Hello guys, I didn't have much time this week so this chapter who was supposed to come out yesterday had to be delayed.

I want to give my thanks to dragonseal who started proofreading my firsts chapter (prologue done for now) and qtjr168 who is proofreading the news ones.

This chapter who was suposed to come out tomorrow is here today thanks to him using his spare time to make it today; don't forget to thanks him please.

Covered by the night, a small group of seven children, three boys armed with iron poles and four girls accompanied by a tall blue old man were walking within the dark backstreets which even men confident in their own strength were avoiding; it was Shina, Fiona, Estiel and Eniel accompanied by the three boys.

As they passed through the backstreets, a lot of thug-looking men and women looked at them curiously; peoples were avoiding this area because it was under the influence of the most powerful gang in Delfia, Fireas.

Usually, ‘prey’ like those would instantly be robbed or kidnapped within a few meters; but they were dissuaded by one thing, the glare and aura emanating from the girls eyes and mostly by the grey baby dragon sleeping on Shina’s head.

Their eyes seemed cold as they advanced through the alleys, it was something they developed by training day after day with their lives on the line.

However, unlike the four girls, the three boys were completely shaking. The boys were afraid of what was going to happen to them. Although they were friends with the girls they never saw them fighting and didn’t know anything about their strength.

Even the day they met them, they only ran away from Nuya and Pan; how could they know that the most dangerous peoples in the city were walking beside them ?

As they walked through alleys after alleys, going deeper into the slums while being guided by Keyse, they became more and more afraid. As they advanced, the thugs became even scarier; they would make even the men at the adventurers bar looking like children in front of them.

However, they didn’t act as well, it wasn’t because they were afraid of the girls, but because they knew who Keyse was; their boss told them that a group of kids would come here to pay a ransom, But they were still interested in the girls who were able to emit a certain pressure.

Because of the sudden change of the thugs‘ ‘quality’, the three boys became even more scared, they weren’t that far from the gang headquarters anymore and felt like running away.

But although they were afraid, they never backed down a single instant or try to complain because they were here to save their friend, their sister…

Keyse : “ We are almost there, just a few more minutes; but are you sure about this ? “ He asked, worried for them as he spoke for the first time since they entered in the backstreets.

Fiona : “ You don’t have to worry about us, we’ll manage. “

As they turned at a corner within an alley, two slim thugs armed with a dagger ran toward Inkvir; however he simply took one step back and grabbed the hands of the two thugs.

They attacked Inkvir because they thought that as the sole adult of this party he would be the strongest one, and they were right; but for Inkvir who was at the peak of the High God's power, how could he not detect their ambush ? The truth is that he didn’t even have to dodge the thug's daggers, even if they hit him they wouldn’t have been able to hurt him the slightest.

Seeing the sudden danger appear, the three boys panicked as the girls showed slight smirk at the situation; they knew how unlucky those thugs were for targeting Inkvir.

Thug 1 : “ Gramps, give us your gold if you want to live ! “ One of them yelled at Inkvir while his second hand went toward his waist, grabbing for another dagger.

Inkvir : “ Hohoho, I don’t have any gold youngster. “ Inkvir answered half seriously.

Thug 2 : “ Don’t lie ! Our boss told us that those boys would have an important sum of money on them. “ The second one answered.

As the first thug’s hand reached his waist and grabbed his dagger, Frey strongly gripped his iron pole and swung it at the thug’s arm with all his strength.

A cracking sound coming from the blow of the iron pole breaking the thug’s arm was heard before a large scream resonated within the area.

Baian and Keyse weren’t far behind Frey as they targeted the second thug whose hand was still trapped by Inkvir’s hand, not even relaxing his grip the slightest.

The screams made the boys panic even more, they knew that those screams would definitely attract the attentions of the men nearby, they hit the two men harder and harder, stopping a little after they stopped moving, just barely alive.

The thugs were now in poor states, covered with blood and broken limbs, it was then that the boys finally realized what they had done and started to throw up.

Even though they were mature for their ages, mainly because of theirs harsh life condition; they were still goods peoples and possessed a certain innocence within them. Seeing what they had done to the two men, they became scared of becoming murderers.

Suddenly a magic arrow and a light red sword pierced through the two men, it was Estiel’s and Fiona’s weapon.

The boys looked at them with a mix or surprise and fear, those two girls who were younger than them just killed someone like it was nothing for them without even batting an eye.

Frey : “ W-Why… Why did you kill them ? “ He asked scared.

Estiel : “ Because… we didn’t want you to become a murderer. “ Estiel said as she looked at the bloody corpse.

