Standing outside the gate of the kobold village both me and wylniva stood still looking around waiting for someone to come,fortunately we didn't need to wait for too long.

-Lord sorron look what I brought !

Habaru shouted out being the first person to come back from the forest...habaru was smiling happily waving at me from a distance while holding onto a long thick strap of vine with one hand as she quickly made her way towards us,she was very enchanting like this with her long white hair fluttering in the wind,but she wasn't the only thing that was catching my attention right now...behind her another big beast was following her closely.

My face at that very moment cramped up temporarily as I looked at the beast...normally if I didn't know better I would have thought that the beast was going to attack habaru,but looking at it now,I could only feel pity towards it as the face of the entire beast was bloodied and bruised miserably...

The vine that habaru was holding was tightly tied onto the neck of this beast almost looking as if it was too tight maybe even choking it,the beast in question wasn't only injured on its head its left back leg also seemed to have been broken as it was dragging it along painfully,but not daring to make a sound of complaint or go against habaru who was mercilessly pulling it even though it was obvious that the beast was hurt and tired...the look in the beasts eyes was that of extreme fear and despair the body was shivering constantly with blood dripping down its neck and quivering lips...

My whole stomach rounded up seeing this image with habaru pulling a extremely bruised beast while smiling happily,it was sort of a nightmare scenario if you think about it making me imagine how she must have gone around catching this intimidating beast.

Anyways the beast itself was miserable at the moment,but looking at its outer appearance I immediately guessed it to be some sort of deer its coloration was a bit more brownish yellow,its antlers were the most impressive as they looked like two huge axes growing from the top of the beasts head the bone of these antlers were also pitch black only the spikes on the antlers looked very different as they glowed a intense red color resembling a piping hot metal rod.

The eyes of this beast from what I could tell at least was also entirely white the hoofs also red as if they were piping hot and the fur a brownish yellow with a few white and black patterns going down its fluffy fur and instead of a single tail the deer had 3 tails that were so long they reached the ground.

In terms of looks the beast was incredibly unique,I couldn't help,but quickly appraise it myself figuring out the species of this deer as it was a the power this beast holds is very impressive in itself a bit inferior to habaru,but not all too much.

-habaru how about you let him,rest ?

I offered to her cold sweat running down my forehead as I felt a bit worried and sad about the poor deer as it looked like as if it was going to die any moment now from either blood loss or exhaustion,the healing slimes were already present at the moment quickly moving towards the half dead deer to heal it.

-Hmm yes ! Lord sorron what do you think about my mount isn't it amazing !

She said her expression showing pride towards her find and deep anticipation towards my answer,because the deer was incredibly bloodied and horrible,I couldn't find anything good to say so instead I gave her a light answer and told her that it looked very impressive...either way habaru was satisfied with the answer and smiled happily.

Looking at the deer again,I couldn't help,but smile wryly it was already on the ground its tongue sticking out of its mouth breathing heavily as it constantly opened and closed its eyes with exhaustion,the slimes were currently doing their very best to keep the deer alive to patch it up properly...

I already expected something like this,so I wasn't very surprised when I saw the beast so bloodied and hurt since I figured that most of the girls would resolve towards force to catch a beast and make it submit to strength which would result in injuries of course.

I only hoped that some of them would be able to tame the beast normally like using bait or trapping it without hurting it,hakuro and hasumi were the people who could be the most successful in this since their magics were pretty useful for capturing things while the rest needed to rely on either strength or craftiness,unfortunately I was wrong.

Either way after habaru came the other girls soon started to pop up one after another with their own beast following behind them,no one was riding it,but that wouldn't have been possible either way since most of them were very hurt just like the deer habaru had brought,the healing slimes were busy with work individually healing a single beast while also checking on the others,it gotten so bad to the point that I also had to help checking on the weak beasts so they wouldn't die all of a sudden by cleaning their wounds for a bit or giving them herbs to heal and keep them conscious.

Hobusaku and hoboku were the third and second last to come,with only hobura still missing inside the forest making her the last,surprisingly enough hoboku's beast was the most undamaged one,it didn't even have a bruise on it,she even used it to ride back here as it seemed to have submitted towards hoboku without a fight...

When I later asked how she did it,hoboku told me that she used her skill to make it pass out repeatedly by fear until it would submit to her...wow...It very much explained why the beast had such a haunted look on it when it came forward or looked at hoboku's general direction.

The beasts everyone brought were all unique no,one got the same beast their size was also generally passable and most of them either resembling a cat,dog,wolf,bear and even what looked like a raptor.

Hoboku's beast was the only beast that was almost normal resembling a horse,but her horse was entirely black and looked like a unicorn with 3 horns,one on the forehead that was bent upwards and the other two sticked on either sides of the head near the forehead going backwards and forming a half circle,the mane of the black horse was very thick and long making it look very wild,but in front of hoboku that wild look only turned very docile and obedient...it must have once had incredible pride before meeting hoboku.

I already appraised everyones mounts and remembered their species and what they eat just to be safe.

I had everyones mounts already lined up and getting treated by the slimes,the girls were also standing next to their beasts watching it or simply trying to give it a good name,hobura was still missing,feeling a bit puzzled I wanted to call out and ask her if she was okay or not,but just as I was about to do so I saw a shadow coming out the forest a figuring slowly revealing itself...it was hobura.

And just like the others she had also gotten herself a beast....but...

-Heehhh ?!

My eyes were wide looking behind her I could see her dragging the beast...It wasn't strange that she was dragging it since most of the girls also did the same thing,no the strange thing was that hobura was actually dragging it by its ears !

It looked very strange and I was worried whether or not she had been dragging the ears of this beast for so long that it stretched so long,but looking closer at the beast I realized that it wasn't the case,but the ears themselves were naturally this long...my eyes widened some more watching hobura drag the beast into the open.

The beast was huge...Fat is a more fitting term as it looked rounded and somewhat wide its ears were incredibly long and fluffy,its entire body was covered by snow white fluffy fur,it had a lot of long gray whiskers growing from its cheeks with adorable legs and pawns and a cute nose its eyes were very big and brown you could see deep fear instilled into them as it was paralyzed by fear itself with no way to move,other then being dragged by hobura.

I already knew what the beast was,but one of the most amazing features this beast had was the horn on top of its head that looked like a kings crown...

Hobura shouted out and just like everyone else she was smiling very happily while also dragging this huge beast with her...
