《Dragon Ball: Terror of the Gods》Chapter 31

Months passed by since Zaraf became a saint rank magus and outside of helping with the business. He was training and discovering the law of gravity along with increasing, decreasing or even reversing it. This has led to the discovery of the vibration of the world which he training and discovering when he sculpted.
As for his warrior training, he began to train extra hard as he about to become a rank nine warrior. Thinking back, that improving without a ki method was harder than he thought except now he almost there. He is going to need to use a method to advance into rank nine and above as he thinks it his dna allowing him to advance this far.
As for his transformation training, he managed to master super saiyan and began working on super saiyan two. His Oozaru form on the other hand didn’t make much progress since coming to this universe. As for his sage mode he can activate it for nearly ten seconds before his bones began to turn to dust. His muscle shred themselves and immense weight drop on to his body.
The ten seconds come from two years of training, which helped him improve his strength and understanding of the profound laws. Why and how that happens he not quite sure and has a small theory that it due to being so close to nature. Thinking about it the world, he wonders why he even doing all this work and time to get a personal universe.
He should have been able to get the strength in the dragonball universe, but now the god of destruction and omni king going to keep tabs on him. They probably don’t want him or the girls growing in power to threaten their rule. Well, his and Lily goal since they were three years old was to have them trembling at the mention of their names.
Sighing as he looked towards the rising sun, as his senses felt a group moving towards his location. The girls were inside either preparing for the day or doing their morning training.
Waiting to see what is happening with the group, Zaraf found himself surrounded by thirty six men and women in red and white robes. Using red mask to hide their identities and white wings, Zaraf looked at them strangely. Nearly all of them were at least saint rank, and didn’t need wings to fly.
“So, what is your purpose of coming here?” Zaraf asked as if talking about the weather.
“Zaraf and your friends, are under arrest for crimes against the Radiate Church.” The leading angel with six wings shouted as if wanting to attract an audience.
Shaking his head, Zaraf wondered if the man was functioning correctly in his head. No one lived three miles radius around their house. They bought and tore down all the others nearby houses since they weren’t being used or owned.
“Umm, my schedule just filled up until never going to happen.” Zaraf replied with a bored tone.
Six of the angels formed a small formation around himas the rest of the thirty six closed in. They formed a wall out of mixture of energy of warrior and mage energy. Sadly, for them it would at most host up to a rank nine warrior or magus. By than anything afterwards could attack through the field without much effort. Since they can’t move or risk destroying the formation, they basically forfeit their life.
“So, you want to resist. You won’t be living alive than.” the angel said as if fact and a little thuggish.

Instead of stepping forward himself, he sent one of the weaker members forward first. A small frown appeared on Zaraf lips as the leader plans to exhaust him before fighting him himself. It was a brilliant tactic even if it a little cowardly for his saiyan taste.
Facing the rank eight angel, who seems confident in himself amused Zaraf a little. But his rage was more as a mere rank angel looked down on him.
“So, you think you can defeat me.” Zaraf said as if talking to a child.
It might be a centuries year old child as it take decades for some to move through the ranks.
“Of course I can. I trained decades and fought hundreds of battles to the death. My experience far out strips yours and you are only rank six from the reports.” The loony rank eight warrior said with arrogance it was funny.
Is their information really that far out of date? They literally sent assassins rank eight and nine to them. What do they think will happen to them? Did they expire due to food poisoning or a saint rank warrior or magus passed by. Zaraf wondered as he caught the rank eight angel sword with two fingers.
Pain shot through his body as it still aching from his sage mode training which just increase the fight difficulty. Wearing a blank look refusing to show the pain his body was in, he jabbed a finger into the angel throat. The shock and surprise was the last shape the angel face took as he struggled to breath.
I need a few test subjects, but thirty six are too many. Zaraf thought as the next one stepped forward.
“That what the idiot gets for getting over confident. Don’t worry, I won’t be making the same mistake.” A rank nine angel stepped forward. His arrogance shown just as brightly making Zaraf wonder about the sanity of the angels.
They all leave their vitals open when preparing for battle and trash talk. It like they are using a calling card of ‘hey, I’m open so kill me’. It like they didn’t train and relied on brute strength to handle all their problems.
“Is that so,” Zaraf said still treating them like angry children.
“Prepare to die,” the angel smirked as if he already won, but didn’t make a move.
