[Err well someone was saying that the previous chapter wasn't making sense so I would like to clarify the previous chapter. I wrote the previous chapter to indicate Wyndia's history as she is going to change after MC returns from the campaign. Well, I am not going to reveal what of change it's going to be. And also someone mentioned there's no harem tag, sorry my fault I added the harem tag now. Enjoy the massacre.]
Kresta's POV
The time we spent on the griffin was very boring as there was no conversation between us. I wanted to speak with him but I didn't know what to say, so I just kept quiet. After 2 days of non-stop flying I was getting hungry but there was no choice but to endure it. After a brief time Akira initiated the conversation.
"How long till we get there?"Akira said in a demanding voice.
"In about 5 hour..." I said with a slightly surprised tone as he was getting impatient.
"Tsk!! This getting annoying..." With that said Akira passed 5 hours quietly until we reached our destination.
The destination we reached was a barren land deprived of any trees or vegetation, it was filled with rocks and mountains. We reached our camp only to be shocked as instead of 1000 army that should be there, there was only 15 soldiers more over all of them were wounded.
"What is this? Some kind of joke?" Akira said but opposite to his remark he was smiling, a smile so creepy I felt a shiver.
"I.. will go ask about the situation. Wait here." After I said that he just nodded while maintaining his creepy smile.
I just went in, it was like nobody cared. Like everyone had lost hope and drowned in despair. After looking around quite a bit I found my uncle Alucard, Gabriala's brother.
"Uncle Alucard, what's going on?" I asked him from behind.

"Whaa..." He jumped after getting startled by my sudden appearance. He was a man who would never show this kind of act, what in the world just happened?
"Kresta!! What are you doing here?" He asked, no let's say shouted the question.
"I came here for the campaign as I have brought my younger brother as well. It's his punishment to participate in the war." I said with some awkwardness due to the sudden change in Uncle's behavior.
"*pant* *pant* this... is... bad..." He started panting and sweating profusely.
"Oiii.. Aren't you done yet? I am tired of this shit. Let's get the party started already." Suddenly from behind Akira came with annoyed yet creepy smiling face.
"Aahh.._" As Uncle was going to say something. BANG, a loud thud could be heard.
"Hmm.." Akira just listened to it as if it were a melody. What the hell is wrong with him? He is acting totally different from before.
"They are here.. They are here.." Uncle kept repeating the words while shivering. After that I got the gist of it. Only 15 wounded soldier in the camp and all being devoid of hope meant that all the others perished... Huh? Then what about dad?
"Hey!!! What happened to dad? Tell me!!!" I started asking him while shaking him roughly.
When he heard that he stopped shivering and instead of that tears filled his face, he kept quiet and just hung his head down. Without any sort of detail given I knew what had happened.
"Where's the body?" I just asked plainly keeping my poker face while many emotion swirled inside of me.
"Faded... it was a miserable death..." He just said that with a croaked voice due to the sadness. I couldn't help but cry. I cried as well but we suddenly got interrupted in our mourning.
"Are you done? As you guys seem to need more time I am more than happy to go alone. Hehehehehe..." With that said he dissapeared. I had no idea where he had gone to nor I cared because the sadness I felt was more overwhelming.

