Wow. I can't believe it. I'm just about to start my part in our first performance. Suddenly, my new best friend 'The woman in white'(Samantha),who was doing some professional magic, made a light purple aura around me, turning the audiance's attention to me. That was my cue. Wrapping my leg around the fine ribbon of silk, I stepped off the platform I needed to stand on while I wait for my time to shine.
The silk suspending me in the air had me slipping down, making the spectators think I was going to fall. Making them shocked that I just had a straight expression, with a slight smirk of course, on my face and that I wasn't hyperventilating. It was hilarious! I was supposed to fall and a male (who I hadn't met yet- I hope he's not a creep) is going to knee-slide into the ring, catch me and then sing/shout "This is the greatest show!" with me, in tune with the acts also singing.
Abruptly, I did slip, and a man did catch me and sing, all in, like, ten seconds! But he was SO cute! He had chocolate brown hair and piercing blue eyes. Instantly, I fell in love with him. But if I got together with ANYONE, W.D would give them a serious and embarrassing pep-talk! Damn, why does W.D have to be so PROTECTIVE?!

Citizens can visit other planets and live there as if they were on a "vacation". Mercury is Earth’s hub connected to the closest Core and Earth is a remote vacation spot for wealthy citizens. When the main character was 10 he witnessed a citizen returning to the Core. The story continues 10 odd years later when he again witnesses a similar situation unfolding and manages to touch the person returning to the Core. This causes him to be swept up in the transfer as well and for his mind to join as a "Guest" user of the Core. As a Guest he has limited powers, a starting balance of zero cr or Citizen credits, and no idea how he can get home. He is the first human to ever become a Guest of a Core.
