《My Own Dragon System In Anime Worlds》Sennenryu and Lost Island

Guess I will just wait for Luffy at Loguetown, then get on their ship. Let's enjoy the day slowly.
A few weeks pass.
Dragon arrives to see his son, Luffy leaving Loguetown.
Lux: Dragon san, don't worry. I won't kill him, I just need him to find the sennenryu.
Dragon: What do you mean?
Let's say, I can see part of the future. Also, good luck finding Joker and those weapons, Dragon san. To be honest, I can be called Dragon too hahahaha! It's weird, since we have the same given name. Dragon was shocked. How can you know of the underworld too? Didn't I tell you I can see part of the future. See you around, Dragonsan.
Dragon: That person was really terrifying. Grim Reaper Lux V. Dragon. Even the World Government could not trace me but he did it with ease.
Lux transformed into a human with a different face and got on the Going Merry. Time to play the waiting game.
Meanwhile, Luffy was on the execution platform about to be executed by Buggy. Suddenly the lightning struck the platform causing the platform to break and fall. Buggy was knocked out by the lightning but Luffy was fine due to being rubber.
Luffy, Zoro, and Sanji start to escape the town running toward Going Merry. Smoker was blocking Luffy, not letting luffy escape. No matter what attack Luffy used was all in vain. Gomu Gomu no Pistol did not hurt Smoker at all.
Smoker: You are too weak to go to the grandline. I am going to capture you.
Suddenly a hand out of nowhere stops Smoker from drawing his weapon.
Dragon: Is that so? Then a huge gust of wind blew everyone in the town freeing Luffy and his crew. The other pirates that were captured were also free. Luffy, feel free to do whatever you want!
Luffy uses gomu gomu ability to get his crews on the ship by flying across the sea to the ship. One day, I swear, I will get Luffy for this.

God job escaping from the marine everyone. Everyone look at the human transform Lux. What are you doing on our ship! Zoro looks at Lux. Luffy don't do anything stupid. He is stronger than he looks.
I will be riding with you guys until the crossing the redline I think. Luffy look at Lux, okay. NANI!!! (meaning what in japanese). By the way my name is Nogard. (Dragon spell backward) Now let's enjoy the sea while we can.
1 Day later Luffy fish out a little girl from the sea.
Later that day, the little girl woke up. Hey little girl what your name. "My name is Apis," the little girl said. Where am I? Luffy answer, "On a pirates ship." Don't worry we are good pirates.
Suddenly a lot of marine ships appear.
Apis answers those are the marine ships that I ran away from. Nogard suddenly said, "Don't worry, I will just take out those trash."
Black Flames Dragon Breath! A huge deadly black flames shooting toward the marine ship destroying everything, before the marines even notice. There were no screams at all. They were devoured by the flames, without leaving a trace like a ghost.
What kind of flames are those? Usopp asked in a scared voice. Let's say, they are not just dead, but their souls are destroyed too. They can no longer go to heaven or hell. They are forever and truly dead, even can't go the Samsara Wheel. (Samsara Wheel meaning The Wheel of Reincarnation).
Zoro asks Nogard, "Those flames look very similar to the Flames of Lux V. Dragon." Are you him? So you aren't that stupid Zorokun.
Lux transforms back into his normal form.
Now you know who I am, yet you don't look scare at all. HA HA HA! Apis take me to the Sennenryu, or else I will turn your whole island into nothing. Apis was shock. How did you know about the sennenryu?
I know it, because I was looking for him to test something out. Apis was worry, are you going to kill him for eternal youth or some kind elixir? Apis are you stupid, guess my age? Are you 16 year olds? Lux answer, no I am 46 years old.