After a minute passed the smirk vanished and replaced with shock.
“How are you still living, the space is filled with poison.” The angel shouted making Zaraf look at him like an idiot.
They were outside with a slight breeze that travel through the formation easily. If the idiot thought he could poison the surroundings to kill him something is series wrong with their heads. It is as if he only trained in a controlled environment inside. Unknown to Zaraf, his thoughts were mostly correct as when the angel trained outside it was a nice day without wind.
“What kind of poison did you use?” Zaraf asked.
“It supposed to kill you within twenty seconds.” The angel replied.
“So. that's why half of you died,” Zaraf hummed as he looked at the sixteen dead angel due to friendly fire.
A few seconds later, the cause of it fell to the ground dead as he failed to take the antidote it seems. Zaraf began wondering if they came to just die and take themselves out as it seems they are taking themselves out.
Looking at the remaining angels, they struggled to keep a straight face expressially the leader. He seems to be twitching at his lips and eye as his anger grew at the idiot subordinates.

“So, who next?” Zaraf asked wondering why his luck was active again. His luck didn’t active unless he has a slim chance at survival. Only when looking around he hasn’t seen anyone or thing that could endangered him.
Is it because my luck hasn’t gotten the chance to come and play in a while. Zaraf theorized as the next contender step forward clearly unnerved
“So, your next,” Zaraf sighed as it was a rank eight again. It seems that the saint ranks are holding the formation.
“I will defeat you as I am a rank eight and your only rank six.” The new angel voice cracked as he said that.
Do they not learn what is in front of them or are they that dumb. Zaraf thought as he easily knocked the angel out. Growing bored, he increased the gravity around the one holding the formation.
An idea formed as he attempted to add the newly discovered law of vibration to it, but it failed. A loud bang happened as if thunder happened. It completely vibrated mostly everyone organs to liquid in the area. Zaraf was pale as his organs were shaken but working fine and can easily recover in a few days.
“Not to self. Don’t attempted to combine profound ways on a whim.” Zaraf said as a few loud bangs came from the house. Soon screams came, but none of them were any of the girls.
“Ouch,” he shuddered at the ones attacking them.
=========================================================
Inside the mansion in the first few moments of when Zaraf was attacked. Lily was in the kitchen happily cooking alongside Towa. Both of them were in aprons and swim suits as they planned to sunbathe after eating and chatting with Zaraf. The swimsuit was more of a compromise between Lily and the other three girls.
To Lily she doesn’t mind showing them what she has to offer as the only male that will see her is Zaraf. Also without the swimsuits she won’t have to worry about tan lines which annoys her even if she barely tans. As sunbathe is more of a relaxing time than anything.
It was more Towa and Delia is more self conscious of themselves, while Lyana doesn’t sunbathe at all. She is similar to Zaraf and Lily who don’t tan at all and she rather do something than lay around.
As they were finishing up, and nearly ready to serve they heard the door open.
“Zaraf, your just in time for food.” Lily said not really bothering to check who arrived.
“Look, boys a couple cute girls are offering themselves up. Let show them how real men handle them. Or in this case Angels.” a greedy voice called from the door.
Turning around Lily looked at a middle aged man with large white wings on his back. Scanning him up and down she sneered as she already knew he was going to die painfully. She will cut anyone up if anyone outside of Zaraf stares at her with lust filling their mind and eyes.
“It would be a great tragedy to hand you over before getting a taste,” the man and the ones behind him smirked.
“They are supposed to be angels right?” Lily asked Towa as she gripped the kitchen knife. It was made of material harder and sharper than steel yet weaker than adamantite. Towa spent two weeks creating it, then used it to make kitchen supplies.
“More like Fallen Angels.” Towa said grabbing a frying pan.
“Ah, look a couple rank six thinks they can take on rank eight and nines.” one of the background villains said.
“Idiot villain will always be...well idiots.” Towa said as she and Lily nodded to each other.
Both of them appeared in front of the angels cutting tendons, and muscle so they can’t escape. Yet. neither of them thought of killing them as their comments earned them a slow and painful death. Lily was going to make absolutely sure of it.
After cutting them, a grin appeared as they were going to begin carving them up. When a loud boom like thunder happened from the direction Zaraf was. Lily felt something in her heart and knew Zaraf was fine but a little shaken and injured.
