Then, that appeared from the within the lush trees.

Rising from the darkness were two golden eyes, as drool dripped from the long, bared fangs.

It was about as big as a medium-sized dog, and as the claws on its four muscular legs gouged at the ground, most knights and warriors backed away.

All the people who saw the incoming beasts stared in shock and surprised and even the flame hounds started backing away as if making a road for a king.

The monsters weren’t the only one in silence. The knights and warriors were also focusing on the new monster so as not to lose sight of it.

A strange atmosphere envelops the battlefield.

“That is…!?”

As the sunlight illuminated the beast, Rain, from high up in the tree came to see the beautiful white fur that it possessed.

“A wolf?” Rain unconsciously muttered.

It was a silver wolf with a long horn on its forehead as it maintained its distance without attempting to come any closer to the group.

“I felt several presences inside the forest and even one familiar,” The wolf suddenly started speaking startling the others. Most knights felt their knees weak and almost sat on the ground.

It can talk!!?

What did it mean for beasts to speak? Even a fool would know that the beast possessed a high level of intelligence – and when it possesses such thing… it only meant one thing! The monster rank was not the least bit lower than a 6th rank!!

Of course, powerful warriors with sharp senses would not even need to look at the Silver Wolf in order to sense how strong this monster was the instant she appeared. Doram and Garas, the twin Geminin Sisters and even the princess almost instantly, their eyes narrowed.

“Scram!” The Silver Wolf suddenly roared angrily towards the flame hounds making the monster almost scared to death. They immediately run away with their tails between their legs!

“Are you a Wolf King?” Princess Leticia who regained her senses back quickly compared to the others stepped forward and asked. Her voice polite and never had an ounce of arrogance.

This was natural. Although they are monsters but some monster kings can be reasoned out. As long as no one stepped on their tails, they wouldn’t attack anyone without any reason. Of course, there were also those who hated humans and would attack any human as soon as they saw him but the Wolf King in front of them seems to be not that kind of type – hopefully, that is!

Although Princess Leticia was certain that if they really fought, with her side consisted of several Holy knights of the Kingdom, they would be able to defeat and kill a Wolf King but the casualty would be quite enormous!

Some of her Holy Knights might even sacrifice their life to kill it and that is certainly not a very good outcome. Might as well negotiate than fight a meaningless battle giving unnecessary casualties!

“What an insight for a human,” The Silver Wolf praised princess Leticia while slowly walking towards them.

“Thank you for the praise,” Princess Leticia smiled amiably. As expected of a princess of a huge Kingdom, her manners are quite noteworthy!

The Silver Wolf’s actions stirred the entire group as they immediately pointed their weapons at it. Their faces grave as they know how powerful a Monster King was!

A weak and newborn Monster King was at least Lv6 and judging from the Silver Wolf’s fluent language, it should be even stronger than a mere Lv6!

“Lower your weapons as I didn’t come here to pick a fight, However,” The Silver Wolf’s beautiful pigeon blood ruby-like red eyes narrowed dangerously and the air around it suddenly freeze, yes, it literally freezes, creating ice cones floating in the air.
