After Khan finished embracing Yuna and Shiro, he got up to search through the two provisions that the royal knight commander had pushed down the tunnel. Behind Khan followed the girls as they lit up the area for him using their phones.
Khan felt the crunching of bones beneath his feet as he walked toward the provisions. When he approached the two provisions they were both loosely wrapped into a ball shape bundle to avoid getting stuck in the tunnels on the way down.
Before Khan could search the provisions he turned around from the sound of vomiting. He saw Yuna bent over on the wall vomiting with Shiro rubbing her back.
In the times they spent together Khan made sure Yuna have never experienced the dark side of him or his clan. So he understood that compared to Shiro and Him, Yuna is considered very innocent who just ran around his house bugging him and eating all his food.
Khan watched as Yuna slowly walked back to him with her head down followed by Shiro who had her usual emotionless expression.
“I’m sorry. I still can’t use to the skeletons and the disgusting smell. I’ll try to get used to it so I won’t trouble you anymore.” Yuna apologized with a sad expression.
“Don’t apologize Yuna, you’ve done nothing wrong. I will support you no matter how hard things get for you. Ok?” Khan replied gently as he wiped the single tear off her face.
“Ok, thank you Khanybear.” Yuna said with a weak smile.
Khan removed his black school blazer to wrap it around her small body and with a pull of his right arm; he had her in his embraced with his left arm while he stroked the back of her head with his right. He saw Shiro gently smiling back at khan from his actions.
After Yuna had cheered up from the hug they continued on to search the provisions. With the light he received from Yuna’s and Shiro’s phones, he started searching through the second provision first because they were specially packaged for their group under Shiro request while the first provision was made for the two former rebel knights.
In the provisions they had everything they needed from: clothes, field ration, torches, one iron dagger, two pouches with silver and copper coins, and two poorly crafted leather shoulder bags.
The clothes consist of a black plain tunic, stockings, leather shoes, and stocking for Khan. For the girls they had black long gown with sleeveless tunic and leather shoes.
The field ration they were given consist of military rations that were durable and ready to eat such as dried meat, hard bread, and dried berries.
Khan searched the first provision after he was done with the second and found an iron short sword with the rest of the supplies being the same as ones from the second provision.
After Khan was done searching through the provisions they packed all the food into the leather bags and toss anything they didn’t need to reduce their encumbrance.
The girls shyly asked Khan to turn around to face the wall as they changed their clothes.
“Shiro is wearing pink bra and panties and Yuna wearing white bra and panties in case you wanted to know.” Haley voiced echoed in Khan’s head.

“Thanks. Now tell me how you’re able to talk to me and see them.” Khan asked in his head.
“I have a connection with you through the ring because you’re basically one with the ring now that I accepted you as its master. Then the reason I can see them is from using shadow magic to see the area around me using the shadows, but sadly it me cost mana to use. I can explain more in the future when we get to the advance spells.”
Khan wasn’t really annoyed with Haley comment since he’s still a lustful young healthy boy. Also If he told his mother that he didn’t enjoy the sight Yuna’s massive breast, then she would probably slap him into next week and sent him to get therapy to see if anything was wrong with him.
“Ok, one more question.” Khan asked.
“Yesy?” Haley replied in a cutesy way.
“Is there a key you need to open the door over on the other side of the room?”
“Yes I’ll show you when you get to the door. Just call me when you need me. I’m usually just sleeping to conserve mana unless something interesting is happening.
Khan felt tapping on his shoulder as he finished up his conversation with Haley in his mind. When he turned around it was Yuna who finished changing. Shiro and Yuna looked weird in the medieval clothes that the peasants wore. The dresses were a bit too big on them hiding their perfect curves. You could still see Yuna’s massive breast budging through the shirt.
“So what do you think?” Yuna said as she gave him a bow by dropping one knee while lifting up the dress a bit to show her calves.
Khan wasn’t sure on what to say as he stared at Shiro and Yuna. Yuna was still cute while Shiro was still beautiful as ever, but the clothes really just didn’t fit them. He didn’t want to lie to them about it.
“You and Shiro are both beautiful, but the clothes really don’t fit you two.” He said bluntly.
There was awkward silence as he waited for a response from Shiro and Yuna.
“I’m not really into fashion, but I do understand that these really don’t look good on me. Thank you for your honestly and calling me beautiful.” Shiro said emotionlessly as her face slightly blushed pink.
“Hehehe Khanybear called me beautiful for the first time.” Yuna said happily to herself with her face dyed red.
Khan was happy from the unexpected good reaction from his honest reply.
After Khan finished changing, he went to light one of the torches with Shiro while Yuna was neatly packing their school uniform into one of the leather shoulder bags.
This was his first time lighting a fire using tools because he lived in the modern society where you could’ve just used lighters for everything. It wasn’t difficult for Khan to understand how to use them, but to Khan the tools looked like a piece of sharp rock that was used to cut open a man’s throat and the steel looked to be brass knuckles to knock a man out cold.
