as they passed the window of the cafe and i caught a glimpse of the girls face.
my eyes widened and i quickly dashed outside, but to my luck,
they were nowhere to be found.
"i was so close..." i huffed and slumped on my seat.
jisung hummed, "you really met her huh?"
"i actually did!" i whined and buried my face onto the palms of my hand.
"i'm sure you'll meet her again... i believe she goes to culture high technology and arts school." jaein pointed out, i guess she must've saw their uniform.
"that's one of the schools that are close by..."
jaein smiled, "exactly! then think positive! you'll meet her again."
damn it...
i was so close.
