I was surprised by the system notice, I was expecting to have another evolution, but it turns out that I reached a higher realm in my race.

After our small break, I got the team together and started to discuss our plans for tomorrows mission.
"Alright Sergei just notified me that 1000 recruits just finished their training, so the captures are gonna be a lot faster."(Ivanov)
Once I said that, a thousand trained recruits entered the training room.
"Alright I'm going to split the Alpha and Omega team. There are 15 bases we need to capture tomorrow, 2 Omega and 3 Alpha's are going to go with me, the rest off the team are going to take a group of 67 recruits and capture a base. I know some of the new recruits have been trained as snipers so I want at least two or three snipers in each team. The plan is very simple, we're going to surround each base and give them the option to join or die, for each person that joins you will give them these pills, they're truth pills, so we can know who will try to take revenge. If a whole base does not surrender throw these sleeping gas in the buildings and take them out, we want the least bit of damage done, boss wants to use those bases for later. We left early in the morning.
Arriving at the base I made the Omega's find a camping spot, I the tel two of my omega to go around the back.
I then take out my speaker and proceed to give this base the option.
"THIS IS THE SMIRNOFF GANG, WE ALREADY TOOK OUT YOUR BOSS. YOU CAN EITHER JOIN US OR DIE CHOOSE!"(Ivanov)
Once I said that around 6000 people came out.
"You're only one person! you think you can..."(???)
Before he finished his sentence one of the Omega shot him in the head.
"Ymir! Fuck it lets fight this fucker!!!"(???)
I pull out my explosive magnum and shoot it once.
MOOB!
From that shot I managed to take out a few hundred people.
"AAHHHHHH! WHAT WAS THAT!!!"(???)
Once they lost 400 of their members they started panicking and tried running away. some of them tried shooting me , but had their bullets deflected by the force field produced by my ring. The ones who tried to run were disabled while the ones who fought back were shot and killed.
After about half an hour the battle was finished, I then walk towards the disabled members and gave them the same option again.

AN* He hasn't evolved yet, he just got a rank up. Reason...Since he's the only High Human on earth he gets the title progenitor which instead of him evolving he enters a peak state. Progenitors can have their stats be 5,000,000 over normal peaks of the same race, I'll explain this in later chapters.

Despite her genetically physical frailty, she seeks to gain power through a vessel that will channel her wish to change the world- the Spirit Strider. --- I hope you all enjoy my work. This is a story that I began writing over four years ago in my beginning years of high school, and have cast aside unfinished in the past two years. The characters and the city of Omaros are original, while the story draws upon lore and recurring concepts from the game series. However, Etrian Odyssey is known for its lore being sparse and open to speculation, so much of the details provided in this story are exactly that—a fan’s speculation and personal expansion of the lore. This story was also inspired by and written as part of HereBeTreasure's Fast Food Frontpage Competition, enjoy some simple dungeon exploration plot and whatever else pops up from this.