Keyse : “ What… What does it feel like to murder someone ? “ Keyse asked as he looked at his blood-drenched hands from the thugs blood.

Fiona : “ What is scary in killing people is that… after killing a few, you won’t feel anything anymore. “ She said with a hint of sadness in her eyes.

Estiel and Fiona didn’t want them to experience what they felt in the dungeon when they killed humans for the first time, it was something that would transform someone forever. The only exceptions were Shina and Eniel who didn’t feel anything the first time they killed someone.

For Eniel, it was because of her strong mind and desire to protect Shina, after experiencing life’s harshness, she knew that killing was something that would be necessary for her and that in the future she would probably kill more people, she was already prepared for this.

As for Shina, her mind rejected any feeling of guilt or disgust from killing them; it was as if something deep inside of her treated them as someone unimportant who weren’t worthy of thinking about.

Men voice : “ I heard a scream coming from here ! “ A man said as a group of people's footsteps began to grow stronger and stronger.

Keyse : “ Let’s run for now ! “ He said as he began to run in an opposite direction of the group’s noise followed by Frey and Baian.

But nobody else moved, Shina, Fiona,Estiel, Eniel and Inkvir didn’t move. They simply stood there, waiting for the thugs to arrive.

Baian : “ W-We have to hurry ! Come ! “ Baian said trying to make them move, but they simply smiled at him for an instant before looking at the group of more than an hundred of thug who just arrived.

What they saw when they arrived was two of their comrade beaten into a pulp, one had a hole in the head while the other’s heart seemed to be pierced. And before one of those two corpse stood Estiel with her red light sword letting small drops of blood fall to the ground.

Thug : “ Those boys ! It’s the friends of that girl named Serine ! “ One of the thug said as he pointed to the three boys thirty meters away from them to a tall rough looking red haired demihuman. The man looked more like a bear than a demihuman, he was three head taller than any of the oppressing men behind him.

Baian : “ I-It-Its.. It’s Fireas ! “ Baian screamed as he looked at the red haired man.

Fireas : “ I never thought you would do something stupid like that boys… don’t you know how the last one who killed any of my men finished ? “ He said as an angry face formed on him.

Inkvir : “ Do you need my help ? “ Inkvir asked the girls.

Shina : “ It’s fine, they are only big in number; they won’t be a big deal. “ She replied with a smile.

Estiel : “ How should we divide them ? They seem to be around 150. “

Shina : “ No need to restrain ourselves, just kill as much as you can. “

Fireas : “ Are those kids really thinking they can take us all at the same time ? “ He said with a small giggles.

Nuya : “ Going first ! “ Nuya flew in an instant toward the bandits groups, seeing the fairy fly towards them, they tried to kill her, swinging their swords and firing arrows at her.

Nuya didn’t even bother trying to dodge them as their attack were useless, she was surrounded by a small ball made of cold air, repelling any arrow coming and freezing the sword and hands of the bandits attacking.

Eniel : “ I am going… “ Eniel said before running toward the bandits as well, as she ran she was cutting every bandit on her way.

Cutting, piercing, slashing, any of this action didn’t stop her from running to the group of bandits. She easily broke through the bandits, leaving only corpse behind her as a rain of blood dropped as her wind infused katana slashed through their bodies.

Estiel : “ We should join as well, although they don’t need our help. “

Estiel unsheathed her light red sword as she slowly walked toward the fight, Fiona took her bow out of her back and launched a dozen of magic arrow at the same time.

Fiona’s arrow were numerous but it was only because she wasn’t really aiming, she simply fired them towards the bandits. Even if her arrows weren’t precise, with the number of bandits in front of her she was certain to hit.

Estiel also also started to fight, she didn’t have Eniel’s speed; but her brute strength became close to her’s after those four months in the dungeon, with reinforced sword she cut through any armor or sword with ease, killing a bandit with each hit.

Fireas : “ What the hell…? “

In front of him, three girls and one small fairy were killing his men one after another. It was an impossible scene, the bandits at the rears were terrified. It was also the case for Baian, Frey and Keyse who were watching the scene; they realized how foolish they were before when they tried to rob them outside the city, if they had been the slightest serious, they would have been killed.

Finally Shina who was staring at the fight decided to move, already one third of the bandits were killed; each of her step made the bandits grow even more scared. Each members of their group were killing bandits after bandits.

Although the bandits numbers kept growing as more and more of them arrived, their numbers also kept decreasing; everytime five bandits arrived, six died at the same time.

