For those who might be interested, I've wrapped the first story up in a nice epub and mobi format, which can be downloaded freely from the links below.

You guys might also note that there's now an option to DONATE if you want to offer something for the story. All donations are 100% optional and will have no bearing whatsoever on the release schedule, writing style, or story. There's no plush ribbons or gold stars for people who donate. All you get is the satisfaction of supporting an author whose work you like. (And, perhaps in time I might be able to let those donations accumulate and be able to actually have the story self-published and offer a paper version for those who might enjoy that. )

The only thing I dislike about the donation buttons here is the fact that they automatically append themselves to the bottom of every chapter and they take up a large chunk of real estate. Smaller buttons once every 5 or 10 chapters would suit me better, but I don't think that's possible. If anyone knows of a way to do something like that, let me know and I'll try and make the thing a little less unobstrusive for all you great readers. ;)

Winter's Tale seems to be slowly coming to a wrap for its first book, but it's taking a little longer than I expected since it deals with both the virtual world and real world at the same time. In a lot of ways, it feels almost writing two stories at the same time... Progression in it is slow, but steady. Once Winter's Tale Book 1 is finished, I'll take a few days to compile it the same as I have The Fallen Ascending here, and then I'll start rotation and writing and releasing new chapters for all my other works (including The Fallen Ascending here) at that point.

Book 2 is tentatively going to be titled The Fallen Ascending -- Book 2: The Rise of Darkness, and will be released here, chapter by chapter, just as Book 1 was. I hope everyone has fun and joins me on the ride. :)
