《Big Brother - Hunter x Hunter (Fanfic)[BL]》Chapter 20- The third phase starts

(Yilluzu's POV)
The dusk arrived and it's time for us to get off the ship, Illumi gently shook my shoulder to wake me up.
Then we got out of the ship and found out that we're on top of a tower.
"This is the Trick tower, the location of the third phase of the exam. The term is just simple. You all just have to arrive at the bottom of the tower alive! And we'll just give you 72 hours for the time limit." Announced the bean like guy from earlier.
"3 days? Shouldn't that be too long?" I said.
Illumi who now was disguised again as Gittarakur, got back to his clattering sound.
"You'll never know~" Hisoka answered.
"We should walk around, I don't need to take the exam anymore, but it's such a waste that I'm already here, why not participate nevertheless." I walked ahead of my two companions but as a walked for about a meter, happily skipping, I didn't hear any sound following me.
I looked back and saw that my two other companions were not there anymore!
I tried to scan the surrounding,
And sure they're already gone.
'Maybe it's a part of the exam?'
I just accepted it and walked towards the others,
Of course I'll go to Killua's circle of friends.
"Hey there!" I waved at the group.
I saw Killua tensed as I approached, I checked if I leaked any killing intent or aura for him to make that tensed face.
But of course, not a single strand of aura can be seen.
'I wonder what's wrong with him?'
"Hey little kid, are you okay?" I asked him.
He just turned his head on the other side and said, "Its none of your business."
"Okay,"
I can't do anything if he won't tell so I just shrugged it off.

"So did you ready found a way to get to the bottom of this tower?" I faced his other friends and asked.
"Mister! Don't you already have a hunter's license?" Gon asked me pondering.
"""He has already a license?!""" Leorio, Kurapika and Killua asked at the same time.
I laughed heartily at them and confirmed, "Yes, but keep it a secret for now, I don't want the other participants to know about it." As I place my index finger playfully in front of my mouth.
"He played against the Chairman and won a hunter's licences last night." Gon explained further.
"It's just by mere luck. The Chairman got distracted and I took the chance to win the game." I said winking at Gon to keep what he saw last night.
I guess, he got my signal and nodded, backing my statement.
The others just looked me awed and then continued to assess things about the exam.
We found some loose tiles on the tower's floor and it's exactly five near each other.
I asked them if I can go with them together and they agreed easily when I gave them a 'sincere' smile.
We decided to pick our own tile, and they assume that it will lead to different places and so they bid farewell to each other.
We all together jumped at a tile at the same time and found ourselves in the same room.
I laughed because the farewell a while ago was useless.
"Hahaha, miss me?" I asked jokingly.
"I missed you all." Leorio humorously said.
We then looked around to scan the room and found watches with timers.
We approached it,
And something was written on the wall above it.
""It is concerted that the six of you should pass the trial that are objectively assigned here."" Kurapika said, reading the written text in there.