******************************************************************************************
Hahaha... I get to kill. This is going to be so much fun. Seeing the drama of the person crying over dead is really irritating, crying isn't going to bring them back. Rather you have to think what you should be doing after that. Still I don't give a shit, I didn't know this father of mine and don't want to know as well.
Currently I am heading towards the army who are marching towards the camp. Aaahh.. this is a bliss, getting to kill over a 1000 people alone. After running through the mountain path I came across a wide plain and just over the side I saw the army clearly as the blue sky.
After a moment of observation, I decided to provoke them.
"Hey maggots!!! Look here!!!" I yelled to get their attention.
They all look at me, everyone laughing and saying 'hahaah, they have fallen so down that they are sending a kid now.' I knew this would be the normal reaction so I was prepared, I bought a regular longsword with me from the camp. Aa they were laughing I surveyed the army and they were about 2000, among them I searched for a charismatic person and right after I found him I throwed my long sword at him in a speed in which they couldn't comprehend. I just pierced the guy's head with my sword.
After exactly 3 seconds there was silence, deadly silence. All the elves were trembling with rage while looking at me. Hahaha... yes that's it feel the rage, hate me!! I laughed so loudly, a elf girl suddenly leaped at me with speed of lightning.
She tried to cut my head with her sword in one go but for me her speed was nothing special, I just caught her sword between my index and middle finger of my right hand. Seeing this she had a shocked expression and when I looked around other elves had the same expression as well. Hehehe.. seeing that kind of expression is also one of the joy I find in the war as I find amusing when people show their digusting ugly retorted faces twitch even more.
With that she aims her right palm at me and begins to chant.
"Burn the foolish being in front of me. Fir_" Before she could finish off her chant I just grabbed her neck with my left hand and dug in my middle finger in her neck and punctured her vocal chords.
"Khe..." She only managed to cough off blood without any voice to complete her chant. According to the knowledge I gained only few people are there who can use magic without canting but most of them had to use chant to produce magic so the solution was to just stop their chant.
I looked at her face for a while before finishing her off. It was a face filled with agony and despair as if saying 'please don't kill me I will do anything'. Haa... with my heart satisfied, I throw the girl down at the ground and stomp on her face.
Blood splashed everywhere, and all of my clothing and some parts of my face were covered in blood. The body of the girl now had no head where parts of the bone were seen as well as eye sockets scattered. "Let the massacre begin." With that said I smiled so insanely and licked the blood that was near my lips.
[Next chapter is the full on fight. And by the way if u guys played the game I posted can u tell me if it was good?]

The Infinite Labyrinth
(Story complete - Book 1 "Shanghaied", 2 "Shortcuts", 3 "Secrets" and 4 "Sanctions") It is the 19th century, and war smoulders between England and France. Any hope for a quick end to Napoleon's rampage across Europe ended when the Great Gates opened in 1800. For a fortunate few, the strange world of the Infinite Labyrinth offers opportunities, strange descriptors popping in their minds, informing them of growth, and status beyond that of a mere mortal. The materials and power crystal they bring back foster a new age, both military and civilian. Aether-powered Skyships prowl the skies, as all the great nations blessed by the Gates try to turn the blessings of the Labyrinth into immediate advantages. But for Jonas, an apprentice leatherworker, his friend Ira, and so many Londoners, the fabled ones that walk the Labyrinth are distant heroes, seen from afar. They fell short when their Potential was measured, and they fill their mundane lives with distant dreams. One man wants to break the stalemate. The Tyrant of the Dominion of France, Napoleon Bonaparte, has a plan. Eighteen years after the world changed, he will force it to change again. And when civilians are caught in the fallout, the unthinkable happens. Six people, unqualified, forbidden to ever enter the Labyrinth, find themselves stranded in a distant zone, forcefully turned into Professionals. They know little of what that means, but they have to figure out the rules that are now their lot, for they have little hope to escape their predicament otherwise. They need to understand what the descriptors in their minds mean, what each of the strange piece of gear waiting in treasure chests behind terrible guardians can bring them. They have to become Professionals on their own and rejoin the Empire. They will figure out their new lives one way or another. But will there be an Empire waiting for them when the Gates re-open? Caught in a clash of empires and high tiers, they will do what little they can. They will step up and do their best. One way or another. The Infinite Labyrinth is a slice-of-life litRPG adventure set in a real historical setting. It's a hard, crunchy litrpg. Expect blue boxes everywhere, and the system itself is very mathy. It started life as a serial. I prepared some proper worldbuilding, with enough details and background for lots of different potential story arcs, but as I wrote, I realized the main story needs to have a definitive end. So, there are four books in total, for a bit under 1500 pages, plus additional side stories, and even maybe a sequel one day. The Gore tag was added as a precaution because there are a few scenes with some light gore.

Gamer
I am making this story as a revamp, edit, and transformation of the legendary gamer into something that can be better related to. I have done some work on writing, and also put more work into preparing the introductory thoughts. I will have a bare minimum of weekly updates, but there may be more depending on how much time I have. This story will follow Gregory Jeffrey Drake, a young man whose life is partially micromanaged by his parents, and in time will come to be a powerful character in his own story. For now though, the main focus for Gregory is to grow and find his place in this new world he has been dropped into. Gregory gained a new type of class, and must use it if he hopes to stay alive and make the world a better place.
