“Where am I?” The first words he had made upon waking up.

Rain found himself, lying at the top of a stone pedestal, an altar of some sort. It has strange engraving that looked like Hieroglyphics from Egypt… which he wasn’t really familiar with.

The stone pedestal was filled with strange pictures of animals and monster looking creatures and stuff…

“How did I get here?” That was the second question of the day. And the third one?

“Shouldn’t I be dead already?”

Three questions that might answer other questions he had in mind… well, those are the priorities still…

What happened to him?

Rain raised his upper body and sat on the stone pedestal. The whole place was covered by darkness and for some reason; Rain can still see a bit despite having no light existed in this place.

Although it’s extremely dim, from his estimate still that shouldn’t be possible, being there no light existed.

He seemed to be inside a huge cave since above him were stalactites looking sharp rocks.

“Just what is going on…” Rain wanted to freak out but he knows that this was not the time to freak out.

He tried organizing the information he currently had.

He should be dead, killed in Action, hit by a truck, period.

… And even if he miraculously survived that collision, he should be in a hospital, bandaged, lying in a soft hospital bed and had a beautiful nurse taking care of him – it would be good if it’s blonde…

But it wasn’t that fact and instead, it was a cold stone pedestal with no beautiful and sexy nurse in sight…

What a tragic reality…

Should be dead… waking up in an unknown strange place…

3 possible answers:

This was a hallucination or a dream… He was now currently in the land of the dead and this was the entrance to hell… of course, he wanted to be in Heaven at least… but everyone knows that devils are beautiful and sexy so, Hell is good enough, in any case, he wasn’t a good person when he was living…

And lastly,

A bit clichéd, but he was transported to another world…

Let’s erased the first possibility since even a lucid dream can’t be this realistic… Rain muttered to himself as he touched the stone pedestal and felt the rough and coldness from it.

Second has some chance of being true but, it’s sorrowful to accept the fact that he had already passed on without even having a girlfriend… heck, he didn’t even manage to hold hands with a beautiful girl… scratch that…

So the last one has the highest possibility. Besides, one most important factor that confirmed this possibility was that:

… … Truck-sama is the one who hit him!!!

As someone living in a highly technological era and can use internet-ish ability – no one didn’t know about the infamy of Truck-sama who send people whether they liked it or not to another world!

As Rain was satisfied with his conjecture, at this moment,

A voice suddenly echoed inside his mind.

What? What?

“Who’s there?! Where are you!?” Rain was alarmed and immediately stood up, surveying the surrounding. But he couldn’t see anything, whether it’s due to darkness or it was because there was really nothing…

[ Downloading Archives… 10%...30%...49%...63%...75%... ]

Rain suddenly felt an acute sense of pain. As if something was invading his mind forcefully, an enormous amount of data had almost made his mind crashed… followed by it was an intense headache like his mind was being squeezed.

Thankfully, it only lasted a few minutes or else Rain wondered if he would become an idiot if it still continued a few minutes longer.

A cold mechanical voice rang out inside his mind.

“Who? Wait, you’re in my head?” Rain exclaimed.

There again, the mechanical voice answered.

[ Affirmative! I am the most advanced, most epic, and most beautiful support system... Sylphy Systema... ]

“So,” Rain took a deep breath, calming his tense and excited nervous that caused his useless anxiety. “Are you my, you know support in this world? More like am I in another world?”

[ Affirmative! This world is completely different from the Master’s original world… This is the world of world of swords and magic… in terms of technology and culture, this world is way behind than the Master’s original world. ]

A blue colored window appeared in front of Rain’s vision, startling him. He tried to avert his eyes and the blue window followed. Left, right, and then left again, no matter where he looked, the blue window was still in front of him.
