(HISOKA'S POV)

"Found you~"

My target shall be the blonde kid and the guy with black hair, who were together.

I ran towards them in a fast speed, 'better finish this quickly.'

As I stood in front of my targets, they eyed me vigilantly.

"Hisoka," the blonde kid said, while the other guy laughed, "What a coincidence." He said.

"Hey~"

I laughed at both of them, "There's no need to be so jumpy. I only came here to ask you both a favor. --- You see, I only need two more points to pass this phase, how about you give your badges?"

"ARE YOU SERIOUS?!" Shouted the black-haired guy, "Of course." Do I look like I'm joking?(ー-ー;)

[A/N: Uhh-- Yes (¬ ¬ )]

"THERE'S NO WAY IN HELL--- FORGET IT!"

"LEORIO!" Stopped the blonde kid.

"You said you only need two more points-- so that means neither one of us is the target you're after, isn't that right?" The blonde kid calmly analyzed, "I'm the one asking the questions around here--- so are you going to give it to me or not?-- what are you going to do?"

"What happens if we refuse?" Asked the blonde kid.

I'm getting impatient at this long talk,

"I think you know the answer."

"I'll ask you once more-- are you going to give me your badges or not?"

"Wait-- what if we make a deal?" Suddenly raised the blond kid.

I agreed to the deal, but in the end I was tricked, I only gained I point, the two people already had escaped,

My bloodlust slowly gushed out, 'It's because of those two guys, I really feel agitated now,'

I wasted a lot time listening to them,

I tried controlling my thirst to make a bloodbath here, I still need to go back to Illumi,

I controlled my bloodlust and listlessly walked to the nearest river to fetch water.

"Alright time to go," as I was walking I saw a new target.

'I won't bother talking this time, besides I really wanna kill someone now.'

I attacked immediately once I arrive near the target, after killing it-- I found that my badge is already gone.

I looked at the direction where I felt a presence, and there I saw a kid wearing a green clothes, holding in his hands is my badge.

How interesting,

I approached him wearing a creepy smile, but he ran away,

I followed him and saw that he was ambushed by some guy.

I killed the insignificant guy who ambushed the kid.

I retrieved our badge, then took the dead guy's badge and kept it.

I returned to the paralyzed kid, then threw at him, my badge and his, and praised him of his stalking skill.

He refused the badges, maybe because of dignity,

He has potential and quite interesting, I'll just wait for him to ripen more before having satisfying fight with him.

I gave him a strong punch in the face for insisting that I should keep my own badge, "When you can strike me in the face like that someday, I'd be happy to take my badge back, but until then I'll just have to let you hold unto it." I laughingly said as I left.

'He should actually had felt really humiliated.' How laughable.

I continued to go back to where Illumi and Yilluzu are,

In the way back I again encountered a target, I quickly finished it off, now I still only need one more badge to pass this exam.

(YILLUZU'S POV)

I opened my eyes and found myself lying under the shade of a tree, Illumi was sitting beside me,

When he saw that I opened my eyes, he immediately executed a series of action, he supported be to sit up and gave me water.

Throughout the process, he is just silently do things while Hisoka is at the back helping him get things and had been a dedicated attendant, the two of them move in sync and finished checking up on me and tending to my every needs.

But I can feel that beside being worried to the bone, Illumi is quite mad.

What could I do, It really is my fault, I'd became careless and made him worry again.

I know I gave him a huge scare this time, I can see it in his movements, throughout the whole time he never-ever once had let go of me.

"How are you feeling now?" Still holding me in his embrace, he asked me.

"I'm feeling okay now." I shook my head, with a slight smile. "Sorry I made you worry again, as an atonement, I'll concede and won't enter the next exam." I looked at him with a smile.

I'll stop now this selfishness, I always make him worry, I should stop now and obediently concede.

Furthermore, it's no big deal, wether I participate in the final exam or not, I would still have a hunter's licence,

And besides, I'm injured, I can't continue this anymore.

Illumi looked at me, stunned, "Really?"

"We thought we still need to fight a battle for you to concede." Commented Hisoka on the side.

"I won't participate in the final exam anymore, I promise, but you can't give up on the exam, especially you participated in the exam for the sake of a mission." I told Illumi.

"I'll just watch on the sidelines, so give me an interesting and enjoyable show, won't you?" I grinned at Hisoka,

"As you wish~" he said, while making a bow, with a hand on the chest, gesture.

"Okay, but Yill-nii-- what exactly happened?" Asked Illumi.

I froze as the memory of being paralyzed and helplessness came back to me.

But, I can't let my little brother worry anymore.

"I felt dizzy when I was going to look for you, maybe because I just caught a cold, then when I lost my balance, I unlucky came across a pointed branch when I fell, I was stabbed by it in the process. All of it was an accident, beside no one can even stand against be if ever there is an enemy." I told him, half of it was a lie and there's some things that I need to keep.

I know that those frequent dizziness and blackouts were not caused by just the cold that I caught, but it's because of my currently weak body.

As the doctor had said back then, my body became weaker after waking up.

I couldn't bring myself to worry my little brother again.

Illumi accepted my explanation, for he knew that it is plausible.

"Btw since, I won't be going to participate in the final exam, there's no use for me to hold unto this badges, who among the two of you still lack a point?" I asked as I retrieved my badge, my target's badge and my hunter's badge from my pocket.

"I already have my six points." Said Illumi.

"I still need a point~" Answered Hisoka.

"Here," I threw at him the badges, "Pass this exam and give me an entertaining show later." I told him.

"If the exam is interesting that is~" He mused.

"It will~" I answered, which made them look at me inquiringly.

"You'll know~ just wait and see."

An announcement from a ship marked the end of the fourth phase.
