《Little Rebel》Chapter 31

I woke up a few hours later, exhausted.
But for some reason I couldn't fall back asleep.
It was 8:26, so I doubted anyone else was awake yet.
I got out of bed and put on Nike sports bra on, some spandex, and my Nikes
Pulling my hair in a ponytail, I put in my contacts and slid some aviator sunglasses on.
I went downstairs as I put on my arm band that held my phone.
Plugging my headphones in, I put my phone in the band and went outside.
Then, I started running.
I ran to the beach that's close by, then down it, all the way to the pier.
Once I got to the pier, I turned around and ran right back. Running all the way home.
When I got home, it was obviously later, so everyone was up.
"Hey, there you are." Cameron said, as I opened the door.
"Here I am." I panted, going to the kitchen and getting some water.
"How long have you been gone?" He asked, leaning against the counter, watching my drink.
"Uh," I looked at the clock. 10:42. "A little over two hours."
His eyes widened.
"And you were running the entire time?" Cameron asked.
"Yeah." I nodded.
He stared at me.
"I'm gonna go take a shower." I said, putting my cup in the sink.
On my way upstairs, I passed Kian and Jc.
"Jordyn, please go change." Kian rolled his eyes.
"What do you think I'm doing?" I said sarcastically.
Jc started laughing, but tried to cover it up with a cough when Kian glared at him.
I just pushed past them and went to my room.
I grabbed a pair of light wash shorts, my Nirvana shirt, and some bra and panties.
Going into the bathroom, I took a cold shower, blasting music as I washed my hair.
Once I finished, I got out and changed.
There was a knock on the bathroom door, so I unlocked it and Perrie came in.
"Hey." She said sadly.
"Hi." I muttered.
I played with the ends of my wet hair as she started putting on her makeup, doing it really lazily.

"I don't want you to leave." I finally said.
"You're gonna make me cry." Perrie said, taking the mascara wand away from her eye and looking at me.
I shook my head slightly and started putting on my makeup also.
We finished our makeup with only music playing in the background.
I deciding to just let my hair air-dry, because ain't nobody got time for that, so I just put my glasses on and the two of us went downstairs.
"Wow, this is the quietest I've ever seen you guys." Connor said, from behind us.
Perrie and I just sighed in sync and threw ourselves on the couch.
"You ok?" Ricky asked, sitting next to me and lifting my head then setting it back down in his lap.
"No." I said, looking up at him.
"I'm sorry Jord." He sighed, stroking my hair.
All three of us sat on the couch for a while, watching random shows on tv.
"Ok, enough of the pouting." Connor finally said. "Lets go to Taco Bell then the beach."
Everyone changed into their bathing suits and put clothes on top, then got in the car.
For once, it was actually quiet in the car, other than the music playing from the radio.
We just went through the drive threw and all of us order our food, except Ricky.
Since he was drive he suddenly decided that we were gonna go to Panera because that's what he wanted.
After going to Panera, we went to the beach.
Connor and Jc laid out a few blankets next to each other and we all ate our food.
I peeled off my shirt and shorts and laid on my stomach while I ate my burritos.
Perrie and I were laying next to each other, each of us with one ear bud in our ear, listening to music and tanning.
Suddenly, drops of water landed on my stomach and I opened my eyes to see Cameron and Kian standing above us.
"What?" Perrie asked, sitting up slightly.
"Come in the water with us." Cameron said.

"No thanks." I said, closing my eyes again.
"Not right now." Perrie said, laying back down and getting comfortable.
"Yup, right now." Kian said.
Without warning, I was lifted, the ear bud ripped out of my ear.
I looked over to see Kian putting Perrie over his shoulder and Cameron carried me bridal style.
"Cameron put me down." I whined.
"Not gonna happen." Kian said.
"I said Cameron. Not douche bag." I snapped.
Both Kian and Cameron laughed, then started running towards the water.
How they ran while carrying us I will never know.
All of us crashed into the water, Cameron holding tightly to me.
Although Kian tossed Perrie into a wave.
Everyone was laughing at us.
When I came back up, I gasped for air and flipped my hair out of my face.
Smiling at Cameron, I pressed my lips to his.
Him grabbing my waist and pulling me closer.
"Your hair looks great." Sam said, giving me a thumbs up.
"Thanks." I said, fake-cheerfully and flipped him off.
"Ouch." He said, putting his hands over his heart and stumbling back a bit. "That hurt Jord."
"I meant it too." I smiled, then splashed him.
That started a full blown splashing war.
I jumped on Kian's back and forced him under the water, only holding his head down for a second before letting him up.
"Ok." Kian said calmly as he wiped his eyes. "You're dead."
I screamed and tried to run away, which didn't work since we were in water.
He caught me easily and put me over his shoulder.
"Lets play chicken." Trevor suggested before Kian could do anything to me.
"Good idea." I said, upside down.
I got on Kian's back and Trevor climbed onto Jc.
I pushed Trevor off easily. His arms are like twigs.
After a few more rounds, we got out of the water.
Laying on our towels to dry off.
"We should head home, we need to take Perrie to the airport soon." Kian said.
I frowned.
"Can she please stay?" I asked, wrapping my arms and legs around her like a koala.
"I'm sorry Jord." He said.
I pouted. "I'm never letting go."
"Good luck with that." Nash said.
I stuck my tongue out at him and he stuck his out at me.
We dried off and got dressed, heading to the car.
Cameron and I held hands as we walked.
"So how much fun was today?" Cameron asked.
"So much fun." I said, looking at him.
"So I think we should kiss now." He smirked.
We had both stopped walking by this point and were facing each other.
"Oh, you think so?" I raised an eyebrow at him.
"Yup." Cameron said, popping the p.
"I agree." I said.
He bent down without saying anything and pressed his lips to mine.
As I started to deepen the kiss, someone yelled.
"Hey!"
We broke away and turned to see everyone stopped and looking at us.
"Step away!" Kian yelled, pointing at Cameron.
I fake glared and pulled his closer to me.
Kian rolled his eyes and everyone started walking again.
I pecked Cameron's lips again, then we ran to catch up with them.

Sorry I haven't updated in a while. I feel like I say that at the start of every authors note.
I am so mad.
Today me and my brother have to leave for this thing for our church and I don't get back till Saturday.
It's camping, no phones or anything allowed, and I know nothing about it.
It's not gonna be fun.
But if you wanna know another reason I'm mad, go read my latest preference's authors note.
I'll just tell you it has to do with the guy I like.
I really want Taco Bell, and my mom said she would ask my brother to take me while she's at work, but he's not home so he can't.
Ughhhhh
