Amadeus the Third, High King of Romadus Empire.

Romadus Empire, also known as the Imperium of Man by others, is an Empire founded by the human 700 years ago by the great and wise High King Caesar the first. Legend said before the birth of the Romadus Empire existed many independent kingdoms, each kingdom was ruled by a High King and had their own set of rules and cultures, some kingdoms hate others, some kingdoms are loved by others, sometimes bloody conflicts broke out and decimated the human population severely, sometimes friendships and cooperation united many kingdoms under one banner to invade and expand their influence into other beings' domain or to push back a common enemy invading their domains and threatening their existence. Mankind never managed to expand to large nor fade out too much, they were always in the middle with many ups and downs just like other races around them.

Things would have stayed the same if only a right man did not stand in the wrong place at the right time, that man's name was lost in history, but legends said he was an archaeologist whose duty and mission was to rediscover lost cities and forgotten knowledge of the old time when all races were the same, all lived in harmony, a time of no war, no hate, no conflict and no hardship.

Many stories said that the archaeologist was on a trip to the Dark Land of Arcanis when he found a hidden temple in the forest, when the man entered the temple, he was challenged by the guardian of that place, a challenge that he could not overcome and lost his life because of his failure. The man was given a second life by the gods due to his undying passion for his job, however, instead of living that second life in the same world he died in, the man was reincarnated in a different world, a world where no magic existed and mankind was the dominant race of everything through the use of 'technology', there he lived a normal life, worked a normal job, but died in an unusual way, the man was killed by a truck running over him in the middle of the night when he tried to save an elderly woman. His action was noted by the quiet gods of that world and he was given another chance to reincarnate and live a new life.

This time however, something was wrong, the man's soul returned to Auraxim world and reincarnated as a son of a poor noble, and his soul somehow not only recollected all the lost memory of his two past lifes, but it also much more sensitive to the magical energy in Auraxim. There he decided to live an abnormal life, he wanted to use all of the knowledge in his head to help everyone around him and escape poverty, he wanted to become the strongest and find himself the most beautiful wife, or rather, wifes to enjoy this life. He wanted to be not only a Hero, but the living legend that will be always remembered in history as the greatest being every alive, worshiped and idolized by all races. That was his greatest dream.

He digilently practiced magic and honed his skills, he gave instructions to artisans and farmers to make various breakthroughs and improve their life standard by miles, he defeated one of the most dangerous dragons that no one can defeat, he became a king of his own country and captured the heart of many beautiful queens. He established new connections to other races and stopped most, if not all conflicts and wars. He was a great man, but he forgot one thing, he was still only a man.

As the reincarnated hero rised in power and changed everything others ever knew of, the man was worshiped as a god, everyone turned their back on what they used to worships for hundreds, if not thousands of years, they abandoned temples, they melt down statues of other deities to erect an image of their new god to worship. The world balance was shifted, and the gods became angry, they were angry at the way the man acted, they were angry to how the man treated other gods as weakling and challenged the immortals just because he defeated a demi-god dragon. His peoples abandoning everything they once knew of to chase after the man in hope for a better, carefree life, they became lazy, they no longer create new things but only follows the man's instructions and copy each other's works. Will the gods just stay quiet and watch?. Absolutely not!.

Together the gods created a group of 6 demigods, each represents a race of their own, human, elven, dwarven, beastman, orc and the demonic being. Then they gave them an army of immortal, backed by many artifacts that the gods collected from other worlds, and a mission to punish the Fool and his people.

The records of what happened next were lost and forsaken, and stories only mentioned High King Ceasar the first managed to negotiate with the gods to have mercy on his people and correct them back to the right path over the course of 10 years. The Romadus Empire was formed after this event and High King Ceasar became the first person to write down the High King's Codex, a set of rules and instructions for all future High King to follow.

Now, in the current time, Amadeus the Third is the High King who rules the forever prospering Romadus Empire, the persons who always fear people under Emperor Hito's banner will trigger the same catastrophe event in the ancient time despite Hito himself has promised to not let such thing happen.

"The annual council meeting will begin shortly."

Amadeus listens to the royal announcer as he gives his lovely queen a kiss on her forehead before leaving his private chamber, today is an important day, so many things has happened ever since he came into power four years ago, the appearance of steam power, the ideology of mass production, the founding of 'Technomancy' which bring combine magic with natural philosophy to create things never seen before, ranging from giant golem infused with magical muscle and powered by magical gems and controlled by a man inside their chest to a tube of metal capable of roaring thunder and raining down explosive death from afar, even after the meeting with Emperor Hito, Empire of Azuria still created new way to do agriculture and improve their mining method. Meanwhile, the demonic empire suddenly becomes quiet and border conflicts lessens by day, however, the relation to Elven kingdom and Dwarven empire has gotten worse slightly due to various reasons, Amadeus's effort to interfere with the efforts to establish trade routes between the two power with Azuria Empire is one of it.

Amadeus also noticed that some reports mentioned that it is becoming harder and harder for the country to stop and hide the exotic information about new inventions coming from Empire of Azuria from coming into the country or changing it in a manner that it would not cause its citizen to become too reliance on the new inventions if possible. Today the annual meeting will be a good chance for the young High King to bring these problems up and deal with it as soon as possible, and today is also the day he will get a grip on what the Empire of Azuria is up to is in the Dark Land of Arcanis.

"Become a High King, they said, it's fun to know the Empire better, they said..."

As Amadeus quietly speaks to himself, the young High King enters the meeting room and greets other Kings and ministers in the Empire's council before the meeting officially begins.

Later in that day, a group of knights receives a mission to come to the dwarven village in the Dark Land of Arcanis to investigate about the commotion there and to find a good place for the Empire to establish a frontier town to tap in the resource-rich area. Amadeus quietly watches the knights depart from the palace as he returns to his private chamber very slowly.

"What are you planning this time, Hito..."
