《Don't Forget Me-Matthew Espinosa》Chapter 5

After that eventful weekend, it was now sadly the time where you have to go to a torturous place called "school".
I still have some feelings of anger and jealousy inside of me after what happened, but I will just let them simmer down.
I started to get ready by walking into the bathroom and taking a quick shower. Then, I did my natural makeup look, which is what I usually do for school, consisting of foundation, concealor, and mascara. Once that was done, I put on my school uniform.
I grabbed my backpack and iPhone then headed out the door totally skipping anything for breakfast. That's actually how it's been all weekend, I haven't really been eating much since I started to cut again. Even though I only did it on Friday.. no other day this weekend.
Finally, the walk to school was over and I walked through the doors to hell, or school as some people like to call it. I got here early today so I could have a 30 minute free period from 7:30 to 8:00.
I went to my locker to get out my books for 1st period and oh great! I have the honor to see Matt and Jennifer sucking each others faces about ten lockers down from me. I held in all the anger that was still boiling and just ignored.
Now the hallways were pretty much filled with imbeciles, that I sadly have to call my piers, because 1st period starts in 5 minutes. I started walking the opposite way of Matt and Jennifer till I realized that my class was in that direction.
I walked past and bumped shoulders with Matt's little hooker.
Oh! I like that new nickname for her! Well, that's a keeper!!
Hooker acted as if it hurt her that I literally just 'touched' shoulders with her. I looked back and saw her making like a puppy dog face at Matt as if to do something. And that's when does it.
"Bitch!" Well I guess he wants to see what a real bitch looks like cause guess what.. my anger just overflowed with that sly comment.
I whipped my head around and shoved Jennifer right off Matt and got right up in his face.
"Don't test me cause, trust me, I will show what a real 'bitch' can do." I said with a sweet smile plastered on my face.

"You go girl, you go!" I thought to myself.
"And why would you want to do that to me?" He asked oh- so innocently.
I got real close to him and whispered, "I have my reasons." I said.
Right after that, I bounced to 1st period because the bell honestly just rang.
Thankfully getting me out of that argument.

|Lunch|
"Yass! Food!" I said to Jessica as we sat down at our lunch table.
I actually felt the need to eat at lunch today, which is a good sign.
Oh! Have I ever told you that Taylor Caniff ALWAYS.. I mean always.. flirts with me. Ever since 8th grade right after I broke up with Matt. I guess he always had a little crush on me and I just always just pushed it to the back of my mind.
Sometimes when I think about things, I think that Matt uses Hooker, I mean Jennifer, to make me jealous.
You know what, now its my turn..
"Hey Jess, want to go sit with Taylor and his friends? There are two seats left at his table." I asked while thinking of my jealousy plan.
"Uhh." She hesitantly said.
"Come on Jess! Look his cute friend Ryan is sitting over there! Pleaseeee!?" I begged her practically on my knees.
"Only because you're the bestest.. I will!"
"Yay!" Thank god she said yes because this is a good way to start my plot of revenge.
We walked over to their table and I sat down while Jessica stood there awkwardly. I motioned for her to sit down so we didn't look as weird as we already are.
"Who gave you the right to sit here?" Taylor said with a disgusted look on his face.
"Me." I spat right back at him. Man.. today I am just on a roll with these comebacks!
Immediately all the boys at the table went "Ooh!"
"Than it looks like me and you have different ideas on where you should sit at lunch." He wants to play that game I see.
"Oh, but you know you love me sitting here.." I whispered in his ear.
"I guess you're right." He whispered back in my ear. Then while moving away he slightly touched his lips to my neck, giving me the goosebumps.
No longer than 2 seconds after he said that his girlfriend, Jordan, walks over to us giving Taylor an annoyed facial expression.

Oh Shit! I totally forgot he had a girlfriend!
How is this plan gonna work out if they are together?
Taylor didn't say anything to Jordan. Oh Jordan! Let me tell you about her! She is like the best of friends with Jennifer, go figure. Umm.. Also, I hate her and I think that's all you really need to know.
"TAYLOR!" Jordan whined.
"What Jordan!?" Taylor says, clearly agitated by her presence.
"Excuse me! You do not talk to me like that!" She said as if she was the queen of something.. maybe queen of whores.
"Guess what!? I just did! Oh and by the way we're over. I'm sick of pretending to actually like you." Damn! No he didn't!
"Seriously! This is how you're gonna end our relationship?" she said worriedly.
"Pretty much." He said not giving a damn.
"Fine. But all I have to say is watch your back.. and your little slut sitting next to you!" She better back up or else she's going to end up like her bitch Jennifer.
"Like I'm scared of a skinny white girl." And with that, Jordan just stomped away.
Did I ever mention the fact that Taylor is pretty much the biggest bad boy, and also a player? Now it looks like I'm gonna have to be the coach to his game. Little does he know that I'm just going to end up sitting him on the bench.

Right now I'm on my way to the last period of the day. I went to my locker and grabbed all my things for math.
Ughh!
I closed my locker, about to head to class, when I am startled to see Taylor standing there.
"Hey there." He says.
"You scared me!" I yelled in a whisper.
"That was the point."
"Whatever. What do you want?" I asked now slightly nervous because the bell just rang, and the hallways are cleared.
Just as I thought that he slams me against the locker and puts both hands so that I'm trapped between him and cold metal. And I'm pretty sure right now I have the most petrified look on my face.
"Is Miss McKenna scared?" He says in a baby voice.
"Maybe in your dreams." I scuffed. As soon as I said that he pushes me harder up against the locker. Now I'm scared shitless.
His lips are only a centimeter away from mine and I'm so tempted to kiss. Suddenly, out if the very corner of my eye I can see Matt coming this way. Yes! This is my chance so I do what I must.
I kiss Taylor.
"McKenna?" I hear Matt say.
"Maybe in your dreams." McKenna scuffed.
I have liked McKenna since the day I heard that her and Matt broke up. I mean I liked her before but I couldn't have her because, well, she was with Matt.
Since that day I have always flirted with, or at least tried to get her to like me back. It never seemed to work. It just seemed like she ignored whatever I was trying to do.
Then today at lunch, she came and sat at my table. I was so shocked. In a good way. Usually I only have 10 second conversations with her so today when she sat at my table I didn't know what to do.
Normally with girls I don't have to say much because they never want to talk.. If you know what I mean. So when she talked to me all I could do was say rude remarks.
I always do this around her. Make her feel scared. Small. And right know, I can tell she scared because I can see it in her eyes. I mean I have her pushed up against a locker, who wouldn't be scared.
Then she does something I would've never expected.
She kissed me. It wasn't a gentle, passionate kiss. More like a hard, forceful kiss.
"McKenna?" Who the hell is that?! Class already started...
Then, I suddenly remembered that annoying ass voice.
Matthew.
I stepped back, parting my lips from hers, sadly. We both looked at Matt, who was frozen in his footsteps. He just rolled his eyes and kept walking. Even though I think I heard him mumble under his breath.
I let it go, and looked at McKenna who had a smirk on her face. I'm pretty sure McKenna has gotten over him, but sometimes I'm just not sure.
Deep down a part of me is saying that she still has lingering feelings for him.
I guess that means I am going to have to fight for what I want, and show her that I want her.
