"Defensive Wu Sword Art!" Long Feng swing his sword and keep a tight defensive formation to protect himself from the incoming attack.

Bang! Bang! Two loud strikes are heard, as Long Feng's Wooden Sword parried the two lunging attack from two of the three Gigantic Silk Beetle.

But he can't try to move yet, as he is unsure with the third beetle.

Instead of lunging into where Long Feng is standing, It turned around and tried to spit the Silk Liquid towards Long Feng, to disrupt Long Feng's sword dance formation and also to stop him from escaping.

"As expected!" Long Feng twist his sword hard, to roll the Silk Liquid that was sprayed towards his direction, and have the silk turned into a ball on the tip of his wooden sword.

"EAT THIS!" Long Feng take two steps behind, and make a quick turn to face one of the beetles, and smack the ball of silk on the sword tip, and had the beetle tightly pressed into the ground.

Losing its foothold, the beetle tried to escape, but to no avail, as Long Feng flung away the ball, and let it falls on the ground between Long Feng and the remaining two beetle. Long Feng then stab as hard as he could and kill the first beetle of the night.

Two of the five larvae tried to escape as they heard the scream of the beetle when it's stabbed on the head by Long Feng, but Long Feng managed to catch up with two of the larvae, as he stepped as hard as he could to crushed their brains.

One larva managed to escape.

Two more remain in the vicinity hesitates to move and hesitates to attack.

One Gigantic Silk Beetle ran off, leaving one more remain around Long Feng.

Far away from the fight, the running beetle is killed and being separated into two parts, as the two Great Earth Dragon Lizard swallow it into their bellies.

Long Feng take his step.

One step closer to the Beetle, another to the larvae.

The beetle hesitates to move, as Long Feng gets into 5 step distance from the beetle.

He takes one more steps closer to the larvae, and since the larvae are yet to move anywhere, Long Feng waste no chance, and perform a slash towards the stunned larvae!

The head of the larvae instantly chopped off, while Long Feng perform another hard stomp, destroying the remaining brain of the Silk Larvae.

This time, the remaining Gigantic Silk Beetle decided to run.

But as the beetle turned around, it was bitten by one of the lizards that managed to sneaks close to the beetle unnoticed. Another remaining lizard slowly crept towards Long Feng, thinking itself managed to camouflaged well.

Long Feng then prepare himself to receive two attacks from both front and side.

The lizard by his side jump and lunged towards Long Feng!

The lizard by the front tried to bite Long Feng as it moves closer.

How about Long Feng?

He steps closer towards the lizard on the front, as he makes a stab straight towards the lizard's jaw.

Long Feng tactic is successful!

The lizard by the front has its brain pierced through from its jaw, as a same mysterious pill pops out from the soft lizard's skull.

The lizard that has its lunge attack missed, hesitates for a moment and tried to escape.

It's not that simple.

Long Feng grab a piece of rock and throw it hard towards where the lizard is expected to pass as it escapes.

That piece of rock managed to hit the head of the lizard, and as it stunned for a moment, Long Feng stabbed the lizard from the angle between its eyes and had it brain destroyed into two parts. Similarly, a pearl pops from the skull.

Long Feng hesitates not, as he quickly runs around the fighting zone, and harvest the produce dropped by the dead beast. Long Feng managed to obtain two more sets of the Lizard's Spine and Leg Bone, Skinned Lizard's Leather, Lizard's Blood and also two more mysterious Pearl.

He also obtained 4 portions of Silk Larvae Fluid and also 2 portions of Silk from the Gigantic Silk Beetle.

"I guess after two more times of attempt of concocting the antidote to control the Seven Snake Disease Poison, I will need to return to the camp to make some additional equipment to protect myself." Long Feng reconsider his plan as he checked his inventory, and looked around him before he starts refining the antidote once again.

This time, Long Feng take a lesson from his previous attempt on refining the antidote. Instead of directly refine the antidote on the spot, Long Feng collects two portions of the venom from the Seven Thorn Snakeroots and returned to the unaffected spot before he starts refining the antidote.

Long Feng then successfully refined a total of 11 Antidote Pills and successfully help 11 trees to remove the disease.

Finally, Long Feng decided it is the time he returns to the camp for some preparations.

"Where are the Culture Hall elders?" the Martial Hall elder shouts loudly in the center of the Mission Camp.

"Elder Tai Tan, please calm down!" one disciple cowardly cooldown the elder's temper as he stands behind him.

"How can I get calm now? Six of my disciple is dead, and four from the Pill Hall is dead as well. What is the Culture Hall's elder doing now?" Elder Tai Tan angrily shouts as he mentioned the casualty recently reported by the scouting team.

"Elder Tai Tan, please cooldown." three Elder appeared within the Culture Hall main camp. Between them, one of them is known as Elder Cao Ren.

The other two elder is known as Elder Fang Mu and Elder Cai Mao.

"Finally those from Culture Hall willing to appear in front of me now. Cao Ren, tell me what happened from your side!" Elder Tai Tan loudly shouted.