When he lit the torch, the room lit up brightly. He saw that there were more skeletons scattered through the circular tomb room, but what he didn’t notice before was that the skeleton of the former prince of Halekin had turned into dust.

After all the preparations were complete, with the short sword, pouched filled with coins, dagger tied to his tunic, and torch in his left hand it was time to finally leave his tomb and get away from this castle to journey on to a new world.
Khan pushed away all the skeletons to get to the stone double doors. With his right hand he touched the doors that felt ice cold.
“Haley, how do I open the door?” he asked in his mind.
“You have to pour a bit of mana into the center of door, and then say the passcode ‘demon’. Luckily with your tiny mana pool, you can still do it.” Haley replied.
“Ok, teach me how to pour my magic into the door.” Khan said as he shifted his hand to the center of the door.
“Concentrate on the mana in center of your body where I reached in before and try to pull it out slowly to your right hand.”
Khans breathe slowed down as he reached his peak concentration. He focused on the mana in his chest that he felt for the first time when Haley had reached into his chest. He felt it slowly moving from his chest area to his right arm. He continued to breathe in and out slowly as it went through his right arm passing his elbow. When it reached his hand it dissipated like his Ki when he tried to activate it in front of King Gale.
“Haha you’re mana pool so little that you actually couldn’t do a simple thing such as opening the door. I’m sure you can teach one of the girls to open the door.” Haley giggled.
Khan ignored Haley’s comment and quickly gave Yuna the torch.
“Back away.” Khan yelled as he felt pressure forming around him.
He felt the mana in the air swirl around him. It became intense as it flowed faster into his body. Khan’s chest was in immense pain with his body sweating profusely as his breathing became heavy. He felt Yuna’s and Shiro’s arms wrapped around him as he passed out.
When he opened his eyes he was back into the rose covered field with Haley’s blue eyes staring directly into his.
“I’m sorry for making fun of your small mana pool, but shouldn’t you not try to take in more than you can handle?” Haley said.
“What going on with my body?” Khan asked calmly as he could.
“I don’t know what you did to release your mana channels to allow your body to suck in the mana from the air, but we got to stop it. Currently I’m sucking in the mana to the ring, but there’s a limit on how much I can suck in as the mana influx keeps increasing by the hour.” Haley replied.
“If it helps I think it’s the effect from the medicine I took yesterday called God’s Soul.”
“I’ve never heard of it.”
“Then what are our options?” Khan desperately asked.
“I have to teach you how to use the basic magic attack so you can expel some of that mana while I try to figure out on how to suck in more.”
“That’s it?”
“Sorry, I don’t have any other solutions.” Haley said apologetically.
She reached her arm into his chest to forcefully wake him up.
When Khan woke up Shiro and Yuna had their arms still wrapped around him with tears pouring down their face. His chest was still in pain, but it wasn’t bad as before when he passed out. When he got up, Khan pushed Shiro and Yuna off to the side.
“Don’t worry I’ll be fine, just stand behind me. Ok?” Khan said to girls.
They nodded silently with tears still pouring down their face.
“Haley what do I do? Khan asked in his mind as the pain in his chest increased.
In his mind he saw two visions of both the [Holy Spear] and [Shadow Spear] being used. The first was the former prince of Halekin who summoned powerful black shards to rip through his enemies’ bodies leaving as much gore and blood possible. The second vision was a blue eye beautiful blonde hair girl who used the white spear to burn through her enemies or heal allies. The [Holy Spear] was much weaker than the shadow, but had the abilities to heal light wounds for allies.
“Reach both your hands out and concentrate like you did at the door to summon one holy spear and one shadow spears from the visions. Don’t cast the spell, but let it overcharge to burn mana continuously.” Haley voice echoed in his mind.
Without hesitation Khan followed her command. He imagined the spears in front of him as he concentrated heavily through the pain to push his mana to flow through his body to his arms. He felt his hand was overflowing with energy as he continued to charge up the mana into his hand. When the spears were summoned, the mana in his hands was the same color according to the spear.
Khans’ hands shook violently as the spears stopped growing when it reached the size of a small 7-8 year old child.
“Good, this is the maximum amount you can charge your spears. The rest of the mana that you charge will go to waste. So keep charging like this until your body stops sucking in mana or grows accordingly to how much mana you have coming in.” Haley voice echoed in his mind.
Khan continued overcharging the two spears to get rid of the mana for the next 5 days.
Yuna and Shiro were able to feed him small amounts of the horrible rations, but he had to chew them slowly to not lose concentration during the first day.
The next day he was able to overcharge his mana without having to nearly concentrate as hard as he did before because the pain stopped increasing.
The third day Khan felt the pain lessen from his chest as Ki returned to his body, but his body was trembling from exhaustion.
The fourth day he didn’t feel any pain, but only discomfort in his chest. Khan was extremely exhausted, but tried his hardest to remain concentrated on overcharging his mana.
During the middle of the 5th day Khan was so exhausted that he just passed out.