Why do you think I look only 16 years old? You are not human. Good guess Apis. Then why would I need those things, when I can live longer than humans can live. Fine, I will take you to see the sennenryu.
One day later, Going Merry arrived at Warship Island.
Hurry up and take me to the sennenryu Apis. Walking to the mountain where the sennenryu is located. This is a pretty far walk. How did you even manage to bring food for him every day? Apis, I try my best to bring him a lot of food. There the caves where Ryuji is at.
If he is a dragon, just my presence should shake him in fear. Ryuji here has some food to eat and water to drink. Also there is a person here who wants to meet you, but I don't know if he is good or evil.
Lux: Answer in Dragon language, "Yo, Ryuji. Are you really that weak that you can't even fly. What a disgrace to the Dragon race you are."
Ryuji was surprised and answered back, how can you speak the dragon language?'' Are you human or not.
Suddenly a huge aura came out of Lux body making everyone one tremble. The animal, winds, seas, heaven, and earth itself tremble in fears. It was like a divine being walking in the mortal realm.
Ryuji: You are a dragon, but not a normal one. Just that aura alone would have been able to kill millions of humans by just existing.
Apis: Was shocked at Lux because he was a dragon but such a strong one.
Lux: I am finishing testing. Ryuji don't you want to know where it is. That lost island.
Ryuji: Do you know where it is?
Lux: I do, but it is not time for it to appear yet. When it appears even you would know, because it would cause a huge earthshake. Luffy was going to stay on this island until the lost island appeared okay.
Luffy: When do the islands appear?
Lux: Very soon maybe 1 day or 2.
Luffy: OKAY.
1 day pass
In the middle of the day a lot of sennenryu surround the island, and then a huge earthshake causes the lost island to rise from the water. The marines surround the island trying to kill the sennenryu, but were all killed by Lux. All their souls were sallows inside his body. Even if these souls are weak in combat, they are useful as meat shields at least.
Apis: It is so beautiful, Ryuji here, the lost island you have been looking for. Now you can heal you, and feel better now.
Ryuji: Apis, I am sorry, I will be leaving now.
Ryuji's eyes started to close slowly and went into an eternal sleep.
Apis: Ryuji, you lair. Didn't you say you would get better if you see the lost island again.
Nami: This is a dragon grave, but is also a place where dragons are born. So the elixir was fake, even the dragons died of old ages, so how can it's bone give eternal youth. Soon the island will be buried under the sea again.
Apis started to cry and kept crying until the voice of a baby sennenryu was born. I already know what kind of place he wants to return to, when he asks me to look for it, but still I wish he would get better. I will be waiting for the next time the lost island rises again.
Usopp: It would be another 1,000 years for it.
Apis: My children and grandchildren would be looking at the lost island for me instead.
Luffy: Are you sure, you don't want to come with us Apis.
Apis: Yes. Bye Bye Luffy, Zoro, Nami, Usopp, Sanji, and Lux. Thank you for everything.
Nami: Time to go to the Grandline.
Luffy: Set sail to the Grandline!

Vast Asleep
The story of Kingard the Binder in the aftermath of Broken This short story is the epilogue of Broken, the second book of the Chronicles of Mother's Gate series. It’s a great follow-up to the novel, a bonus story that adds extra layers but is set apart from the full-length narrative. Vast Asleep follows the story of Kingard, who finds himself caught in a world called Mother's realm, bathed in glowing light but strangely stuck in place. He encounters his greatson Varyan there, and learns that his experiences are likely dreams. As he grows more accustomed to the loving realm around him, Kingard remembers fear and trepidation about the face of the world, and he loses contact with his companion. This story answers the question, Is Kingard really dead? with a tentative no, and new mysteries brewing. It also raises the question, What's happening while he's awake? and includes an excerpt from the sister story Ride Awake, about Kingard's situation with the Colkh'rak. Praise for Tales of the Known World Bookends: Loved it. The difference between the two stories is great! The difference between the epilogue and prologue is astounding. So much light and love in the first story. You feel safe reading it. Healing. The second, so much darkness, pain and despair. The choice of vocabulary is awesome and makes an impact. And this set of short stories ties the two books together so well. -- Dana V. of Texas ★★★★★

St. Charles and the Children from the Sun
This story is a tale classic in its tragedy, about the foibles of Man and how he destroys the things he loves, all to prove himself superior over the Universe. In a quest to defeat Hilter during Wold War II, Winston Churchill and Franklin Deleanor Roosevelt barter with a race of serpents who come from outer space. There are a few inconveniences for the leaders of the West when dealing with these creatures. For one, they can't even talk to them, for the aliens 'speak' by manipulating light. But in exchange for the knowledge of how to build an atomic bomb, all the monsters want from us is to live in peace at the bottom of the Pacific Ocean. What could go wrong with that? * * * This story is my entry in The Royal Road Community Magazine Contest * * *

