My stats.. were doubled ? no not really doubled but just increased but why ?

I tried to make sense on what happened waking up in this place was understandable but why were my stats that high now ? the dragon was dead that much i know but..yeah what happened to the other 2 damn i forgot that girl promised me to help albi she isnt here god damn it !