"What are you trying to hear from us now? Are you intend to blame the Culture Hall disciple because we are slightly late from appearing in the public?" Elder Cao Ren angrily replied.

"Humph! From my scout's report, the 10 bodies from the mix of Pill Hall and Martial Hall disciples are all believed to be dead from the cause of poisoning and killed by the beast later. But only the 4 disciples from the Culture Hall is found dead slightly ten to fifteen steps away from the group. What are your explanations?" Elder Tai Tan throws the question.

"What do you want me to answer? If the Martial Hall disciple managed to thoroughly defend the situation, will this incident happened in the first place?" Elder Cao Ren angrily replied one again.

"Elder Tu Bo, four of your disciple is dead in this incident, what is your actions?" Elder Cao Ren stared at Elder Tu Bo and awaits his answer.

"You two dare to loudly scream here while I am trying to take not taking any actions regarding this matter. Do you think that your disciple is perfectly correct in this part?"

"The ten disciples from you both combined is actually taking advantages from my disciple, and expect my disciple to provide them with all type of pills under the pretending of protecting my disciples."

"When the fight begin, what is your disciples is doing when my four disciples are under the attack and poisoned by the Venom King Bullfrog?" Elder Tu Bo angrily replied them, as he stared with anger towards that two elders.

"That is Pill Hall Disciple's duty to provide medication if required, I see nothing wrong with this!" Elder Tai Tan loudly replied without a sense of shame.

"The Culture Hall disciple is not as despicable as what you are trying to imply. I believe that my four students are all well prepared for the danger when they travel altogether, sometimes this is just a matter of luck." the elder Cao Ren also replied without a raise in his tone.

"A matter of luck you said??" Elder Tu Bo is started to get more offended as he sees how Elder Cao Ren react.

"I guess this means that the nobody is willing to take the fault for this incident?" Elder Tai Tan came up in between and started to talk it out.

"If this is the case, I guess we can only take care of our own disciple then. You two, handle your own fights, and do not come to bother us from Martial Hall unless you feel like begging for it." Elder Tai Tan finished his word and returned to their own Martial Camp to handle his own matters.

"If that's how the Martial Hall wanted, the Culture Hall with follow with the decision, disciples, return the other hall disciples material and ingredients, we have much to do to protect ourselves." Elder Cao Ren finished his word and return to his own camp as well.

"Elder Tu Bo... Do we need to do the same thing as well?" a few disciple started to ask for his decision.

"Return their ingredients, from now on we will only refine medicine and pills for our own Hall disciples, if others need it, ask them to buy it from us or return to the town to replenish themselves!" Elder Tu Bo decided, and pass on the order to all the other disciples.

As Long Feng finally returned to the camp, the atmosphere within the camp felt eerily quiet and dangerous.

Disciples from the three halls only gathered in their own camp, and nobody actually making a conversation with each other.

A Culture Hall disciple, with a strength similar to Long Feng, is kicking a Pill Hall disciple for bothering him to smelt a weapon.

"This senior, your attitude is too overbearing. The three hall should be cooperating with each other to solve the issue within the forest, and yet the disciple within the three halls is actually bullying each other, what could be achieved if we do not even understand the reason why we are here for this mission?" Long Feng defended the Pill Hall disciple, and throw a speech of justice towards the Culture Hall disciple.

Some other nearby disciples from different hall laughed upon hearing what Long Feng just said.

"Idiot. Now each hall is bothering only themselves, if he tried to barge in and cause some issue, maybe the elders will come out to give him a lesson." one disciple from the Martial Hall commented.

"Or maybe they will kill him to give the other rebellious disciple a warning. I heard that Elder Cao Ren from the Culture Hall actually possess a martial art called as the Star Lightning Hammer Strike? I wish I could have a look at how it's performed." another disciple from Pill Hall commented.

"This Senior, please do not take offense." Long Feng give a prior warning before he pushed away the feet of the Culture Hall disciple.

"Heh, seems like the weaklings from the Pill Hall is actually have a few small fangs Afterall." the senior disciple commented before he turned around and leave. But that's after he noticed that Long Feng already grabbed the Spine Bone from the Feral Wolf Beast back to his fellow disciple.

"Brother, can you tell me what happened?" Long Feng give a hand to help the Pill Hall brother to stand and tried to get some news regarding what happened recently.

"Thank you, fellow brother. I am not too sure about it myself, but I heard from others conversation, the three halls actually break up from the alliance and will only bother to handle their own disciple in this mission."

"This is due to the incident that happened yesterday noon, a total of 14 disciple is reported dead during the mission because the encountered the Venom King Bullfrog during their attempt to explore deeper into the forest." the pill hall disciple explained.

Roughly obtained some information regarding what happened, Long Feng wait for nothing, but directly heads toward the Elder's Camp for people from the Pill Hall, and quickly looked for his master.

"Master, Xiao Feng greet master." Long Feng finally found his master in the main camp, and quickly report to him what he recently saw within the forest.
