《With this system I will live how I wish.》Chapter 8- Marines and surprises:

Ever since Luffy left I’ve been lonely it’s hard to admit but I was used to people my age and although Dadan is like a second mother she isn’t the same as a person my age. It had only been two weeks and I spent more time training, Luffy’s bad habits seemed to have affected me though as I still spent lots of time eating and sleeping, although maybe it’s just in my genes.
It was early one morning when I was still sleeping when Grandad kicked the door open.
Garp:WHAT THE HELL YOU LITTLE SHIT YOU SHOULDVE STOPPED HIM.
I lifted my head groggily to see who it was. I then lay back down and tried to continue sleeping though I knew it would be futile.
Garp: Alright that’s it get up now we’re leaving
i made no movements I was back to dreamland.
Grandad’s fist of love then came crashing down on my head and broke the floor.
Me: Aaah jeez geezer it’s still 9 in the morning let me sleep stop disrupting the peace
Garp: I’m taking you to marineford if I leave you here you’ll probably end up a pirate.
At this I became a bit excited. The prospect of staying here alone for a few years wasn’t that appealing and I was already 16 my height was around 6”1 and I had a swimmer’s build my muscles were compact rather than everywhere making me lean. I’m not gonna lie my looks are pretty jaw dropping. I was evidently not a kid anymore. My abilities were already rather illustrious.
Me: I’ll go but I have three demands.
Garp: I reject them all, get packing.
Seems like I wasn’t being given any choice in this matter so I packed my stuff. I wore gray shorts and a very dark blue skirt that was in pieces the shirt had holes all over it and tears. I looked around to find the rest of my clothes which was basically an identical copy to what I had on with more sever tears.

On board the ship
me: Grandad before we reach the base I should probably tell you my abilities.
Garp: sure you eat a devil fruit or something?
his nonchalance about such a thing was surprising
me: not exactly it’s more like some abilities I don’t know where they came from but I got
Grandad looked confused at this. I decided to come clean to an extent no reveal of reincarnation or the system more like partial confession. I then gave him a run down of my abilities leaving back the 50x growth he was surprised at my dagger skills and technique that had reached level 8 but was even more surprised whenever I showed my other skills. His jaw dropped at the end and I heard him take a sharp intake of breath. He then let out a whistle.

Garp: My god I knew had potential but for fucks sake the world is broken. Your abilities are heaven defying even just your dagge skills are top class. How is this even possible?
me: probably my incredible genetics I mean they made me look this good what’re a few abilities when I have such a godly apearence.
Garp: you conceited little devil I’m gonna knock that arrogance out of you.
Grandad proceeded to give me a harsh lesson in humility.
After a goodbye to a crying Dadan who claimed they were tears of joy for finally freeing herself of the burden, we set off.
Grandad’s trust seemed to be rather shaky although I confused in him my brothers departure had left him in a state of worry that I may leave, he even made a few phone calls that I couldn’t hear despite having reached the Limit break phase which allowed my senses to improve. I was curious bîtch paid it no mind. Grandad returned with a smile on his face and a sense of pride it seemed he’d either sealed a big deal or gotten had a great idea come to fruition. For some reason I recoiled when I saw this. Before I could ask him he commenced his torture or as he called it training. By the end of the day I was laying in bed covered in bruises. I enter aspect of lightning mode and my cells speed increases. My injuries heal at a visible rate and soon I’m back on my feet, well not really I take this time to sleep and break. If Grandad knew I was fine I would have no chance of rest.
Time passed and the torture continued. On the second week Grandad had me fight a sea king.
I was partially scared as I knew sea kings were not easy opponents but also excited. My space attributes allows me to teleport but my control is shaky and I can only do it where i can see. Furthermore without activating aspect of space I can only teleport a maximum of three times before my brain starts to ache severely. At the beginning I could barely do it once but over time I improved. Even in aspect of space my abilities only allow for 6 teleportations. It isn’t mainly a defensive ability which allows the creation of two wormholes connected so I can send bullets back or a fist back at someone. I even got Grandad with that once before he got wise to the trick.

Using my head I knew that my lightning would be amplified by the water allowing for quick win but I wanted to test it’s physique first. I first used aspect of wind and tiger transformation. This allowed me to kick off water by creating wind underneath my feet but it only worked with bursts and was difficult to control. I then teleported to the sea king and sent a deadly blow to its eye aiming for its weak spot. The sea king closed its eye and my class’s only left a shallow cut. I then began punching furiously but the sea kind seemed disinterested. Reluctant to give up I sent a roundhouse kick to the side of its face and then redoubled my efforts for around ten minutes. The sea king had been trying to remove me from its head to no success. Dejected I knew I couldn’t win based on these abilities. My Tiger transformation was still infantile and restricted. Using aspect of lightning I sent a continuous attack at the surrounding water. The sea king twitched, the defensas blocked most physical attacks but the lightning seemed to be amplified by the body allowing it to be even more effective. After a while the sea king fell and I received a message.
[tier 1 sea king defeated 10 energy awarded]
At this I became surprised, to gather that much it would usually take a few weeks at least but I got it all in under an hour. Although I became dejected when I realised how weak I was in comparison to even a sea king. My strength was around 600 and my agility low 700s the abilities I possessed would crush a normal man. Discontent with my lack of strength I began training again. Over the journey my nickname was once again brought to light the crew and Grandad were astounded by my inhuman growth and strange smile I had on. Soon time passed and we arrived at the base. As soon as we disembarked Grandad took me to a room and told me to exercise in the room for a few days and he’d bring me meals. I suspected he was embarrassed as my training was a bit rushed. My strength probably didn’t match up to other recruits yet as I was going to the elite training camp. As time passed it felt more like a prison than home and I was considering breaking out. My Grandad would still bring me food and a plethora of excuses of why I should stay put. It was about two weeks in when I was in the middle of a workout when I heard a knock at the door. Assuming it was Grandad I opened the door in a slightly pissy mood ready to burst into another shouting match of why he should let me out. As I reached the door I fling it open wearing only some baggy shorts with my chest bared, my six pack prominent, my hair sweeped to the side curving slightly round my eye so I could see. My crimson pupils flickered open as I saw what lay before my eyes. I wasn’t partially correct as Grandad was outside my door but he was not alone. Stood next to home was Ann old lady and a young girl about my age. The girl wore a marine shirt and short white skirt. Her skin fair and her hair a dark black tied in a pony tail with hair past her ears on both sides of her face with a fringe. Her face was slightly red yet she stared on sizing me up. As her dark brown eyes met mine time seemed to stop. In her eyes I saw a starry sky, the world seemed insignificant and I felt myself in a daze. She seemed to go through something similar as she stared back at me. The moment was broken however by Grandads fist of love.
Garp: put some godamn clothes on you exhibitionist there are ladies around.
me: what the heck you old geezer I’ve had no contact with anyone for a few weeks I assumed it was just you. Coulda told me if you were bringing people. Or did you forget I guess you probably have dementia I wouldn’t be surprised a man as old as you.
