《My Hermit Life》Chapter 48

The country Solomon arrived in didnt have any slums areas and instead every area without inhabitants had large amounts of trees occupating every square inch. Solomon wasnt worried about not being able to set up a base though and was more than happy to live in a tree house again. He could also make a cave to live in, hell considering how sneaky he is Solomon could likely live in plain sight without anybody knowing he was a theif.
Solomon kept flying around the country as a swallow until he found a particulary dense area of tree which he decided to live in. So he landed found an un-assuming tree and hollowed it out before creating stairs that lead to the crown of the tree. After that Solo entered his and Lorettas world where he proceded to create a structure that looked exactly like the top of a tree, the structure would latch onto the tops of trees providing large amounts of living space without sticking out. After that he put the structure on his tree of choice before he moved everything out of his and Lorettas world, in the end he took up most of the space inside the tree hat/ house. Seeing that Solomon connected all the trees in surrounding areas to make multiple building with each one connected together using bridges that look like branches. Each building was dedicated to one thing or another, library, formations, treasurey, planning, and his plant/ Dao compregendion room; his treasurey also acted as his sleeping area.
When he was moved in Solo decided to move about the city desgised as a treant, doing this would also give him small insights into his Tree Life Dao. Though such insights are basically negligent.
As he is moving about Solomon realizes how big the difference can be between different races. The elves are chatting and having fun amongst themselves, all of them are very friendly.
The treants talk to nobody, even when they meet up with friends the most they do is knock their heads/ crowns together. The thing is treants can talk, matter of fact treants are one of the smartest and wisest races, though alot of that can be chalked up to their long life spans which is long even by Legendary Beasts standards. This means that treants despite having the ability to communicate, dont, Solomon doesnt know why but he would like to find out.

As Solo is moving about he is observing the different treants, each treant seems to be a counterpart to a common tree.
According to what Solomon had read treants are actually trees that either live millions of years gathering Mana before gaining sentience or they are tree seeds nurtured by two adult treants. The seed then sprouts. This means that for every type of tree it is possible their is a corresponding treant, this kind of fact truly fascinates Solomon, once again something he would like to study about the treants. Solo would also like to test around with trying to birth his own baby treant.
The treants didnt have any particular hang out spots except sunny areas that they chill in to relax, this meant even less talking than when the treants would walk down the streets. This made Solomons situation extremely difficult. So Solomon went into a secluded area before he changed into an elf form, after that he started to mingle with other elves.
When elves arent being rascist they are a fairly friendly race, always talking and partying. This meant that no matter where he went Solo could find plenty of instances to listen in and get information. He did join a party that easily gave Solo some ideas on who to rob. The party was hosted by an elven clan who makes alot of money by selling hig-class paintings, some made by themselves others they get from other means. Some means being not so savory. The family was fairly important among the elves even having some connections with the elven royal family. This meant that if Solo targeted them hed be taking a pretty big chance but he would also have a really good pay-off.
He stayed at the party for a few hours laying down plenty of formations in the mean time. He didnt really mingle or talk but he did make some minor coversation with some elven nobles. Each one he talked to he infested with the same formations he used to invade the royal family of Yumei.
When he was done at the party he went to his base to study the Dao and relax for a few says in order to plan his heist.

After one month Solo had the entirety of the wooded area his was living in covered in countless formations. He also had dozens of noble manors being watched with his newly named " infestation formation " which is the viewing formation that can move around without being manually controlled.
Thanks to his infestation formation Solo had his next dozen heists planned, for both elves and treants.
Solos first planned heist is the same noble family whos party he attended his first day he arrived in the country. The family wasnt particulary annoying to Solomon but they did have a deep-seeded arrogance from multiple generations of being rich. This sort of arrogance didnt annoy Solomon either since he himself was a beyond arrogant person, this was mainly thanks to his Dna Memories. Since both of his parents clans are extremely arrogant usually, this affected Solo particularly strongly since he had little contact non-arrogant people.
The reason Solo wanted to rob them was because he wanted a decent challenge for his first heist. This was truly unfortunate for the particular family.
Solomon was once again going through a large area of private property during the wee hours of the morning. He was traveling in what seemed to be a leisurely manner despite the seriousness of the situation. Each of his steps moving him ten feet forward by shrinking the space around him.
Thanks to his self created movement skill Solomon reached the vault building in minutes. The vault had around three dozen guards surrounding it along with thousands upon thousands of formatios. Thanks to such a set up Solomon was going to get the challenge he wanted.
The first thing he did was to cast dream magic on all the guards and trap them with in a dream of his creation. Once inside the dream Solo had to personally defeat each of the guards effectively knocking them out. Such a feat was tough since all of the guards were at least level ten while Solo was still level one. After he knocked them out Solo proceded to destroy the formations in a way that would alert nobody. Something the took Solo four hours, the only reason he was so quick thanks to his immense practice deactivating formations.
Inside the vault was a decent amount of Mana minerals which whetted his appetite. What really gained Solomons attention though was the ten paintings decorating the walls of the vaults. Each of the paintings was a master level that could allow one to see into the Dao. Such a thing surprised Solomon to a certain extent, though it wasnt truly all that surprising since Solo himself could make totems for Dao study.
Solo just swept everything up and started planning his new art room, first for the paintings second for all the other art peices he had acquired. Vases, bowls, scrolls, sculptures, and various other unique peices.
The next day when the guards woke up and searched the vault. When they found nothing they freaked out, they didnt no whether to take their chances and run or alert the lords of the manor. Eventually they decided to alert the lords who instantly fired them before freaking out over losing his paintings.
Solomon watched the whole thing through his formations like some perverted peeping tom. Solo chuckled a little before he continues designing his room. He had got ahold of Gabby since she had a certain artistic touch. She basically designed the whole room while Solo built it personally, he also gave her one of the paintings for her time.
After that Solo continued his psychotic routine of Dao comprehension, planning, and rest.
