"Shit, this is bad!" Long Feng swear in his mind, but his body instantly moves into a meditating position, as he quickly adjusts his remaining Essence Qi to expel the poison from his body.

But unfortunately, this is his first time to use his Essence Qi to expel the poison, so his smoothness in expelling the poison is less effective than what it supposedly be, as he quickly felt even his hand cannot be move anymore.

His Essence Qi quickly goes haywire, and lost control, as his Essence Qi within the body quickly escape as if the outlet of the pipe had been opened fully. Within minutes, Long Feng totally lost all his Essence Qi within his body, as he started to vomit and felt dizzy from the side effect of the poison.

Few more minutes later, Long Feng fainted.

Later, as he opened his eyes, Elder Tang Wen is standing beside him, using his own Essence Qi to forcefully inject into Long Feng's body, to ensure his body managed to use the Qi to expel the poison from his body.

"Master, did I failed the test you gave me?" Long Feng weakly whispered the question.

"Inexperience could be trained, but recklessness cannot be saved. Do you understand why I don't allow you to concoct the poison concoction yesterday?" Elder Tang Wen sigh but did not answer Long Feng's question.

"Master, Xiao Feng understands. Can master guide Xiao Feng in this matter?" Long Feng finally understands why his master did such a difficult practice to him. It is due to his inexperienced regarding poison concoction, and he had been looking down on the seriousness of the poison and its side effect as well.

"Sit in meditating position, and eat this two pill. Master will teach you an easy way to expel the poison, as well on how to defend against this poison in the future." Elder Tang Wen produce two pills to Long Feng, one of them is a Yellow Leaf Pill, while another one is a Wild Pill.

Swallowing both pills, Long Feng move his Essence Qi within the body, starting from his Dantian, to his throat, and with an exhale, Long Feng released the remaining of the Yellow Heart Poison gases. Next, he moves the Essence Qi slowly from his chest to the four limbs, and thoroughly expel the remaining of the Golden Crippling Powder from his pores, through sweating.

After a detail 1 hour of meditation and moving his Essence Qi from one part to another, Long Feng finally fully removed all the remaining of the poison within his body and started to practice the way to defend against the poison.

Guided by Elder Tang Wen, Long Feng started to practice accordingly.

To defend against the poisonous fumes such as the Yellow Heart Poison and the Golden Crippling Powder, instead of using the Essence Qi to create a shield around the cultivator, one should use it's Qi to keep expelling the air from their body instead, to instantly remove the poison as they enter the cultivator's body.

Through this way, the expelling process of the poison will be more effective, and it will be harder for the poison to infect the body.

"HAAH!" Long Feng finally wakes from the meditation, and under the guidance of Elder Tang Wen, he walks straight into the poison fumes within the hall, and look for the reason why there is such a huge amount of poisonous fumes within the hall.

"Master! I caught the cultivation beast!" Long Feng screamed loudly, and run towards his master's room with a beast within his arms.

"Good, since you caught the beast already, put it back into the cage, and let the fumes slowly evaporate in the air after a while." Elder Tang Wen says.

The Cultivation Beast that was caught by Long Feng is a Bronze Fumes Badger. This beast is cared by many cultivators for its fumes releasing benefits. Depending on what medicine the badger is eating, the fumes released by its body will be in a similar effect as well.

To make sure this testable to be conducted carefully, Elder Tang Wen first allows the Bronze Fumes Badger to swallow a large amount of Yellow Heart Poison and Golden Crippling Powder to increase the poison intensity, while in the same time, monitoring the moment he need to appear to save his disciple from affected by the poison too much.

"Xiao Feng, from today onwards, you will be tending this four different plants for your master." Elder Tang Wen point at a special area with four different plants residing there.

Yellow Heart Flower, Poisonous Crippling Bells, Essence Doll Eyes Plant and lastly, the Miracle White Heart.

The Yellow Heart Flower grows in a bed of flower. Only a few strongest and biggest flower could completely grow in each bed, killing off the others by releasing the pollens that will disrupt the other flowers from absorbing the essence the need to grow.

So to maintain the growth of the flowers, Each fully grown Yellow Heart Flower need to be plucked and kept in a vase separately from each other to allows the pollen to still grown from the flower. Although the flower is usable without having its pollen, it is believed to be the best if the Yellow Heart Flower Ingredient came along with pollens within.

Poisonous Crippling Bells grow on a tall stalk, and to grow this plant, plenty of random weeds and grasses shall be allowed to grow in the soil, so the Crippling Bells plant could absorb all the available nutrition surrounding it and grows bigger and bigger. A young Crippling Bells plant could produce around 10 Poison Bells each month, while some older one could produce around 20. The bigger the bells grown by the stalk, the more potent the poison is, so the Poisonous Crippling Bells Plant is very precious especially for the Poison Masters.

