Aaron looked at himself and laughed, the so-called armor was clothing more than anything. The shoulder pads were a mix of cloth and leather, but overall the armor was built more for looks then physical protection. It was primarily black and grey so he could still use it on jobs, but he felt like a damned wannabe noble between the doublet, leggings, and silk shirt.
"You want my honest opinion?" Maggie asked with a huge smile behind him.
Aaron glared at her over his shoulder, "Yes."
"You look like a damned noble man!!!" Magie replied before laughing so hard she started crying and fell out of her chair.
"I am going to change back into my leathers," Aaron told her with disgust written across his face. The benefits of the clothing were not worth this.
Maggie stopped laughing and threw up her arms to stop him, "NO!!! You wanted to become Viscount, now you are. You cannot go back now. Part of the responsibilities of being the Viscount is wearing that clothing. Its tradition and what this Guild has grown apart from for far too long. Please don't!!!" Magie told him and Aaron begrudgingly nodded.
"Are you going to wear the sword and dagger with it?" Maggie asked and Aaron shrugged. Just like the clothing, the paired sword and dagger looked pretty but hid a deadly power. It was all very ornate and pretty and Aaron had always wondered why Jerimiah wore the clothing and now he knew. Both blades were wickedly sharp, so they were serviceable and didn't just look pretty. The shortsword was shaped after the standard Drow shortsword with a slight curve too it. The knife was a long knife, almost a foot long and double-edged. He pulled up the stats on his new equipment one more time.

The properties of the armor were all better then what he currently wore, and the weapons were hands down better than his daggers. With grudging respect, he grabbed them and equipped the paired dagger and sword before tossing his daggers into his inventory. Until he found better weapons, he would use these. "Let's go face the comments and jokes, I have things to do today," Aaron told Maggie who bowed slightly with one more shit-eating grin before spinning away and out of the front office.
Wolf whistles and jeers from the crowd greeted him as he entered the main floor of the Peach Pit, Aaron gave them the one-fingered salute with blush and grin. If they did not truly approve they would have been quiet instead of outgoing. "Well, you finally look the part. If only you would act it instead of the over-eager kid." Willy added with a smile as he studied Aaron's figure.
"I think I look dashing and dabonier," Aaron replied with a wink and smile causing the other man to laugh before settling down.
"I assume you have a full day ahead of you Viscount?" Will asked and Aaron nodded.
"Yes, I have to go see a Priestess and I have some training with a First Sword. Do you have anything for me?" Aaron asked and Willy nodded as he pulled a small box from under the bar.
"She wanted to give this to you as a gift. She wanted you to have it but not affect your decision to take the job or not." Willy told him and he understood immediately who it was from. After some thought, he threw it in his inventory for later inspection before leaving the Peach Pit. Time to go see a Priestess and figure out what was next on the agenda.

Minor Temple of Lolth
Of course, they were both there waiting for him when he arrived, Lolth and Thiera were present for the meeting. Why the Goddess had to there Aaron had no idea, but she had insisted for some reason. Due to it being a Temple of Lolth, Aaron was surprised that Vhaeraun was present. Apparently, he had gotten permission from the senior Goddess so he could be. "There is the man of the hour!!" Vhaeraun cheered with a smile and wink.
"Yes, your new pet has done a trick and Chaos incursion has been blunted. The war has not even started yet, settle down." Lolth admonished him and Aaron rolled his eyes.
"We should be celebrating, the threat has been ended and our alliance can be dissolved so everything can go back to the way it should be Mistress," Thiera responded politely but her glare towards Aaron let him know as soon as Lolth gave the ok, she was going to kill him.
She was a fool, no wonder she had been assigned to this minor location Aaron thought. "Well genius, tell me on a day-to-day basis how many plans does your mistress spin?" Aaron asked her before either God could respond.
"She makes many plans I am sure," Thiera responded with an arrogant smirk.
Aaron nodded and gestured for her to go on...Her confusion was apparent though and Lolth sighed. "Ok...I guess I am working with your B-Team, that's ok I can work with her. Lolth is not the only being that makes plans within plans. Or schemes to get what she wants. From the Lore and history I have read, Chaos is the original schemer and manipulator. Meaning if she had a plan to invade the Drow kingdom, she had more then one plan to attain that objective. This probably just slowed her down. Either way, you missed the bigger picture." Aaron told her without elaborating on the fact.
Lolth was studying him more intently now and had a small look of surprise on her face while Vhaeraun had a smug look of superiority on his face and was occasionally shooting looks at Lolth. "If only you had been born a woman, the things we could do together," Lolth stated before shaking her head.
Aaron gave her a wink, "Well if I hadn't heard rumors about the things you do in the bedroom, we could still do a lot of things together." Aaron told her causing Vhaeraun to smirk and cover a laugh with a cough.
"Enough, what were you talking about?" Thiera prodded.
Aaron looked at Vhaeraun and he gestured for Aaron to explain, "The Thieves Guild is a continent-spanning organization. Its a part of every Race and society with thousands of members. If they infiltrated our Guild here, they can do the same anywhere else. That is why Lolth and Vhaeraun are working so closely together on this.' Aaron explained slowly as if too a child. 'We can go anywhere and infiltrate any society in a matter of days. If Chaos gains control of the Thieves Guild or any of the prominent Underworld Guilds, we will more then likely lose the coming war." Aaron explained too her and Theira gave him a ferocious grin and confirmed her stupidity.
"So we just kill you all. That will make the problem go away." Theira replied with smug confidence. Lolth gave her a look of disgust as if she was reconsidering having her as a follower.
"You have no idea what would happen without the prominent Underworld Guilds. It would be pure chaos in the underworld. You think it was bad here when Jonas was in charge and let the reins loose, that was just a glimmer of the true anarchy that would occur if we did not exist.' Aaron told her. 'Believe me, I know we are not what is defined as 'good' but the other option is far worse. Society as a whole across all Racial lines needs the Underworld Guild to control the chaos and anarchy." Aaron told her causing the Priestess to frown and look at Lolth who nodded her head in agreement while Vhaeraun's smug smile just grew.
"So what do we do about it?" Thiera asked and Aaron smiled, maybe there was a little hope for her after all.
"That is what we are here to discuss," Aaron responded and started to fill them in on everything he knew and had deduced so far about Chaos and their infiltration of the Underworld Guilds.