The bandits weren’t scared of Shina at all, they were far more worried about the dragon resting on her head.

As Shina kept getting closer and closer to them, the bandits decided to fire a volley of arrows toward her. Shina just looked at the arrows aimed at her, but she didn’t move.

Pan who was on her head just opened his eyes and glared at the bandits with it’s golden glowing eyes. As the arrows were getting close to them, he simply jumped from Shina’s head and transformed into a fifteen meters large dragon.

A fifteen meters large dragon was only the size of a sixty years old dragon, but Pan was still a dragon; how could the bandits not be terrified at the terrifying beast who just appeared in front of them.

Only by beating it’s wing one time, all the arrows were repelled. Pan looked at the bandits with an angry expression, his feeling were expressed in his aura; he was angry that they tried to hurt the person he considered as his Mistress and Mother.

Pan inhaled a high amount of air before looking at the bandits. Eniel, Nuya and Estiel who knew what was coming retreated as fast as possible.

From Pan’s mouth, a huge blue firebreath burned more than half of the bandits; leaving only burned limbs behind it and the smell of cooked meat.

Bandit : “ Fi-Fireas ! We have to escape, we can’t win ! “ One of the bandit who survived screamed, most of the bandits agreed with him and voiced their opinion.

~BOOOOOM~ A loud sound was heard in the bandits side, one bandit had his head smashed against the ground. It was caused by the tall red haired bandit, Fireas with a massive war hammer in his hands.

Fireas : “ I will kill the family of any coward running away from the fight ! “ He said as he smashed the head of another bandit close to him.

Shina : “ Killing his own comrade… How despicable. “ Shina said as she looked at him with disgust.

Fireas who previously was at the rear of the battle walked toward the front, where Shina was.

Pan : “ GROOAAAH !! “

Pan who was standing in front of Shina roared at the man who was coming closer to them.

Shina : “ Pan, let me take care of him. “ Pan reluctantly transformed back in his baby form and flew away from the fight.

Fireas was now standing in front of Shina, the imposive war hammer he was holding was three times bigger than Shina. The two of them standing nearby was a scene hilarious; a three meter tall man standing glaring at a five years old little girl.

Glaring at each other for half a minute, Fireas engaged first as he swung his massive war hammer with all his strength. The sound emanating from the hammer due to the strength behind the blow was hurting the ears of the onlookers.

~BOOOOOOOOOOOM~ A large sound was heard as the hammer came down on Shina, but the result shocked all the bandits who were watching the fight.

Shina stopped the hammer with only her left hand; on this hand were purples scales. It was the same as when she fought against Cerbals in the dungeon, however the scales had a different color and were only present on her left hand.

Fireas : “ Im-Impossible ! “ He yelled as he looked at the little girl who was three times shorter than him.

Fireas threw another blow at Shina, but she once again stopped it with her left hand; he didn’t stop there and continued swing his war hammer at her.

A few minutes passed with him attacking Shina, but none of his attacks even managed to scratch her. Now he was exhausted from swinging his hammer so much and at the same time scared of the girl in front of him.

Shina : “ Is it my turn now ? “ Fireas‘ eyes showed fear as she spoke, the girl didn’t even riposte once to his attack even though he had showed many openings.

He wished he had the time to go back to his headquarters to use Serine as a hostage, but would they really let him get away like this ? For him, it was either run back to the headquarters or die here.

Fireas : “ Hold them back for five minutes guys ! “ Fireas yelled as he began to run among the bandits, running toward his headquarters.

Bandit : “ Is he running away ?! Fireas is running away ! “ One of the bandit yelled, at this moment more than half of the remaining bandits began to run away. Even if Fireas was their leader in the end they were bandits, they had no honor like knights and just wanted to keep their life.

Shina : “ I’ll take care of him, you guys take care of any bandits running away; we can’t let any of them come back later for revenge. “ Shina said coldly while looking at Fireas running away.

Shina : “ Kiel, transform into a bow. “

Kiel : “ It’s finally this one’s turn… This one wishes Mistress would use this one more frequently. “

Kiel transformed from a ring into a very dark purple bow, Shina pulled the string of the bow as if an arrow was there. Suddenly a golden arrow appeared in her finger, her eyes became purple as she stared at Fireas who was running away.

The moment she released the arrow in her fingers, the golden arrow pierced through all the bandits on the way and exploded when it came into contact with Fireas, killing him and sixty bandits around him.

Baian, Keyse and Frey couldn’t believe what was happening in front of them; in only one night, four young girls just killed more than 200 bandits and had destroyed the most powerful group in Delfia.
