《Rain Revert》Chapter 34: [ Hers ]

“Lafetti, it’s not like we will steal Rain away from you… probably, he wouldn’t do so even if we wanted it,”
Sarete muttered. “However, Rain’s existence is also very important to us,” She tried to explain.
“I know,” Lafetti cut her off.
“If I didn’t, I would have already rushed there and taken him away from here…” She answered while gritting her teeth in anger.
“We need to make sure to protect Rain such that he is able to properly continue to stay here, and to avoid any kind of unfortunate incidents, right?”
“… …”
“Lafetti, Rain cared for you – most of our sisters felt envious about that. Still, no one has the confidence to steal that away from you. Even the Chief told us, if not for your sake, it would be extremely difficult to change Rain’s mind about him loving all of us the way he does to you…” Stagna confided.
“You are different from us, Rain adored you and treated you as an irreplaceable part of his life – That was what the Chief had told us.”
“… …” Lafetti didn’t respond and continued to stare at the direction of Zarda’s quarters. Obviously, she knows about that.
How is it possible that she wouldn’t realize it when she was always with him?
Still, knowing about this and seeing him with other woman ticks her off.
If she had Iron Man’s pulse beam, she would have already shot them in full mad mode!
“I will only yield because the tribe is my family… other than that, if someone tries to steal him away from me, I will surely kill whoever they are. I can let him be with the others, however, in his heart, no one is allowed, only me!” Lafetti declared.

Rain’s love is for her and only hers!
Rain’s affection is only for her and only hers!
Those who tried to steal them away from her! Lafetti’s eyes gleamed dangerously – I will kill them without mercy!!
“Well, with this, the light of our tribe will never disappear –” Drova said happily.
Truthfully, she wasn’t as desperate as the others, still, she had taken a liking to Rain and started seeing him as her little brother.
And for her was Rain’s desire to get stronger was what’s most enjoyable and most adorable aspect of him. Rain had asked her to teach him how to fight before. Although she can use swords, bows, and magic, she was actually more proficient in the spear.
Although it was quite worrying seeing him getting stronger, still they tried not thinking about it as they started trusting and believing him after being with him for quite a long time already. His growth even astounded her but, at the same time, it made her proud.
That scene of him shouting ‘Teacher this, Teacher that’ – although it was the first time she had heard about the word teacher, it probably meant about Master, for some reason made her feel satisfied.
“Still, Rain’s talent in fighting is certainly impressive – no, it should be called outstanding,” Drova can’t help but thought out loud.
“... Not only his power but also his magic,” Stagna who heard her nodded her head in agreement.
“Although it wasn’t as destructive as our magic spells and even fell short to a real Lightning Affinity Mages, still the way he uses it was extremely tricky and cunning. If you were hit by it, you wouldn’t know how you died…”
It’s not similar to those she had seen in that past going ‘Booom!’ showing off their destructive capabilities and then be done with it, depleting mana in the process and with no intelligence and grace.

But Rain’s way was quiet, clean and neat.
His way of using his magic waste no magic power carelessly and still is able to deal fatal damage to a group of enemies simultaneously - immobilizing them and then struck with the final clean blow.
She had seen before when Rain went with them on a hunt, practicing his magic and although it wasn’t as destructive as other magic, still it was impressive in its own way.
No destruction was done, no friendly fire and no disturbing other people’s battles around you, in fact, he could even assist you.
With those tricky sparks, one touch and can cause paralysis far different from that of their Chief’s eye of petrification.
Lafetti listened to their conversation and couldn’t help but showed a proud look. Like someone is praising your boyfriend, completely satisfying your ego.
“Grace huh,” Drova suddenly remembered something. “Lafetti,” She called out to Lafetti.
“The Chief said that Rain might be one of those young masters from a noble family…”
!!!? Sarete and Stagna who only heard about this for the first time couldn’t help but become startled.
They weren’t similar to those ignorant of how the world works outside this place. Nobles are elites of the human race – they are far important than those low-class humans.
Still, Rain was a noble?
Unlike the two women, Lafetti didn’t show any surprise and instead only replied with an “I know”
“You know?!” Sarete asked in surprise.
“How long do you think we’re together? If the Chief noticed it, how is it possible for me not to notice it? Do you think I'm an idiot.” Lafetti snorted.
“Still, I never mentioned it, afraid that he will try to find a way out of here just to see his family. Judging from his character, there’s an extremely high chance of that happening…”
The other women hearing Lafetti’s words nodded their heads in agreement.
That is certainly possible!
“Then, is it possible that Rain’s family is currently looking for him even at this moment?” Stagna’s eyes narrowed.
No matter what happened, that can never happen!!
If someone found him at this moment, they will surely take him away from them!
Such a thing cannot be allowed to happen!!!
Rain is theirs!
He can’t leave the Tribe!!
Sarete and Lafetti’s eyes instantly narrowed dangerously.
Cold killing intent covered the atmosphere.
“The Chief said that Rain lost his memories and that if ever their sign of it returning back, we must prevent it…” Drova expression was serious; however, her voice was exceptionally gentle.
Sarete and Stagna’s eyes silently nodded.
Though, among the three women, Sarete would be the most dangerous because as of this moment, she was starting to think about making a potion that would erase all memories from Rain.
She needed to make it!
Although she doesn’t know how to concoct that kind of potion but still she needed to prepare it!
Memory loss potion had now become her top priority!!

Explore the summer before her senior year that triggered the domino effect of Elizabeth's emotional and psychological breakdown that lead her to take her own life. She labeled both of them as Humanity's Traitors and sends them into a dungeon where they were supposed to live. That is, with their masters and comrades, the Devils and their minions. The monsters in the dungeon were not likely to accept them as allies, instead, they were out to devour the delicacies that appeared in their home.
