Chapter 73: [ FOR HONOR AND GLORY!!! ]

The Fire Dragon’s claws started emitting a violent flame. It then spun around creating a garnish ring of fire.

Everyone quickly retreated but were still barely hit by the edges of the ring of fire.

As the Fire Dragon continued its onslaught, suddenly, it didn’t notice the silhouette that had just appeared behind it. When it noticed, it was already too late.

Rain, jumping out from its back, and as the Fire Dragon wailed around, trying to throw Rain away, Rain’s figure was obstructed from everyone’s eyes. Seeing this opportunity, Rain desperate withdraws the Dragon Slaying Sword – Fate Destroyer and stabbed the dragon without any hesitation.

The Fire Dragon suddenly roared in agony as the sword stabbed until almost only the hilt could be seen. The blade pierced the Dragon like a hot knife piercing through butter!

The Fire Dragon’s eyes widened in horror as it suddenly realized something. However, before it could finish its words, Rain rotated the sword and drives it even deeper!

“This is what you get for trying to kill my family you bastard!!!” Rain cried out in anger. He ignored the pain coming from his body, especially from his still burned arms and gripped the sword even tighter.

The Dragon frantically swayed in pain, extending its arms at the back, trying to grab Rain. However, due to the pain caused by the Dragon Slaying Sword, its calm was disturbed.

It had underestimated the human too much that he didn’t care whether he would latch on his back or not. It had never expected a Dragon Slaying weapon was in Rain’s hands.

Due to the clouds of dust and the Dragon’s frantic movements, the people can only see Rain’s figure stabbing the back of the Dragon from high up in the air but couldn’t clearly see what is happening.

However, seeing this, the people underneath throws their selves towards the Dragon and started another intense attack!

Blades and Magic danced together as they bombarded the Dragon’s body.

Dragon’s has immunity in magic but physical attacks… as long as it’s powerful enough and can pierce through even the hardened scales, they can be killed with!

However, weapons that can kill a Dragon are mostly rare. Aside from the ultimate rare Dragon Slaying weapons, the one that can do this feat are only those extremely high-level magical weapons!

But even with this, one can’t really certain that they would be able to successfully kill a Dragon.

It wasn’t considered the strongest race for fun!

Its strength, defense, vitality, and magic… all of them were top-notch among races in !

Being beaten up badly, the Dragon felt humiliated. It opened its jaws again and was about to spew out another Fire Breath but before it could do it, a new pain coming from the three blades stabbing on its back spread through its back.

Sylphy had used the Storage Ring and immediately absorbed it inside. She can do this due to her being connected to the two Storage Rings when she had inputted Rain’s mana on it.

The Dragon Slaying Sword was Rain’s trump card and who knows what would happen if the princess and the other humans would know of its existence. That sword was just extremely valuable to leave it in his hands.

Rain endures not spitting out the blood accumulated in his throat and curled his body into a ball to brace for the impact. Suddenly, he felt something appeared behind him and grabbed his cuff.

No, bit it. Turning his head, Rain saw Alba biting his cuff, catching him in the air.

“Seriously! You’re too reckless, child!”

Alba throws Rain into the air and then catch him again, making him sit on her back as he jumped from the wall and into the ground.

“Can you please take care of yourself first before you jumped into a pit?” Alba complained as she turned her head around and looked at Rain. “Geez, you’re already a wreck… please be mindful of your body…”

“Hehe,” Rain awkwardly scratched the back of his hair.

“You – guha-!? You bastard human! I’m going to kill you! I’m going to slaughter you, you accursed human! How dare you use that kind of weapon to me!!!” The Dragon’s eyes turned even redder as it glared at Rain.

At this moment, he suffered extreme humiliation!

This brat was actually a Dragon Slayer!!?

But as the Dragon struggled to get up, several figures suddenly appeared above it.

“Die! Die! Die!! How dare you! How dare you! How dare you hurt RAINNNN!!!!” Lafetti brandished her sword like a mad woman. Even the both of her eyes turned crimson in anger. “MYYY RAAAIIIINNNN!!!! I’ll kill you, you f*cking bastard!!!!”

A claw managed to hit Lafetti who was on a rampage, completely ignoring any defense and was just attacking nonstop, creating a huge wound. Rain’s eyes widened in shock and when he was about to rush to her, from Lafetti’s wound, her blood suddenly bubble and a huge scary Bloodhound came out, biting and tearing the Dragon’s scales with its bloody fangs and claws.

Lafetti still didn’t stop and continued her onslaught.

Looking at her, Zarda facepalmed while Stagna couldn’t help but smile wryly.

“Aiyah, Lafetti’s switch flipped… when she’s in that state, no one can stop her…” Stagna sighed. “I just wished that she would still be alive after this…”

“You’re really asking that question…!!?” Rain exclaimed in anxiety. Lafetti was already forgone on her anger.

“What can we do… oh right, Rain, do you still have a red potion like the one you had drunk before…? You know, the one that can heal wounds and injuries?”

“Of course I still have three!” Rain said while drinking one.

The Dragon produced a mournful roar. It couldn’t regain its calm due to the pain it was feeling and the continuous attack it had suffered.

Like a giant hammer striking the surface, the Dragon’s claws transmitted a powerful force deep into the earth which violently shook the ground. Soon, large fractures began forming on the surface, spreading to the nearby surroundings, appearing as if they would rend the entire world asunder.

Then powerful shock waves erupted from the depths, pouring volatile magical energy onto the surface.

However, the others had already suspected this. After it had lost its reason due to anger, the Dragon’s attacks had already begun monotonous that they were already extremely easy to predict!

The princess and her group immediately jump simultaneously while Lafetti and the others gathered together while Zarda and Alba created an Ice Shield.

After which, they started their assault again. They never give the Dragon a moment to clear its mind as they know that this already the climax of the battle!

“Don’t let this monster recover!! In ancient times! Although many great warriors had killed Dragons before but in this age, no one has yet to get that achievement! We would be the one to do it!! FOR HONOR AND GLORY!!!” Princess Leticia cried out in hysteria!!
