《And then I made my own world》The 10th try: What if I...

((there were comments about how quickly I made the three worlds in the previous chapter...well, the reason will become very obvious now!))
Hmmm....somehow...this lone sun with those three planets...something is missing. And the answer is obvious. There were no stars in the sky! None at all! So despite Hacker's amazing realism all of this seems totally fake.
Well, no choice...
With a sigh I decided to test that hacker's data capacity to the fullest. At this point this was already a great revolution of pretty much every kind of technology one could imagine, so why not test it all?
Thus, with new conviction, I formed a mini sun and started playing bowling with my previous creations. Okay, maybe I kind of corrected the direction a tiny little bit to properly hit, but I got the general direction right!
To my surprise a bunch of the magic dragons that had developed naturally burst out of their planet's atmosphere and raced away into the dark, their colorful scared shining like stars in the depths of space for a little while. Like fireworks.
The display of those fleeing dragons was so pretty I decided to let them go. A myth about the stars I wanted being dragons flying far beyond the planets...yes, I'd spread that myth everywhere on my next worlds! A pity I forgot to hit recording.
Speaking of, why isn't there a recording button?
I tried thinking at the menu, but it didn't listen to my thoughts for once. Probably that hacker's way to ensure nobody could show proof of this little game. But honestly, who'd want to get in trouble with him for giving away such an amazing game for free?
Anyway, after cleaning up all the splinters and molten bits I prepared myself for a big bang. Let the world creation go its own way afterwards, I at least was sick and tired of trying to get things right that way!
((the next chapters won't concentrate on our oh so responsible god of creation but a new character.))

(Archived) The Badger Dungeon (Being Rewritten)
Please note: This is the old and original version of this story, it is currently being rewritten to be more cohesive and coherent. The new version will have additional content. Dungeons. They're supposed to be places full of danger and loot, where heroes come to fight monsters, gain experience, and hopefully walk out with some really cool armor. They're supposed to be controlled by a sentient mana crystal with an alien intelligence with goals only to expand, devour, and become stronger in order to protect itself. Sometimes, however, they're home to a family of badgers and an assortment of other strange creatures. Sometimes their core has absolutely no idea what they're doing and is really just trying their best, so can you all please stop judging them? It started out as a complete mistake and now they're just in way too deep to turn their back on the whole badger thing!

Much like his father before him, the new master of House Doom is a prodigy of war, yet the venerable minions of his household still hold strange loyalties toward his missing ancestor, silently comparing the legendary rage of his father to the more pragmatic approach of the son. Adding to Basil’s frustrations is the lack of accomplishment he feels for his work, with the dungeon keeper often taking on handicaps just to give his enemies a fighting chance. With all the power and wealth one could ever dream of already within his grasp, Basil now finds that the achievements of others kindle more joy in his heart than his own crushing victories. Thus Basil has taken up mentoring the next generation of dungeon keepers to try and diagnose the cause for his own lack of passion. With his apprentice, Elnora, managing most of the daily work around the dungeon, Basil can finally turn his attention towards his personal concerns, such as tackling the shadow of his legendary father that still looms large over him.
