《He Saved Me》Chapter fifty five

I woke up early today and decided to go to the barn after leaving Mason a note.
It's been a while since I rode so I'll get on for a little.
"Hey bud" I smile, petting JD.
He nudges me with his nose, happy to see me.
"Come on, lets go" I put the halter on him and bring him to the cross ties.
I quickly brush him and tack him up, not wanting to be here forever. Maybe I'll take Mason someone later, on a date.
"Okay, come on Jay" I pet his neck, mounting him.
"Lets make it a good one" I smile as we walk around the ring twice, then change direction for a warmup.
After a half hour of riding I put JD back and walk back to Masons.
"Le?" He calls out.
"Yeah Mas, I'm back. Go back to sleep" I kiss his forehead.
"Lay with me?" He hugs my waist.
"I was at the barn. I'm all sweaty and I smell like horse" I laugh.
"I don't care" He mumbles, snuggling into me.
I give in and just let him fall back asleep before I swiftly slip out of his arms and take a shower.
After the shower I wrap myself up in the soft towel to grab a hoodie from Masons closet.
I grab the hoodie, some shorts and undergarments I had packed and quickly change in the bathroom.
I cuddle back under the covers with Mason, his arms immediately take my body into them.
"How was your shower?" He kisses my face multiple times.
"It was good" I giggle.
"Wearing one of my hoodies now, are we?" He picks at the material, a smile on his face, his legs now on either side of mine.
"Yes, we are" I stick my tongue out at him.
"Eh, eh, eh, put that tongue away. Now isn't the time babe" He smirks. "Now what are we wearing under this?" He pulls the hoodie up to reveal my bare stomach and nike shorts.
"Maybe now is the time" He looks at me, trailing his hand on my stomach, causing goosebumps to form.
He bends down, leaving soft kisses on my stomach while never breaking eye contact. "W-What are you doing?" I breathe out as he swirls his tongue on my smooth skin.
"Shh babe, I won't hurt you" He whispers, still holding eye contact.
He trails kisses all around my body, occasionally stopping to leave a mark.
"God, I'm so lucky" He sits up, staring at me.
I blush, attempting to pull the covers up.
"Good try" He smoothens my hair out.
"We should maybe go eat something" I suggest.
Masons mouth forms into a smirk as he places his hands on the band of my shorts.
"I mean breakfast Mas" I laugh, shaking my head.
"This could count as breakfast, I wouldn't mind" He says in the most serious voice ever.
"Mason White" I gasp, a blush on my cheeks.
"Fine, we'll finish later though" He winks, pulling me up with him.
I shake my head, laughing.
"What do you want for breakfast" I ask.
"Nothing you can make in the kitchen" He sings causing me to hit his chest.
"Mason" I shriek.
"Sorry babe" He laughs.
"What are you kids laughing about?" Jim looks at us suspiciously.
"Oh nothing" Mason winks at me, a blush spreading on my face.
According to the smile on his face that was what he was trying to accomplish.
"All I ask is that you use protection" Jim puts his hands up, my eyes bulging.

"Oh my gosh" I mumble.
"We don't need little Masons running around here until after marriage" Tara nods, agreeing with her husbands.
Mason laughs, slinging an arm over my shoulder and I can't help the embarrassment apparent on my face.
"Poor Leah is mortified" Jim laughs, shaking her head.
"I am" I shake my head.
"Loosen up babe" Mason kisses my cheek, getting the eggs out of the fridge.
I take them from him as he grabs the whisk and a bowl.
I make some eggs for him and I and then we eat them in silence.
"I might have to make you my wife for your cooking alone" Mason laughs as he finishes his eggs.
"Oh yeah? Is that so? A little hurtful" I joke, taking his plate from him.
"Yes" He follows me to the sink, wrapping his arms around my waist. "The sex would be a bonus" He whispers in my ear.
"Hm, you got that right" I nod.
"Someones getting a little riskay" Mason pokes my cheek, laughing.
"Mhm" I turn around in his arms.
"Now what did you put in those eggs?" He smiles, sticking his hands in the hoodie pocket.
"Milk and a little cheese" I look up at him, a soft smile on his face.
"You sure are something else, Williams" He shakes his head, trailing his hands down to my thighs.
"I can be, yes. But you're lucky you have me" I squint, joking around.
"I am. I tell myself that everyday" He nods, wrapping my arms around his neck.
"Oh stop. I'm the lucky one and I can back it up" I lean back, my arms still around his neck.
"Lets hear this" He holds my waist.
"Its simple, you saved me" I stare into his eyes.
"I can say the same" He stares back at me.
"No Mason, you really did save me. You gave me a reason to live. I would have definitely been dead by now" I run a hand through his hair.
"No you wouldn't be" He shakes his head.
"I would. From myself or my parents. You saw what they did to me" I look down.
"Look at me" He urges me.
"Leah, I love you so much. You're strong. I'm glad I was able to help and give you support. You truly saved me though. As clique as it sounds, you saved me from myself and I can never thank you enough for it" He pushes a strand of hair behind my ear.
