"donghyuck, h-how are you not tired yet?" mark asked as he leaned against the wall, panting. he watched as donghyuck continued to glide against the ice rink, his skates creating a small sound.
donghyuck smiled, twirling around playfully. "i have more stamina than your old self, markie." the canadian male sighed at the nickname, smiling softly as he saw donghyuck happily boosted his speed, jumping off the ice as he nailed a triple loop.
mark sighed as he went to one of the sofas, taking his skate off. "i feel old now, hyuck." he only heard the younger giggle back as he continued to mind his own business. mark snickered as he went up to one of the speaker. "then since you have so much stamina, why don't you perform for ?"
donghyuck widened his eyes as a familiar music came up. he frowned at mark, who only smirked back. "so?" donghyuck sighed as he got ready, going to the middle of the rink as he got in position. "i hate you, mark." he muttered as the music started, mark just hummed as he watched from the audience seat, being close to donghyuck.
"i wonder what coach would say if he saw you right now." mark pondered, making donghyuck flinch as he stopped his performance, looking at him with a straight face. "there's a chance he wouldn't even remind me, let's be honest."
the canadian chuckled at donghyuck as he skated towards him. "you did get a lot better in skating. not as much as me though.." mark mumbled the last part under his breath, but donghyuck heard him loud and clear. the tanned male glared at him as he flicked his forehead.
mark winced as he glared back, bringing donghyuck closer making the younger slightly flustered. mark took this chance to tease the heck out of him. he swiftly grabbed donghyuck's hips as he leaned in, a sly smile on his face. "shy now?"

donghyuck huffed as he pushed away mark's face, glaring at him. "shut up, markie." mark snickered as he looked down again before placing a small kiss onto donghyuck's forehead making the tanned male pouted in frustration. "you missed."
mark hummed a she then placed one on donghyuck's left cheek, making the male even more ticked off as an irk mark appeared on his forehead. the canadian laughed humourly as he leaned in to kiss him on the lips, mark smiling. "you happy now? could have just told me straightforward."
"you were too busy being a dick, now shoo."
"excuse me, i am older than you and i am not a dog."
"you're not a dog, but you are , you got one right. congrats."

This is a story of two old men trying to free from the shackle of their destiny set in a future only to await their impending doom. This is a story of a dead god, and of a storyteller, trying to break from the bonds of the past. And as their stories go, one of them will face the events that unfold in their distant past, as the other one will unveil its mystery predicted by its future. Is it a mistake to challenge fate, after all? *** The world-building is set upon on the universal scale, with dungeon and old-style fantasy. It has a progression that follows with the consistency of a dungeon setting, although it's not what you call a dungeon, but a function of a crystal. There's a lot to take in this novel, but that's all within my intention. I have always enjoyed challenging conventional ideas. The cover is not mine, it's just temporary.
