《World Game》Drogans Labyrinth Dungeon part 4

Sam and his group stealthily moved towards the orc camp. At 50 meters distance Jack and Nissa stopped and aimed at the orc archers.
Sam and Kain walked forward another ten meters when the orcs noticed them. Their armors weren't made to sneak around and made too much noise.
The moment the orcs turned towards Sam and Kain, two of the orc archers fell backwards with arrows in their heads.
Jack and Nissa had used their archery skills to instantly take out the enemy archers. After that, they concentrated on a halberd wielding orc who stood a bit away from its comrades.
The remaining orcs charged at the approaching Sam with raised weapons.
Kain used his skill to push three orcs away and attacked a fourth one afterwards. Sam rammed the last orc to the ground. He grabbed its helmet and took it off. After hitting the side of the orcs head two times, it fell unconscious. Sam approched a different orc and killed it after a quick fight. When Sam had killed the second orc, Kain had disposed of the other two.
Jack and Nissa killed the halberd wielding orc together. It lay on the ground pierced by many arrows.
San approached the unconscious orc and used his new taming skill for the first time.
He touched the orcs forehead and concentrated on controlling the orc. A short glow appeared on Sams hand before the orc slowly awakened.
It stood up, grabbed the fallen halberd and looked at Sam, waiting for orders.
" What is your name? Your class and skill? " Sam asked the orc.
" Kurz did they call me, I don't know what classes you mean. I only have one skill, I can roar and attract enemies but I don't really use it. What do you want me to do? " Kurz, the orc answered.

Sam thought before he said " You will follow me and my group for now! Wait for other orders."
Jack, Nissa and Kain looked at Kurz with worried expressions. Jack went over to Sam and asked in a low voice " Hey, can we trust this orc? I mean, you are the one who tamed it, it won't attack you for sure but what is with us?"
" Hey Kurz, they are my friends, if you dare attack the I will kill you on the spot! Do you understand me?" Sam stared at the orc.
" I understand! " Kurz answered.
Sam turned towards Jack and said " I think he can't go against my orders. We will observe Kurz for sometime to make sure he doesn't act suspiciously. Let's check this cave and look for loot. You go with Nissa and Kain, I will take Kurz with me. Be cautious, there might be more orcs inside these tents. You search the left side and every tent while I will look through the tents on the right side!"
Jack nodded and started to search through the tents with his group. Sam searched the others and after ten minutes they met at the end of the cave where they piled up the loot.
Jack and Nissa found shoes and gloves which they changed with their own gear. Kain found a few parts too. They found a big pile of dried meat but didn't eat it. They weren't sure what sort of meat it was.
They left most of the things they found before leaving through a tunnel at the end of the cave.
Sam handed Kurz a torch and let him guard their backs while he himself took the lead.
They walked for more than one hour before reaching an intersection. They could continue walking forward or they could take a tunnel to the left.

" Let's Go left first!" Sam ordered and turned left. They walked for another 30 minutes before reaching a bright lit cave.
On one side of the cave was a massive pile of rocks, glowing red. It were the stones used in the torches. Right next to the pile stood to monsters.
Sam and his group could clearly see the creatures. They were 2 meters high and had greenish scales all over their bodies. They had thick tails and long heads just like lizards.
( Lizardmen Level 13 )
They looked really muscular and their eyes were fixated on Sams group. They both held long spears and oval shields. The materials were almost black in color.
They stopped after being near enough to see the monsters levels. Sam wanted to return and check the other way first but before he could voice his opinion a iron gate flipped down behind them and blocked off their way of retreat.
The lizardmen seemed to smirk while they started to approach the group of Sam.
" Jack, Nissa quickly start shooting! We don't know how strong Level 13 is, we need to be careful!" Sam hastily ordered.
The archers started to shoot their arrows right afterwards.
" Kurz, you come with Kain and me. Be careful not to hit one of us when the fight begins!"
The orc nodded, threw the torch aside and gripped the halberd in both hands.
The three close combat fighters walked forward to meet the enemies. One lizardman had a shallow wound on its shoulder, otherwise no real damage had been done by the arrows.
Jack shouted from behind.
" Sorry, but their scales are too hard for us to break!"
Sam and his group kept on walking forward and started to run when they were only 20 meters apart from the monsters.
The lizardmen started to charge as well, with their shields raised in front of their bodies.
Sam had also raised his Roman shield in front of him while holding his spiked shield in the other hand, ready to strike out.
The impact came and Kain as well as the orc Kurz were thrown backwards.
The lizardmen had actually attacked the two fighters with the least defense first and started to swing at Sam together afterwards.
Sam was pushed back too. He used his two shields to defend against the incoming spears but especially his left side where he held the smaller spiked shield got wounded quite a few times in only half a minute.
Kain and Kurz who were dazed after landing on the ground got back up and began their counterattack.
Kurz appeared behind a lizarman swinging his halberd downwards at its unprotected back.
The strength of a Level 10 monster was only enough to slice into the scales, no more than one centimeter deep.
Sam frowned and grumbled to himself " This will be troublesome."
