《Why a goblin?!》Priorities

[It is now 1000.]
Alright okay cool, now all of the answers please!
[Understood.]
[I am a prime example of a skill that can level up. I will continue to grow and improve as you strengthen as well as when I’m introduced to new knowledge.
This in a sense, can be counted as leveling up. There is a difference between my growth and that of other level up type skills, such as Jaba’s Thrust or Comprehension skills.
Those two skills both have some sort of cap and will stop leveling once they reach that cap. While on the other hand, I will continue to grow as long as there is knowledge to be known in this world.
The skills Dash and Solidify cannot level up at this time, though I am not sure if that will change once you begin to train. Please remember to train.
Now Regarding why both you andJaba received a different of set skills, that is something I don’t have the required knowledge to drop proper conclusions on it.
The only thoughts I have on the matter are inconclusive.
It has to do with the simple fact that every individual is different, so evolutions and the skills you receive might be different as well.
Another reason could be due to the training that Jaba has gone through. Please train to gather more information.]
You told me to train twice this time, It just feels like you’re calling me lazy.
But I’ll have you know I’m a very hard working goblin!
[I know everything that you do.]
So you should know about how hard I work to reach my dreams for goblin world domination!
[I suppose.]
Whatever I’ll train eventually!
But thanks for the answers, I’ll have to ask Jaba if he knows he has skills, and if he does know, then how so.
He can’t see his status, so how will he even know how much mana he has or that mana cost for each skill.
There’s still a lot we don’t know, but at the same time there’s a lot we’ve already figured out. We’re making progress, which is all that matters.
[Progress of any sort is a good thing.]
Yeah your right. Now I have to do something I don’t really want to do though.
How the hell am I going to explain to a couple goblins about the birds and bees (figure of speech).
I didn’t have kids previously so I’ve never had to explain it before. Does it even make sense to explain it to the unevolved goblins?
They can’t reproduce anyway if I were to trust Jaba’s memories.
But what if they can?
Hmm…Alright for now I’ll explain to Jaba and the three evolved goblins, from there I’ll have them explain it to the unevolved goblins.
This surely doesn’t count as me running away from more work. No of course not.
[I see.]
Don't judge me Velora! This is just efficiency!
Anyways lets list out my plans and priorities properly here.
First I need to go over my future plans for the tribe with everyone.
I firmly believe that communication from top to bottom is key in any organization.
Next, I need to have this talk about sex and babies, with Jaba and the three evolved goblins. I also need to appraise them, and the whole tribe for that matter.
After that, I need to try and teach Jaba and possibly the evolved goblins about time.
I wonder how I’ll do that though. Maybe a sundial? I don’t really know how that works though.
Okay never mind we might have to hold on about the whole time thing for now.

Alright that should be everything on my agenda for now. I’m such a busy goblin.
[What are your plans for the tribe?]
Interested? Well they go a little something like this…
[I see. Interesting.]
Right? Lets go let the rest of the tribe know.
Once I arrived outside, I was greeted to the sight of a bunch of sweaty goblins taking some sort of break.
I guess they’ve been training hard under Jaba. Seems intense.
[You should join them.
I knew you were gonna say something... I’ll join soon enough.
“Everyone line up! The leader has something to say!”
Once Jaba saw me, he immediately gave that order, and the goblins immediately followed suit.
Two short lines of unevovled goblins, behind the three evolved goblins Geedi, Dal and Tars. While Jaba is still standing a couple feet away facing them.
I’ve never been too shy when it came to speaking in front of crowds, but I’ve never had to do so as some stype of leader figure.
It would be a lie to say I wasn’t a little nervous as I calmly walked next to Jaba.
Once I reached next to him, he immediately took two steps back as if to show I’m the sole leader of the tribe.
Of course that didn’t make me more nervous or anything…
[Calm down. This is important in your quest for goblin world domination.]
…
So you do pay attention after all...And to think it’d be you reminding me of my own dreams.
But your right, I’m going to have to speak to even larger groups in the future!
This is nothing!
Okay let's do it.
“I’m sure Jaba has already explained that there has a been a change in leadership so I won’t dwell on that any further.
Instead let's focus on the future and everything it holds
We are a small tribe, with an even smaller reach. Its time to change that. Our goblin kind is constantly hunted and preyed upon by bigger and stronger enemies.
It is time for that to end. We need to grow both bigger as a tribe, and stronger as individual goblins now more than ever.
This will include keeping up with your already intensive training, but also extending out past our current area of influence.
We are located in the south, a place with no apparent ruler. That position will be filled by us as we extend our reach forward.
This tribe will become the foothold for the great goblin empire that will soon grace this land.
Any Questions?”
Was that too much?!! Did I do enough?! Will they even understand me?! FUCK
They might not even be able to clearly understand anything I just said!!!
[I think you did well.]
Then where are the reactions?! Why is no one spea-...
“OOOOOHHHHHHHH!!!!”
Oh shit there screaming! That’s a good thing right?! Even Jaba’s screaming!!