“Well, I was going to allow it to be slow and achieve maximum pain but Zaraf might need me. So, I need to move up my schudule for you.” Lily said as she sliced off their arms, legs and parts that make them males.
“I will be back in a few minutes to continue, Towa.” Lily said stepping outside.
She quickly appeared where Zaraf was and seen the area destroyed and bodies lying everywhere. Zaraf was standing in the middle pale and heavily breathing. Walking over to him, she wrapped her arms around him as she began to help him back to the house.
=======================================================
It has been a few days since the weird attack and Zaraf injured himself by using the profound laws on a whim. Lily ended up forcing him to stay in bed for the entire day until he gained back some color. Towa ended up being the one to clean up the mess as she just incinerate the bodies as after checking if any alive.
The six saint rank died as if they had an extreme reaction from their entire body. Their entire body were already on the verge of dying, plus Zaraf attack just speed it up. From Lyana and Delia best guess, it was if they were possessed.
“So, what are we going to do about the Radiate Church?” Zaraf asked sitting at the table.
Delia was the one to reply, “We don’t really have to do anything at the moment. They nearly destroyed themselves with the last stunt a few days ago. I don’t believe they have the manpower or gold to attempted it again anytime soon. Thirty rank eight or nine and six saint rank is sure to put a dent in their power.”
“I’m sure the church still has more powers and gold locked away somewhere. How much I can’t be sure, but reports say they are running low on funding and asking their followers.” Lyana said.
“So, will just wait for them to destroy themselves.” Lily asked sounding a little disappointed.
“I got report on the Holy Union falling apart. King Clayde was beaten to death by a mob of men. It turns out the man had a disgusted habit of sleeping with other people wives. His son, also became a causality from stealing from them. As for the Debs clan that Delia brother Dixie asked us to pressure is all but ended.” Lyana said.
“It seems that the clan was in the smuggling business which we put an end to. Got some gold and Water Jade out of it but not really worth mentioning really. On a side note, Delia your brother is on his way to visit in a month.” Lyana finished.
Delia nodded as she smiled as it been a few years since she met with her family. She would send them letters, but only her brother bothered to ask about her life currently. Her parents would ask about how the business was doing and what her current strength was. They didn’t asked about her personal life or if she took an interest in anyone.
“Anything else?” Towa asked.
“There is an increase and weird movement of magical beast on the mountain. They are all gathering in an area just outside of the Holy Union capital for unknown reasons.” Lyana said with a shrug not really caring.
“Hmm, beast wave is a possibility or a king appeared on the mountain.” Zaraf said as he thought about it.
“You know since we got the business up and running, we haven’t done much beside lay around and playing in the pool or train.” Lily said as she put her head on the table.
“What do you have in mind?” Zaraf asked a little interest. He has to think on how to combine vibration and gravity together and work on reaching demigod level. From there he can work on the other elements, which is going to take a few years. So, a hobby won’t be bad outside of sculpting.
“Zaraf, do you want to be a teacher?” Lily asked confusing everyone.
“Why?” Zaraf asked since it came out of nowhere.
“I was thinking of setting up a couple of schools that train everyone in the basics of either warrior or magus path. We can add a few other basic subjects such as reading, math, art and things like that. Your a great trainer as your the one that taught me the basics in the beginning.” Lily said.
“What are we supposed to do, after teaching them the basics?” Towa asked curious.
“I suppose we could make an advanced school or section or we could offer them scholarships to other institutes. It would save them time on teaching the basics.” Lily said.
“This requires a little more planning than we had with the business. So, think everything through and we can see, as he got more than enough gold laying around.” Delia replied.
Nodding, they ended the morning breakfast and meeting. None of them disagreed with Lily idea as it would be an interesting idea, also they can be a part time teacher there. It would help the world more as many who mess up on the warrior path early in life would lower.
============================================================
In the Holy Union, the mark of year 10000 is a week away. Many are preparing to celebrate the mark of history. Unknown to them on the magical mountain they are also preparing for it but for different reasons. They are going to expand beyond their mountain and their king returned after thousands of years.
As for Linley he felt lost on what to do with his life. All those that killed his parents are either dead or about to fall into ruin. Thoughts of finishing the Radiate Church crossed his mind as he didn’t care if they are about done. He will erdiate them from this world and make sure they never get a foothold again.
