Days flew so quickly and now, it's already three weeks and three days Since I became a married woman. Amir starts to show some kindness to me and I'm so happy that we've started to get along even if we still sleep in separate rooms.

Amir and i went to visit my parents last week and I couldn't believe that Amir could be so nice to them.He really behave how a son in-law should behave, what I don't know is that if it was all an act or not but all in all ,I'm glad that he was good to my family. My two elder brothers got to know him well and also threatened him to look after me, if not they would haunt him down with or without his money they don't care. I'm glad I have two loving brothers who are willing to fight for me.

Let just say these past few weeks was so good to me. My name came out on the second admission list for KASU same with Aisha's. I wished we went to check it together. I really miss Aisha ,i still haven't got a call from her and I called my brother if he already received a call from her but he hasn't. We are so worried for her,that is why I've decided to go visit her mom tomorrow maybe she might have news about her.

Presently, now I'm the only one at home cos Amir went to work. Sadiya gave me a call that she would come over to our section, she has been my new friend since I married her brother. We really have so many things in common. I was also surprised when she told me that she also apply to the same university as me and her name also came out on the list.

I heard the opening of the door so I turn to see who that is.

" Assalamualaikum" sadiya came in as she greeted and I ran to hug her cos I miss this silly girl. She travelled to zaria last two days and just came back yesterday in the evening. She went for her friend's wedding in Zaria.

" wa alaikumu salam" I pull away from the hug as I answered her.

" O M G, you really miss me this much" she playfully fan herself with her right hand as we walked to seat on the chair.

" of course, sadeebaby, the house is so boring without you." I pouted playfully . Sadeeybaby is my new nickname for her.

She laughed at me and shake her head at my silliness.

" Don't let yaya hear you, if not he will think that I want to take his wife away from him." she said inbetween laugh.

" wallahi, even if Amir is here the house isn't as lively as when you're here. You know how grumpy your brother can be " I jokingly said and we both burst into laughter.

" I'm tell-ing yo-u, your brother is something else" I said in between laughter ,Aisha also couldn't stop laughing

" if yaya, cat-ches you it's non of my business oo" she said after her laughter goes down.

We both look at each other and burst into another set of laughter.

" Sometimes, I also wonder why he is always so serious. " she jokingly said and sadiya made a face to look how her brother always does his and It was so funny.

" yeah, yeah like that" I pointed at her face. " that is how he always crunch up his face " I laughed

" Really now" a deep voice said and sadiya and I both still.

Shit. When did he come in?

We both turn towards the door like robots cos we know we are in deepshit.

We quickly stood up to cower in shame.

" So that is how I always do my face. " he look at me as he said this with folded arms.

" and what is it you also called me, " he said, trying to remember the word " bingo, you also said I'm grumpy " he cock his one brow at me.

" Erm, erm ...amir you're back" I stupidly said in my state of shame

He only stood there while looking at me with eyes filled with mischief and I bend my head to avoid his piercing gray eye. He turn to also glare at sadiya, she also look as if she wants to piece in her pants.

" yaya, we-we weren't tal-king about you" sadiya stammered

" so you now call me deaf right" he glared at her

" n-no that isn't what I meant . We are sorry "

He turn to look at me we an expression I can't even muster. His eye dance with so many mischief which I myself done know what it means. We were kind of in a staring contest. But he quickly blinked as if to come out of a trance. He turn to walk to his room without saying anything more .

I gave sadiya a look that says we are in trouble, she nod to agree with me.

" I think I should leave. If he comes out of his room to see that I'm still here, he his gonna skin me alive so I better run for my life"

" what about me, are you just going to leave me alone"

" he is your husband and I know that he wouldn't even do anything to you. Didn't you see how he looked at you" she playfully wiggle her brows , I blushed.

" let me leave you two to your thing. I know you know how to cool him down " she wiggle her brows again, like trying to mean something else. When I understood what she met I blushed and pushed her out of the house. She laughed at me as she got out.

If only she knew that we haven't reach that stage yet.

I silently pray as I walked to amir's room, I knock before entering.

He was already out of his work clothes and wore something casual. He really looks good in them.

He was typing away on his system and I awkwardly wait for him to finish. When he was done he looked at me with one brow raised, as if waiting for me to say what brought me here.

" Erm, Amir we are so sorry please forgive us" I childishly apologize with my best puppy eye and Amir still didn't say anything ,instead he folded his hand over his chest.

" Amir please we are so so sorry. Please don't do anything to sadiya I was the one who started all this. So punish me instead " I pouted.

He look at me and burst into laugh and stood up to walk straight to where I'm standing. He stood in front of me and click his fingers like he know what he want . He looks so handsome when he smiles

" if you don't want me to punish her then I want you to do something for me" he said while looking at me like a hunter and I'm his prey.

His closeness makes me so uneasy

" wh-at is it" I asked

" it's simple. I want you to say that I'm the most handsome man you have ever seen and I'm not grumpy. Say it at the top of your long five times" my eye widen at this while he smirked waiting for me to say it.

" But-tt-"

" but what sweetheart ?,do you want me to punish sadiya" I quickly shake my head. Why is he suddenly behaving this way or is he on drugs or something.

" Then your time starts now" he said with a mischievous smile and I blinked at him.

" y-ou ar-e the most handsome -" he shush me with his fingers on my lips. God what is happening to amir and why is my body tingling when he touch my lips? What is wrong with me?

" say it stronger" he said in a husky voice while his finger was still on my lips. I widen my eye.

I look like an idiot right now with how I keep blinking my eye at him ,the stammering and the shivers I keep getting.

I couldn't handle it anymore so I asked.

" what is wro-ng with you am-ir" I said in a shaky voice cos he was really close to me now. His attention fell on my lips as I said this and I shakily moist them.

" you are what is wrong with me" he huskily said with his attention still on my lips.

" you make me feel crazy this past few days. Do you think I didn't notice how beautiful you're and how your scent always drive me crazy"

" wh-at! " I shakily said in surprise

" yes Ameera, you've start to get in my head" he nodded at me " I came back home early cos I couldn't concentrate in the office, I kept picturing your beautiful face. " I stood in shock without moving or saying anything

" What are you doing to me" he huskily asked as he move closer to my lips. I couldn't do anything, it was as if all of these was a dream. Is Amir alright?

His lips was about to touch my lip when the shrill of his phone was heard and I quickly excaped his hold and ran out of the room with different thoughts.

I ran to my room and closed the door with a bang. I rested my back at the door with a sigh as I touch my lips. What is happening?

I can't believe that Amir was about to kiss me, is this real?.

What has changed with amir? How am I making him crazy? .So many thoughts running in my head which I got no answers to, the only one who got answers to my thoughts is amir.

Am I ready for all these? No. I'm not ready, I don't think I'm ready for this change. What am I going to do now?