Essence Doll Eyes Plant grows like a shrub, producing dainty white flowers throughout the plants. As the Doll Eyes Berry grows, the flower petal will slowly fell, until only the berries that looked like an Eye of a Doll appears. The berries shall be harvested as early as possible after the stem holding each single berry turned purple. A Poison Master would not allow the Essence Doll Eyes Plant to have any matured seeds grown from the berries, as this is believed to be destroying the concentration of essence within the plant.

The Miracle White Heart is a Leafy plant, that only grown due to its effect of increasing the concentration of a poison upon mixture. Growing the White Heart Leaf is difficult, due to its slow period of growth. Each single Leaves needed to be grown from green leaves to white leaves, and each leaves needed to be as big as a palm size before it is harvested and needed to be immediately ground into dry powder to preserve its effectiveness.

Being given the chances of attending this four different ingredients, Long Feng immediately picking up the differences and effective way to harvest and grow the plants, as well slowly adapting to handle its natural poisonous fumes released as he tends the plants.

As the day helping in the Virtue Hall finally over, Long Feng returned to his room, and immediately prepared his concoction. Due to the Yellow Heart Poison is Yin Based concoction, refining this concoction at night is preferable, due to the strong Yin essence surrounding the night.

"Yellow Heart Flower needed to be ground into a paste, and mixed with the juices from the Doll Eyes Berries to produce a yellow and white concoction."

"Slow Fire Essence Qi is needed to cook the concoction until a light fumes are released."

"Allows the concoction to slowly turn into a paste, and continue refining it under slow fire to allows it to became powder."

"Gather the powder together, and refine the outer layer so it will solidify, and ready to be exploded when pressure is applied."

The process of refining the Yellow Heart Poison ingredients is going smoothly, as Long Feng managed to refine a total of three pills in his first trial. The process of refining took him a total of 20 minutes for each refining, so he spends another three hours in total to fully refine the nine remaining portion of ingredients in his hand, and the results came out as a total of 20 pills at the end of the refining process.

As the refining is complete, Long Feng concoct the antidote in the same time, which is the Yellow Leaf Pill. The ingredient for this pill is easy, and even refining the antidote is very simple.

First, Long Feng gathered a portion of the Yellow Leaves, which is believed to be the Yellow Heart Flower that failed to bloom during their growing period. The leaves and the Black Bitter Mint is to be ground into powder and mixed to form a paste that is cooked with Fire Essence Qi slowly until the Paste become solidify. Each portion of the mix can only concoct one pill, so although the step to refine this antidote is easy, the hassle of refining it one pill at a time is deemed time wasting for certain pill master.

Together in his hand, is a total of 10 Yellow Leaf Pill and a total of 20 Yellow Heart Poison Pill.

"I will try to check the availability of the Yang Essence tomorrow morning, and let's see will the condition suitable for concocting the Internal Flame Pill and also the Golden Crippling Powder." Long Feng calms himself down, and prepare to meditate a while before he falls asleep.

After spending an hour of time for refining the ingredient, Long Feng quickly proceed to the Pavilion, and in between of his way, he coincidently bumps into Nan Jing Jing.

"So, you agreed to continue helping the Myriad Ingredient Pavilion too?" Nan Jing Jing says.

"Yeah. How have you been doing this whole week?" Long Feng answered, and in the same time, asking about how she is doing.

"Oh, that's new coming from someone as eccentric as you." Nan Jing Jing sarcastically comment.

"My master recently gave me a Cultivation Beast to take care off."

"It is a Venomous Golden Porcupine. But luckily this beast still a baby, so after understanding my body smell, it will constantly refine antidotes that are especially for me to eat, so I won't be poisoned by its venom." Nan Jing Jing continued.

"Oh that's so good, I wonder when the master will make me take care of a Cultivation Beast too?" Long Feng wondered, but suddenly in his mind, he remembered something.

"What? An Atlas Worm? How good is your master to gave you an Atlas Worm to take care off." Nan Jing Jing voice started to turn jealous.

"Why would my master is better by giving me an Atlas Worm? Yours is a Venomous Golden Porcupine. Its Spikes that been released from its body daily is a treasured weapon for those who is versatile in flying weapon arts. Plus the Porcupine's Venom could only be cured if one could have the antidotes its refine normally, so you practically have a good poison weapon in hand." Long Feng commented.

"Your Atlas Worm Silk is good as well! The Silk ball you could collect daily could only get better and more versatile as time goes, and the fatter the worm get, the bigger the ball of silk it can produce! You could weave those silk altogether to create an impregnable body armor, or to make your own durable pill pouch and battle pouch." Nan Jing Jing commented back.

The two of them continue debating and finally reached the Myriad Ingredient Pavilion.