"I love you too Mason" I smile at him.
"Now kiss me" He mumbles.
I gently place my lips on his, letting him deepen the kiss a bit. I pull away before it advances since we are still in the kitchen.
"Buzz kill" He mumbles.
"Hey! We're in the kitchen, mind you" I scowl at him jokingly.
"We're going to the store. Be home later" Tara calls as the door shuts.
"You know what that means" A smile spreads on Masons face.
Before I can process anything I am on Masons shoulder and he's sprinting up the stairs.
He slams his bedroom door behind him and tosses me on the bed, gently.
"My gosh" I laugh, pushing my hair out of my face.
Lust and excitement fills his eyes and I'm immediately turned on.
He peels his shirt off, his shorts hanging low on his hips.
I trace his abs as he climbs onto the bed.
He places a kiss on my forehead, instructing me to lay down. He slowly reaches for the waistband of my shorts
"You just look so hot in my clothes" He mumbles, pulling them down. Chills erupt across my body.

I pull his neck so that I can kiss him.
"Mm" He moans as my lips connects to his.
I flip us over so I'm the one straddling his waist.
"Fück, Leah" He curses. I smirk, leaving kisses on his chest and neck.
"Stop teasing me" He groans as I leave a mark on his sensitive spot.
"Teasing you? I'm not teasing you" I bat my eyelashes innocently.
"Don't act all innocent" He rests his hands on my ãss.
"I don't know what you're talking about" I twirl my hair.
"Sure you don't" He sucks in a breath as I shift a bit.
"Fück this" He mumbles, pulling my hoodie over my head.
"See, bonus" Mason smiles.
"Shut up" I shake my head, pulling the covers up.
"What do you want to watch?" Mason laughs, grabbing his computer.
"I don't know" I lay my head on his shoulder, looking at the screen.
"You know I love you right?" He kisses the top of my head.
"I know. I love you too" I look up at him, kissing him.
"What are we doing later?" I ask, drawing shapes on Masons chest.
"What do you want to do later?" He scratches my back gently, almost putting me to sleep.
"I was thinking about taking you out for dinner but I'm not sure because I don't really want to get all dressed up" I laugh, a smile spreading on his face.
"You're adorable. And, you do know we don't have to do anything. Right?" Mason says,
"Yeah, I know. I want to though" I wrap my arms around him, hugging his chest.
"I'll think of something" He kisses my temple, clicking on a movie.
"Here, I'll go get snacks" He gets up, throwing a clean pair of boxers on and some grey sweatpants. Every girls weakness.
He tosses his t-shirt to me and my underwear.
"Thank you" I smile as he walks downstairs.
I slip the clothes on and get back under the covers.
Mason walks in with chips, cookies and some water.
"Ooh" I smile, sitting up and reaching for the chips.
Mason places the bowl in my hand and picks me up, placing me in between his legs.
"What movie are we watching?" I ask, leaning against his chest.
"Just Friends" He takes a chip out of the bowl.
"Okay" I smile.
We talk for most of the movie, barely even watching it.
"Okay, so if you had to choose, would you chose your mom or your dad" I smile.
"You can't do that to me. Thats so messed up" He laughs.
"Fine, Tim or Aiden" I cross my arms.
"Tim" He mumbles.
"Wow" I nod.
"How about you, my sister or Dani" He cocks his head to the side.
"Ellie without a doubt" I laugh.
"Nothing against Dani, I love her to death. Your sister is practically my family though" I clarify.
"Its always a good thing when you like your sister-in-law" Mason nods.
I laugh, nodding.
"So, you really want to be with me like, forever?" I furrow my eyebrows.
"Of course I do, are you crazy?" He holds my face in his hands.
"A little bit" I laugh.
"Why wouldn't I want a future with you, Le?" He furrows his eyebrows.
"I-" I start, looking down.
"I want to be with you. I want to know that you're there at my games. I want to go house hunting together. To watch endless movies and go on thousands of dinner dates together. I want to know that you're carrying my kid. I want to be able to call you my wife. Be able to wake up every morning next to you. I want to raise kids together. I want to grow old together. I want to tell our kids our story. I want to tell our grandkids our story. I want to put a ring on that finger and be able to call you Mrs. White" He picks my head up.
"I-I don't want to be like my parents Mas" I suck in a breath.
"You won't be. I know you wont be. You're so good to kids, never mind your own kids. You have nothing to worry about Leah" He hugs me.
"I hope you're right" I sigh, resting my forehead on his chest.
"Do you still want to go out?" He runs his fingers up and down my back.
"Its up to you, honestly. I don't mind either" I wrap my arms around his neck.
"We can go for coffee or a drive. Or stay in, your choice" He gives me a soft smile.
"Yeah, that sounds good" I nod, standing up.
"Where'd my phone go? Mas, did you see it?" I scan his room.
"Mm, no. I didn't" He stares at me.
"What? Why are you looking at me like that?" I look down, trying to figure out whats wrong.
I turn around, looking in the mirror to fix my hair.
"You look fücking hot. Damn, baby" He yells, causing me to jump.