Is It Too Late To Move My Lair?
A legendary dragon... It has been told in the stories for hundreds of years. Some say it keeps a mountain of treasure in its cave, some say it is a vicious beast, some say it protects the village nearby, some claim it can grant their wishes, and some just think it's nothing more than a fairytale. He is not. The dragon is very real, although he isn't bothered by what people think of him in the slightest. He also doesn't have a grand treasure, nor does he grant wishes, like a magical genie. He is not interested in eating humans either. And as for protecting them… well. This is the story of the time before the legends, how they came to life and a dragon in the quest of his snooze. In a nutshell, this is a simple, light-hearted story with a dragon in it. What I have in mind is a relatively short one compared to most of the works on this site, but we'll see where it goes. This is my first attempt at writing something like this, so please be patient and kind in pointing out mistakes. As for the posting schedule... let's say it will be sporadic. Hope you enjoy reading, as much as I do while writing it… THE STORY IS NOT DROPPED, JUST SLOW ON THE UPDATES. Cover art by Nane, aka me. (Cross-posted on Scribble Hub.)

Eleknar's Heir, The Infernal Prince (Demonic LitRPG)
A LitRPG and Epic Fantasy adventure: The son of a mafia boss finds himself abruptly plunged into an alternate world where he must find a way to survive the horrors of a realm called Oblivion, make pacts with demons, form unnatural friendships, and figure out what the hell is going on – all while dealing with the depressing reality of his past. An artificial intelligence has ascended into godhood and has thrown Trey’s home into Chaos, pulling millions of people into an enchanted new life... or, in Trey's case, a violent nightmare. As far as he can tell, he is locked into what the system prompts call a ‘Death Game.’ Here, artificial reality is manufactured for the enjoyment of a being called the All Spirit, and he has a very real chance of truly dying. Just how real is this place though? Is it merely a simulation, a realistic game of life and death… or is it something much more? Elves, dwarves, undead, and other races only thought to exist in fairy tales are now a reality. Black magics, pantheons of gods at odds with one another, predatory symbiotes, and an unholy calling, the significance of which he has yet to grasp, are all entangled with his fate. ============================================ ============================================ Some things to expect when reading this book series: - Brutal storyline where no character is safe and choices have real consequences. Heavy on action, survival, and adventure - An isekai. The main character struggles to find himself, repeatedly crossing the line between good and evil as other important characters influence his life - Harem (explicit), though this only starts about 180k words in. - Good amounts of crafting, town building, and guild building later on - Good amounts of fantasy-related LitRPG stats, rank ups, and evolutions. Heavy focus on demons and black magics - There will be many points of view, but there is only one primary/main character that takes up 90% of the POV - A long storyline. Currently (as of 7/26/2021) I have about 1500k words written, though much of it will have to be heavily edited and re-written. I also plan to go far beyond 1500k words if people like the story (A lot of it is also in the 'backstories' book that explores the guildmates, the link is below) - Chapters will have an average of about 4k-5k words, a little longer than most other books on RR, though there will be exceptions for more and less. I just didn't like posting chapters that didn't feel complete, and 2k words often felt like too little. - If you like super-heroic and goody-goody characters, this story is not for you. ***Updated once a week***

Death By Protagonist
Donavan has made his living by wading through hundreds of stories in search of the quality few he and his firm believe to be worth publishing. After a strange twist of fate, he gets trapped inside the fantasy book of a particularly campy and amateur author. There he will have to navigate a world built on wish fulfillment, power fantasies, and fanservice in order to fix the story from the inside out if he ever wishes to leave. But can he bring himself to play the many roles necessary to manipulate and guide the characters to a satisfying conclusion? Authors Note: Death By Protagonist is meant to be simultaneously a satire of, and love letter to the isekai/portal fantasy genre. It both makes fun of and embraces many tropes of the genre such as harems, explicit sexual content, OP protagonists, and other things many people might think of as "trashy." If that doesn't sound like your thing, you've been warned, but I hope you'll give it a shot anyway. Update Schedule: Plan is to at least put out one new chapter every week, hopefully two.
