《Little Rebel》Chapter 28

I woke up the next morning, cuddled up with Perrie.
Totally normal.
"Psst."
I sat up slightly and looked around my room, not seeing anything, partly because I was half blind.
Leaning over, I grabbed my glasses and looked around again.
"Pssst!"
I heard again, louder this time.
"Jordyn!" Someone said, as aloud as possible without actually yelling.
I turned my head slightly, looking over the side of the bed where I thought I heard the voice and was met with a face right next to mine.
Screaming, I fell backwards, getting out of Perrie's grip, but my foot got caught on the blanket and my body went on the floor while my foot stayed tangled up on the bed.
I heard laughing and I turned my head, groaning.
"Stop laughing." I whined, looking up at Nash as he was bent over, clutching his stomach.
"So-Sorry." He managed to say, between laughs.
I stood up and hopped on one foot to untangle the other, almost falling down again.
Nash put a hand on my shoulder, steadying me.
"Thanks." I muttered.
"Anytime." He said, still laughing slightly.
"So why are you in my room at...10:00 in the morning?" I asked, looking at my phone.
"Because, I need you to come with me." He said, smiling.
"You're making me nervous." I said, looking at him.
"Just get dressed and meet me downstairs." Nash told me, then left my room.
"Ok...?" I said.
Shrugging, I pulled out a pair of black leggings, a Rolling Stones shirt, and tied a red flannel around my waist.
Slipping on some black combat boots, I went into the bathroom.
I straightened my hair then pulled half of it up into a bun on top of my head.
Putting on my normal makeup, I put my glasses back on, not wanting to bother with contacts, and left the bathroom and went downstairs.

"Nash?" I called, going into the kitchen.
"Right here." He said, sitting on a stool at the counter.
I grabbed my meds and took them with some water.
"So are you going to tell me where we're going?" I asked, setting the cup in the sink.
"Nope." Nash said, standing up. "Follow me."
Nash and I went outside, getting in the car.
He started the car and pulled out of the driveway, driving down the street.
"Nash, I don't like surprises." I said.
"You'll like this one. I promise." He told me.
I crossed my arms and leaned back into the seat.
"No promise." I muttered.
Nash just chuckled at me.
"You're so stubborn." He said.
"Yeah, I know." I snapped.
I turned on the radio, and after switching from station to station, I got annoyed at the music and plugged my phone in.
Playing This Is Gospel by Panic! At the Disco, I sang along.
"You're pretty good." Nash said.
"Ha, very funny." I said, furrowing my brow at him.
He just rolled his eyes.
I didn't pay attention to where we were going after that. I just stared out the window, in my own world.
When the car stopped, I looked at Nash.
"Where are we." I asked.
"Here." He shoved a piece of paper in my hands, ignoring my question.
"What?" I furrowed my brow and glanced at the note.
"Bye Jordyn." Nash sang.
"I'm so confused." I said.
"Ok, get out of the car." He said slowly.
I unbuckled my seatbelt and got out.
"Now." He stayed in the drivers seat and leaned over the passengers seat to talk to me out of the open car door. "Read the note, and I'll see you later."
With that, he closed the door and drove away.

"Fuck you too." I muttered under my breath.
I looked around and saw that I was on the pier by the beach.
Looking more closely at the note, I read it.
'Jordyn.
I'm sure you're probably really mad at Nash right now, but don't be. I made him do it. So what I need you to do, it go to the closest Starbucks. When you get there, tell them your name is Jordyn.
-Cameron'
I looked up from the note and looked around. I have no idea where a Starbucks is, but it probably should be close.
Deciding my best choice was to just start walking, I started down the pier.
Not even five minutes later, I saw a sign for a Starbucks.
I walked inside and saw there wasn't very many people.
"Hi, what can I get for you?" The barista asked.
"Uh, I'm Jordyn." I said, unsure.
"Oh, ok." She said, more excitedly. "This is for you then."
I was handed a frappuccino and another note.
"Have a nice day." She winked, then turned to help the next person.
I took a sip of my drink and read the note.
'Jordyn.
How's your coffee? I wasn't sure what you liked, but the barista said the S'mores frappe was good. So I hope you like it. Next, I need you to go to the store. The one Nash, you, and I went to to get your hair dye. Get a box of dye and go to the counter. They'll know it's you.
-Cameron'
Drinking my Starbucks, I power walked to the store.
I grabbed a box of bright blue dye and hurried to the counter.
Slamming it down, the cashier's eyes widened and looked at me.
"Jordyn?" He asked.
I nodded.
"Here you go." He handed me another note and put the box in a bag.
I snatched the note and bag out of his hands and left the store.
'Jordyn.
You are almost there. Just one more place. Remember the spot on the pier where I found you? The first day we met and you ran off. Nash and I where the ones who found you. Go to that spot, and that's where I will be.
-Cameron'
Smiling, I threw my empty Starbucks cup away and started towards the pier again.
Once I got to the pier, I ran toward the end, near the spot where Cameron found me.
As soon as I got close, I slowed down, already seeing him.
He saw me also and a huge smile broke across his face.
I over there and stood in front of him.
"You found me." He said, spreading his arms wide.
"Yes, I did." I smiled.
"Now, I'm guessing you're wondering what the purpose of all of this was." Cameron said.
"Yeah, that would be nice to know." I nodded.
"Well. Jordyn Lawley." He said, grabbing my hands. "Will you do the honor, of going on a date with me?"

*gasp* Cliffhanger
How did you guys like it?
I was kinda inspired by my brother.
Because today, he asked his girlfriend to prom, and he did something like this. The whole scavenger hunt thing and all, with telling her to go to their special places and ask for 'the Jazmin special' and stuff like that.
So shoutout to you Jake.
I wasn't going to update today, but I just started writing and couldn't stop.
I'll try to update again as soon as possible, especially since it's a cliffhanger and all.
Ps, if you haven't try the s'mores frappe. Its one of the new ones and really really good.
