《Winter Sovereign》Chapter 13 Alliance's Convention

"Ancestor, for this matter, I must speak to the other leaders of the human race. They must know."
Lucas spoke in a respectful tone towards Serra.
"True. But before they do, I will completely raise the fallen continents."
"Ancestor, how about raising the fallen continents before their eyes? It would prove your credibility and gain their assistance. Without proof, they won't follow."
Lucas hurriedly dissuaded Serra.
"Yes. The others are full of pride and they have their own people to consider. However, it would be unlikely to raise a good enough reason to make the other leaders of the human race gather without doing so."
"Then, I suggest raising up one continent first. That should suffice to gather all the leaders of the human race."
"Mn. Indeed. The resurfacing of a new continent is enough reason for them to gather."
Serra gave his approval.
"Then, how about getting the Demon Lord to join the conference?"
"Hm... Since we're having an alliance, then it's possible but at the current moment, the entire human race believes that we're at war with the Demonic Beasts. The other leaders of the human race would raise their swords, not their wine, once they see the Demon King."
"Yes. The Demon King is currently recalling his armies at present. His rapid withdrawal and the rise of a new continent should suffice for all the leaders of the human race to gather."
The leaders of the human race are all elite individuals holding great power and ruling over their own territories with thousands of soldiers at their command.
They're each responsible for an area they guard and are focused on their duties.
They do have meetings with other nations, but they usually send out their envoys. The main leaders are usually not in attendance.

Unless a major event breaks out, forcing the conference of all the leaders of the human race, they would at most send out only envoys.
But at this time, the withdrawal of the Demonic Beasts and the rise of a new continent is enough to force a meeting between all the leaders of the human race.
Two days later, at the Sky Blaze Palace.
"What was that? Disciple, repeat what you said!"
A valient man with red robes and fiery red hair spoke in a loud manner towards a black robed youth bowing in front of him.
"Yes master. My fellow disciples and I investigated the Demonic Beast camp within the area, but we found no demonic beast in sight. We found traces however that they left the area."
The man furrowed his brows.
"What's going on... Why are the Demonic Beasts withdrawing...? Why would the Demon King recall them?"
The man wondered to himself.
But there was none to answer him.
"Hmph. I don't know what you're planning, but there won't be any glory or victory for you and your kind."
The man said coldly.
"Disciple! Call the Sky Knights, tell them to report to me at once!"
"Yes master!"
At once, the black-robed youth left in a flash.
"Hmph, this sudden move might end up alerting the rest. There would probably be a Nation's Conference soon. Better get ready otherwise those old bastards won't shut up."
The red man muttered to himself.
At the Golden Eagle Hall.
"Hmm... What could those vile creatures be plotting now?"
"That is a puzzling thing indeed second brother."
"This isn't the time to be wondering what they're doing, we should send out scouts towards the Black Death continent right now."
Within the hall, there were three men wearing golden robes. All three of them had similar features and were graceful, handsome and elegant.

"Whatever that vile king is plotting, it must not come to pass."
"Indeed."
"Shall we sent out the Golden Eagles?"
The man at the middle started thinking.
"Very well. Send them out."
"Guards!"
The man at the left cried out.
Numerous soldiers wearing golden armor and showing powerful auras showed up in great numbers.
"Call the leader of the Golden Eagles here. Immediately."
"""Yes, Hall Master!!!"""
They shouted in unison before bowing and dispersing.
"There might be a Nation's Conference soon..."
"Is that so?"
"If so, then shall we make preparations?"
"That's indeed so, brothers. Let us make preparations for a conference."
The man in the middle spoke confidently.
All the leading forces commanding the human race were preparing for a Nation's Conference. But even so, it would still take time. They didn't know, however, that there would be a massive event that would hasten the Nation's Conference soon.

I'm Always Talking to Myself
My name is Zach. I’m a typical bland featureless protagonist type. The kind of guy who has purposefully few defining characteristics so that people can project whatever they want on me. Like Luke from Star Wars or what’s her name from Twilight. Most main characters are like me. Kind of flavorless blank slates because we all secretly doubt that we’re Harrison Ford, but pretty much anyone could be Mitt Romney. Yep. Yes indeed, I do spend basically my entire life running an internal dialog to no one. Usually I’m imagining that there are people listening. Like maybe philosophers from Ancient Greece, or researchers from another planet who act suspiciously like the characters from that Instagram comic with the aliens. Stupid Instagram comedians stealing my internal monologue and turning into a wildly successful enterprise which I would imagine has a vibrant merch dropshipping arm and hundreds of thousands of daily dopamine hits for loyal followers. I basically spend all of my time explaining random things to imaginary people (and aliens, and animals, and household items which have inexplicably gained sentience and frankly have some concerns about this whole existence thing). Honestly, it’s both highly entertaining to me, in that it makes me think about why we humans do all of the bizarre things that we do, but also horrifically exhausting and kind of makes you feel like you’re either, worst cast, losing your grip on reality, or best case, becoming Abed from Community. Anyway, I’m sure that I have some distinguishing characteristics, but, in the interest of hypnotic suggestion I’m choosing to omit them until I’m pretty sure that you have subconsciously come to identify with me, or until I feel like it. (By the way, in case I forgot to mention it, a higher power called Aww Thor or something told me to say that this is a slice-of-life comedy adventure and that it's set in a fantasy world with isekai and LitRPG elements.)