"Oh my gosh" I shake my head, laughing.
"Alexa, play T-shirt by Thomas Rhett" He wraps his arms around me, hauling me into his arms.
"Stop it" I laugh as he swings me around.
"Slip your shoes on and get your cute little äss in the car" He puts me down, throwing a t-shirt on.
"Hold on" I laugh, grabbing my shorts and bra.
"Boring" He coos.
"Oh shut up. I still don't know where my phone is" I make his bed.
"I don't know, who really needs it anyways?" Mason laughs, grabbing my hand.
"Lets go" He laughs, throwing his phone on the bed.
We get in the car and Mason turns the radio on, pulling out.
I flip the mirror down, trying to make myself look more presentable.
"Oh stop it, you look great. This is my favorite look on you" He winks, a smirk on his face.
"Yeah, it would be" I shake my head, laughing.
"Coffee?" He asks as we pull up to our small café.
"Oh, yes please" I nod.
"Got it, be right back" He kisses my forehead, grabbing his wallet.
I wait in the car for Mason, watching the people go by.
A couple minutes go by and I see Mason stepping up to order. Out of the corner of my eye I see Samantha.
You have got to be kidding me.
I quickly turn the car off, grabbing the keys and slamming the car door behind me, I make my way into the café.
"Samantha, get off me" I hear Mason sigh, prying Samantha's talons off his arm.
"Hey babe, did you get the coffee? Oh, Samantha, hey. Funny seeing you here" I put a fake smile on, wrapping my arm around Masons waist.
She looks at me, stepping away from Mason.
"Hi" She gives me a half-ässed smile. "I was just meeting someone" She explains.
"Oh yeah? Thats cool" I cock my head to the side.
"Well, I'll see you around Leah. Mas, I'll see you tomorrow" She winks at him as she turns on her heel and leaves.
"What's tomorrow?" I stand in front of Mason, arms crossed.
"Nothing. What? She was just trying to piss you off Leah" He defends himself.
I raise my eyebrows, not believing a single word out of his mouth.
"Oh come on, you believe her over me?" He asks, taking the coffee from the barista and handing me one.
"Right now, yeah. Whats tomorrow Mason, just tell me" I sigh.
"Her graduation party, that I'm not going to. She invited me but I don't want to go to that. Therefore, nothing is tomorrow and I will not be around Samantha tomorrow" He frowns, as we get into the car.
"Okay, see, now I believe you" I nod.
"Thank you" He kisses my cheek.
"Lets drive" He starts the car, a smile on his face.
"Off we go" I take a sip of the boiling hot liquid.
We drive around for an hour, without a location. We take a ride past the apartment, my old house, my old best friends house, the park, Starbucks and the school. Just driving in circles aimlessly until we pull up to Masons house.
"I have to work tonight" I sigh, slouching in the seat.
"Do you have to?" Mason whines, stepping out of the car.
"Unfortunately. I need the money. Its a short shift though. Only three and a half hours" I intertwine our hands.
"Not bad. Are you free tomorrow? All day?" Mason asks, closing his bedroom door behind us.
"Yes, I am" I nod, slipping my shoes off.
"Nice, okay. I'll drive you to and from work tonight and you can sleep over again" He winks, causing me to roll my eyes. "Then I'm taking you on a date tomorrow" He continues.
"You stole my idea" I hit his chest, frowning.
He laughs, sitting on the bed.
"Did I now?" He pulls me to stand in between his legs.
I nod, trying to contain the laughter his grip on my waist is causing.
"So, what are you going to do then?" He smirks.
I burst into a fit of laughter, a smile gracing Masons face.
"What are you laughing about" He pulls me into a hug.
"That tickled" I laugh, clutching my stomach.
"You're so weird" He laughs, laying on his back.
"Why thank you" I get under his covers.
"Are you done for the day?" He smiles.
"I wouldn't be mad about it" I burry my head in the pillow.
"I can see that" He takes his shirt off, slipping under the covers.
"Now was that really necessary?" I joke.
"You know thats how I'm most comfortable" He rolls his eyes, smiling.
"I'm tired" I yawn, cuddling up to Masons chest.
"Take a nap" He runs his fingers through my curly hair.
"I won't wake up in time for my shift, I know it" I laugh, taking Masons phone from his hands.
I scroll through his snapchat, answering some of his friends.
"Do you have any good games?" I look through them.
"No, I don't really use my phone much, never mind play games" He laughs, kissing my head.
"Boring" I sing, sticking my tongue out.
"Oh shush up" I can hear his smile.
"I don't want to go to work" I whine, giving him back his phone.
"I know, I know. I wish you didn't have to" he lays his head on top of mine.
"We need to leave in a couple minutes so I can get my uniform from home" I get out of the bed, slipping my shoes on.
"Okay" He stretched, grabbing his keys, a shirt and his slides.
We quickly drive to my apartment and I grab my uniform and change.
Mason drops me off in perfect time and I wave to Cody through the window.
"Okay, have fun. I'll be back at 6:30. I love you" He kisses me and drives off.
I head inside and begin my shift.