"The six of us?" Asked Leorio pondering that we just have five people in our group.
We wore rhe watches on our wrist and examined it further. The watches has a timera and it has the 'x' and 'o' bottons in it.
"It means we still have to wait for another participant to join us" I said.
Someone voiced from the machine on the side, that there are a lot of ways to get to the bottom of the tower and each path have different conditions, that is it concerted by many of the higher up to make the exam a little bit difficult.
"The remaining time is 71 hours and 18 seconds, and we still have to wait." Kurapika said as he looked at his watch.
So~~~ we waited.
Two hours had passed and there we heard some movements at the upper part.
And there, appeared Tonpa. The guy earlier from the first phase who gave juices with laxatives to the other participants.
Of course, even I, hated to be teamed up with this idiot, and so our parties argued that they don't want to team up with him.
But, we have no choice but to accept.
The machine earlier spoke again, "Press 'o' if you want the door to open and 'x' if you don't."
Of course we all chose to press the 'o' but the result showed that someone pressed the 'x'.
'That annoying pig.'
"Sorry I accidentally pressed the 'x'." He explained as he scratched his nape.
'Aughh! If I could just kill this ugly pig, I would already have done it!'
His face is annoying and his behavior is annoying.
'Later, if this exam is done. I'll kill him!'
I directed my killing intent at him and he flinched as I looked at him with a gentle but creepy smile.
'I really hate this type of persons.'
I retracted my killing intent before the others could sense it then we walked towards the opened door.
Tonpa just lowered his head, frightened and dripping with cold sweat,
The others saw him, but did not intend to ask him what's wrong.
The next question is "To the right press "x" if left press "o""
The majority of 4 pressed "o" and the remaining 2 pressed "x".
I, Kurapika, Killua and Tonpa pressed "o" while Leorio and Gon pressed "x".
They explained why they pressed this and that.
While I, just pressed it randomly.
We entered the right path and walked ahead forward.
Then we were led to a place where we have to fight.
In front of us is a bottomless pit and a fighting range was placed in the middle of it.
On the other side opposite to us stood six people who told us that we need to fight each one of them.
"When you win 3 times, you can pass." Said the bald, barbaric-like man.
"You have to decide if you want to accept this challenge, Press 'o' if yes and 'x' if not".
"Here we go again with voting. We're just wasting our time. In order to pass the test we have to agree to this, right? It's for sure that most people would pressed 'o'" Leorio said.
"Except if there is one idiot who would press 'x'." He then looked at Tonpa's side.
Tonpa just said he understood and was the first to press the botton 'o'.
Then the other 5 of us altogether pressed 'o' at the same time.

Saga of Fallen Kings, Book I: The Revenant Prince
The Philosopher King once conquered the known world, his power seemingly unlimited and his armies inexhaustible. Since that time his might has slowly unravelled, and his once steadfast empire has begun to crack, splinter and devour itself. In the isolated Southern Realms, where even magic has abandoned them, none of that matters. For years it has been filled with warring kingdoms, where as many kings die to the blade as to old age, and constant battles tear apart the land. When one such kingdom invades its old enemy, the King and his heir, Prince Caden, are killed. Unable to accept the loss of his family Prince Arian is broken, and when the Philosopher King stretches out his hand in aid, Arian takes it without a second thought. When Caden wakes from death, he's different. His eyes and soul have changed, and he finds a world filled with friends who no longer trust he's even human. Suddenly thrust onto the throne and indebted to the Philosopher King, Caden has no choice but to keep going - he must finish what his father started, and try to survive the machinations of the figure who now owns his fealty. Meanwhile something beyond death stirs for him, desiring nothing more than to drag him back into its embrace. Author's Note: This story used to be known as "A King of his Own", but after some consideration I have decided to rebrand it. The first reason is that I was growing increasingly dissatisfied with the title. The second is that I have come increasingly to view this story as a 'saga' containing multiple 'books' rather than one long, continuous publication, and as I did so I realized that as I was quickly getting to a point in the story where I wanted the first 'book' to end. This doesn't mean I'm going back on the things I said below - they're just going to continue in the next book of the Saga of Fallen Kings. :) Also, be aware that I do plan to edit this at some point. Though I take care to squash out any obvious errors when I proof-read, and do simple edits in that process, at some point I'm almost certainly going to do large edits that might significantly change parts of the story. Old author's notes: This started as a completely random writing session. There was no purpose or direction, but as I kept typing an entire world began to form in my mind that I knew I had to write about. My plan is to turn this story into a veritable medieval fantasy epic that spans an entire world, follows multiple character and storylines, and takes place over many years. The story has quite a grounded, almost 'realistic' start, but many more fantastical elements will be introduced, expanded upon and become central to the narrative. I have ideas for this story that make me genuinely excited and I hope you enjoy my work as much as I enjoy writing it, and join me on what will hopefully become a truly massive fantasy epic. If you do enjoy this story please consider following, rating and leaving a review. I'm also happy to answer any questions or comments you have.
