《Little Rebel》Chapter 29

My mouth dropped open and I didn't know what to say.
Cameron looked at me hesitantly.
"Jordyn?" He asked, looking worried.
"O-of course." I stuttered.
"Really?" His eyes widened.
"Yes. I'll go on a date with you." I said, biting my lip.
Cameron didn't say anything, he just pulled me in for a tight hug.
We pulled away after a few moments.
"Ready?" He smiled.
"Huh?" I asked.
"Our date. Are you ready for it?" Cameron asked.
"Now?" I raised my eyebrows at him.
"Yeah. Did you think we were going to wait and have our date another day? I confessed my love for you yesterday and you thought I'm willing to wait to go on a date with you?" He rambled dramatically.
"Ok. I get it." I said, covering his mouth with my hand, shutting him up.
Cameron licked my hand.
"I don't care." I shrugged, leaving my hand where it was.
He grabbed my wrist and pulled it away from his mouth.
"Lets go." Cameron said.
Moving his grip from my wrist to my hand, he intertwined our fingers and pulled me along behind him.
We walked back up the pier, hand in hand.
Going into random little shops, the two of us tried on weird hats and funny sunglasses, laughing at each other.
Cameron found the ugliest shirt he could find and bought it for me, forcing it over my head.
I pouted at him as he smoothed my hair out of my face and straightened my glasses.
"You messed up my hair." I whined, sticking my arms through the arm holes and flipping my hair out from under the shirt.
"You look cute." Cameron said, slinging his arm over my shoulder as we exited the shop.
I looked down at the over sized hot pink t shirt with CALIFORNIA written in leopard print and rolled my eyes.
"You do, now come on."
With his arm still around my shoulder, we went to where there were rides and games.
"Ready to have the best night of your life?" Cameron smirked at me.

"Bring it." I smiled.
I grabbed his hand and pulled him over to the closet thing I saw.
"I want the minion." I pointed to the huge stuffed minion.
"Jordyn." Cameron rolled his eyes.
I just crossed my arms and stopped my foot, pouting at him.
"I'll try." He said, ruffling my hair.
He gave the guy some money and he gave Cameron three balls.
"Ok, you have three balls for three chances to knock down the bottles." He told us.
"You better win." I smirked.
He rolled his eyes again and wound up, throwing the ball.
The bottle on the top of the pyramid got knocked down.
"Good job Cameron." I cheered.
Cameron threw the other two balls and knocked down all the bottles but one.
"You failed." I joked as we walked away.
"Well sor-ry." He said.
We went on some rides and played more games until it started getting dark.
"Wanna go on the ferris wheel?" Cameron asks.
"Definitely." I smiled.
The two of us walked to the ferris wheel hand in hand and waited in line, talking.
When we finally got in the cart, thing, and it started moving.
I faced the window and looked out at the view, when I heard a click.
I turned to Cameron and saw him holding up his phone with a sheepish grin on his face.
"Hey." I smiled.
Cameron then looked me in the eye.
"I want to kiss you." He said, staring at me.
"Then do it." I told him, staring back.
He then cupped my face with both hands, staring into my eyes for a second, then kissed my lips gently.
We kissed for a few moments, then pulled away.
"Wow." I said softly.
"I know right." Cameron breathed.
"Will you be my girlfriend?" He asked after a few minutes of silence.
"Of course." I said.
He put his arm around my shoulders and I leaned onto him, we stay like that for the rest of the ride.
When we had to get off the ferris wheel, we decided to walk on the beach.

With our fingers intertwined, the two of us walked down the beach.
I shivered and rubbed my arm with my free hand.
"Cold?" Cameron asked.
"Kinda." I shrugged.
He let go of my hand and pulled his sweatshirt over his head and gave it to me.
"You don't have to give me your sweatshirt, Cameron." I protested, trying to give it back. "Now, you're gonna get cold."
"I'll be fine." He said, shoving the sweatshirt back in my hands.
I sighed and pulled it over my head, putting my arms in the too long sleeves.
Inhaling deeply, I grabbed his hand again and started swinging our arms.
"Did you just smell my sweatshirt?" Cameron asked, smirking at me.
"Yeah." I said.
He rolled his eyes at me and put his arm around my shoulder and kissed my head.
We then went out to dinner at In-N-Out, eating in the parking lot, sitting side by side on the curb.
After the two of us ate, we made our way back to the house.
I don't think we let go of each others hands since Cameron kissed me, other than while we ate.
When I opened the door, I stepped back, surprised to see Kian standing right in front of me with his arms crossed.
"Kian." I whined. "Don't do that."
"Your late." He said.
"You didn't give us a time to be home, so no we're not." I said, pushing past him and pulling Cameron inside.
"I didn't?" He groaned, closing the door and following us to the living room.
"Nope." I said, popping the p, sitting on the couch
"Damn it." Kian said.
"Fail on the big brother slash parental guidance part." I told him.
"DANM IT!" He screamed, falling onto the couch, landing right on me.
"KIAN! GET YOUR FAT ASS OFF ME!" I yelled.
"Jordyn's back!" I heard a yell from upstairs.
Thumping footsteps came from downstairs and Ricky came running around the corner, Perrie and Nash right behind him.
"Get off of her." Cameron whined, pushing Kian off me.
"Wow, first date and you're already choosing her over me. I am wounded." Kian said, dramatically putting his hand to his forehead.
"You're so annoying." I said, pushing him off me and onto the floor.
"JC, CONNOR, SAM, TREVOR!" Kian screamed, making us cover our ears.
"Sam and Trevor are here?" I asked.
"Yup." Nash nodded as all four of them came into the room.
"I have decided that we are having a movie night. Everyone get candy and snacks and meet back here in ten minutes." Kian directed.
I went upstairs and took off my makeup, putting my glasses back on and my hair up in a messy bun and changed into come batman pajama pants and a plain black tank top.
Ten minutes later all of us were piled onto the couch with blankets and lots of food.
Kian turned on The Avengers and I cuddled with Cameron as we shared a bowl of popcorn.
Not even halfway through the movie, my eyes started getting heavy.
"You can go to sleep." Cameron whispered in my ear, kissing my head.
I turned over and got more comfortable as Cameron wrapped his arms around me.
Closing my eyes, I slowly fell asleep in the arms of my new boyfriend.
••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••
Sorry the end kinda sucked, but I didn't really know how to end it.
Who say the Billboard Music Awards? I wasn't really impressed with most of the performances, but I did really love Charlie Puth, Wiz Khalifa, and Lindsey Sterling's performance of See You Again.
I mean, that is one of my favorite songs, so of course I did.
And when the music cut Liam off and Louis laughed right into the microphone, it was so funny.
