《Earl Grey x Reader》Book of Murder: Another

[AN:/might be a little rushed, I have a mountain of projects to do...]
"Ahh, since he's always so inconspicuous, I didn't notice!" Woodley laughed."Now that you mention it, I haven't seen him all morning, poor guy probably overslept a bit too much."
Everyone seemed to agree on this invisible question that Phelps was sleeping, but considering how things were going...he's dead isn't he? I looked down at my plate while chewing on the food, maybe I'll rest for a little while--
"Excuse me!" Arthur said, slamming his hands down the table, his utensils clattering against each other.
--or not.
He seemed to be upset, the fading glare from his eyes as he realized the weight of this situation, all seem to be perfect. The silence of the moment faded, as he suggested on checking on Mr. Phelps, you know, just in case? Then everyone stood from their seats and followed after Ciel and Arthur who took the lead.
"Mr. Phelps!" Arthur shouted, "Mr. Phelps! If you are in there, please answer me!"
Pound after pound on the door, until he decided to use the door like a normal person. Speaking of weird ways to enter rooms, where the heck is Grey?
Ciel was asked to where his room key was, and being the brat, of course he would.t know as his butler always did things for him, didn't he? Otherwise, what good can he do for this boy if he couldn't...The farmer boy, Finny was it? Stepped in the front, making sure everyone stays back until.
The sound of a sword swinging headed for this direction, the door was in pieces and stood in front of the damage was Earl Grey, his plate still in his hand.
"Let's make this quick shall we? Seeing there is still dessert," Grey said, a hint of impatience in his tone. God, someone here is potentially dead and you're still thinking about food? To be honest, I'd do the same thing though.

We all entered Ciel's bedroom one by one, all greeted by a horrible sight. The body of Mr. Phelps was laid flat on his stomach, clutching on the carpet. He's already in rigor mortis so his death was pretty early in the morning.
I looked at Earl Grey who also had a shocked expression, guess he wasn't the culprit this time. Then...why?
"Are we having...some sort of nightmare?" Grimsby muttered.
Arthur inspected Phelps' body some more, eventually finding what resembles to be...bitemarks!? Arthur said something that Phelps was stabbed with a needle but those are definitely bitemarks.
He then caught on to it, suggesting that it might be bite marks. Which Irene responded to, by referring Carmilla.
"You're saying this guy's been killed by a vampire!? Don't be ridiculous, You can't say that occult and unscientific nonsense in the 19th century!" Woodley retorted.
"Unscientific huh...guess you could say that," Ciel said under his breath.
I rolled my eyes, I've been living with vampires from the 21st century! They certainly do exist(in other dimensions if not possible but)) and if a demon like Sebastian does exist, vampires wouldn't be too far from that possibility. It's just that, those bitemarks aren't from vampires.
No vampire would go through the trouble of breaking into this manor, and there isn't a lot of blood splattered, vampires feed messily sometimes and the amount of blood would've been puddled at Phelps' corpse.
Arthur picked up a broken clock, reading the clock hands which were positioned at around 2:38.
Maybe that's the approximate time on when he died-- wait why is everyone going out?
"Come on, kitten," Grey whispered into my ear, getting me out my thoughts. The moment I did, I noticed that Grey was hugging me from behind while also walking, I felt...safe for some reason, and my cheeks grew warm.

"What are you doing, Kou--, Charles?" I asked him, tilting my head back.
"Nothing in particular, something's just bothering me that's all...like how something feels strange here."
I CANT TAKE YOU SERIOUSLY IF YOU HAVE THE SAME VOICE AS KOU MUKAMI, WHO'S BEEN--
--NO I CAN'T THINK THIS WHILE I'M STILL COMMITTED TO TEN VAMPIRES...dammit, did Grey just rested his head on mine!? No, not now...
(A hint of Charles Grey's P.O.V)
Ahh, her despair always seems so beautiful...