The Paths of Magick
Credits: Story by Xcaliburnt. Cover Art by @Bervolart. Magick, the power to bend the laws of reality. All because of a mystical substance known as mana. Mages follow the Paths to achieve power, for there is no more addictive chase. Each Path winds and twists, forcing mages through the flames of adversity and challenge. Though the operative word is "path", the reality is far less straightforward. Instead of a road, Paths are like the branches of world trees, erupting into the heavens, intertwining, and ending in sharp snaps. Only the strongest reach the sky. There are several Paths, and many Ways to walk them—variations of the same Path, and like the stars, they are endless. Magick is the sacred flame that scours the fat, rendering the truest self. Superfluous flesh melting away to show the skeleton of one's being. A chance for ascension—apotheosis. Though not every mage works to godhood, if they survive long enough, It is inescapable. Witness the lives of those that tread the knife's edge of self-destruction. Each one intertwined in their search for answers, revenge, and, most of all: power. These individuals have all lost something precious—irreplaceable—and In search of filling the void left behind, they have taken up the mantle of a mage. Per aspera ad astra. Ad mortem vel divinitatis. (Through adversity to the stars. To death or divinity.) There is no consistent release schedule except my consistent inconsistency. Besides, there’s like a thousand pages worth of content, how can—you already read it? Goddamn. Oh, and there is a very long hiatus between volumes as I intend to edit and rewrite a lot. What to Expect: This story is progression fantasy, so expect a healthy dose of training. It's also heavy on slice of life, and it isn't entirely overarching-plot-driven. Expect characters to live their lives, and not always be on some quest to save the world. There's a lot of magic theory and discussion about it in the story. So, if you don't like impromptu lessons on sorcerous theory by traveling monster slayers, this might not be for you. But if you do like it, rejoice! For there is a lot of it. This is also heavy on prose, purple as a bruised eye. I use outdated, uneccesarily collegiate-level terms and play around with the writing style just for the heck of it. I find it fun to wax and wane poetic, and that might grate on you—I don’t plan to change this aspect of the Paths much if at all. Onto the viewer discretion is advised parts: This is grim-dark/ grim-heart. Take the tags seriously. There will be combat scenes that are brutal and horrifying. Fights to the death tend to be. This is a tale about medieval mercenaries (quite literal killers for hire), man-eating monsters, and eldritch gods beyond the material plane. Beside that, there will be traumatic events that are best left unread. I do not detail certain acts I find heinous enough, instead leaving some parts unwritten but still alludded to if not outright stated; there is simply no graphic narration thereof. This is not for the faint of heart.

The Plan
An infinite world couldn’t be real, but if it was, well this would happen. Imagine a world that isn’t covered in water, but an endless atmosphere. Plates of land, named “islands”, float and drift almost aimlessly. There is no sun, stars, roof, or floor; just boundless air in every direction. Light is generated from the movement of air flow. Magical and mystical powers keep islands floating and the world full of fresh entropy. Some of these floating islands drift upwards or downwards or any combination of volatile or patterned velocities. Air flow also follows the same characteristics of islands, which generates the light and heat. In a world with no horizon, the different inhabitants struggle. Beings calling them selves deities across the endless space are countless. If you were to fall off an island, you would inevitably hit another island; if you didn’t die from old age first. Many inhabitants don’t know the land further than their own eye sight or town they grew up in. Almost all inhabitants of islands have supernatural abilities, ranging in ability and skill. Magical abilities are kept individually; and mystical powers are borrowed. Islands float because the land is enchanted by either a magical or mystical crystal. Magical islands are known for vertical variance, while mystical islands are known for vertical stability. The islands rotate around focal points, known as 'the center'. There are many 'the center', but no one knows this yet... Warning: Tagged Mature 18+ for Strong Language, Gore, Violence, and sexual scenes. Google Drive (Click here to open new window) WIP/spoilers
