Outside the ruins city of Miore, locates a large army camp. At the center of the camp, there are a few luxurious tents that stands out from the rest of the normal soldier tent.
In one of the luxurious tents, there’s a man in black robe that seems to be meditating. A staff with a glowing skull as its ornament is floating in front of him. There are also 2 other man with the same robes beside him. But they are not meditating but guarding him from any distraction that can affect his meditation.
Suddenly, the man who is meditating spurts out a huge amount of blood, dying the carpet that he is sitting on into dark red color.
The 2 other dark robe men was shocked and hurried to his side to support his body from falling.
[Hey, what happen?] one of them asked
[Cough.. cough.. there’s.. cough.. another man beside... ..cough.. her..!]
[What? I thought we killed off all of her guards? There should be no one that can injured you around her..]
[Did the intel we obtain wrong?]
The 2 dark robe man begin to discuss among themself, while the injured person begin to meditate again and his complexion slowly returning to normal.
[Who is the man that managed to injured you? What rank of power is he?]
[I don’t know. And I can’t determine his rank power. But he must be a warrior magician. He managed to catch the Mithril Sword and crush it with his hand, and he also traced back the magic of Corpse Control back and managed to damaged me.]
[He must be the reason why eight out of thirteen of our B ranked warriors didn’t return from the jungle.]
[He could be an A ranked.]

[We should inform this to Boss and request for reinforcements.]
[I think that’s not a good idea. By the time they reach here, they are already long gone.]
[Then what should we do? Just leave them alone?]
[No, according to their route taken, they should be heading towards Kouma Kingdom, which should be the next target for our attack. For now, we head back and report everything to Boss.]
[Why should we still call him Boss though, he has already taken over this kingdom’s territory.]
[I don’t know. But Boss’s orders are absolute.]
That night, the whole army stationed outside the ruins of Miore begin packing their stuff for returning.
.
The next day, Raynor wakes up by the smell of something delicious. He saw Yuria cooking something with a pot.
[Good Afternoon, finally you wake up. What time do you plan to sleep until?] Yuria asked.
Raynor was surprised that he slept until afternoon. He is normally a morning bird. He usually wakes up before the sun even rises. He suspects that the time scale here is different from Earth that causes him to wake up late, or the changes done to his body from yesterday’s meditation mess up his internal clock, or maybe it changes him into a lazy person..
Regretting that he meditate yesterday, he gets up and eat his meal prepared for him by Yuria. He plans to ask her regarding the changes done to his body, but he realizes now is not a right time. There is something weird about Yuria. She seems to be in a good mood.
He read an article before about women, that they are a creature that acts opposite with what they are feeling. A perfect example is right in front of him now. She may seem to be in a good mood, but she’s actually in a bad mood. Raynor can feel a cold wind blowing through him whenever he thinks more about it.

After their meal, they packed their stuffs and finally leave the cave and head towards Yuria’s destination. The cave is the first place that Raynor arrived when he came here. He felt a bit of insecurity having to leave this place that accommodate him for many days, and to travel to an unknown destination.
Leaving the cave, Raynor saw 2 piles of dirt with stone slabs on it. It is a burial place for the 2 corpses of Yuria’s loyal guard. She has spent the entire night burying them while he is asleep. Raynor took a glance at the 2 grave, then turn to look at Yuria. But he saw her walk past the grave without looking back.
It might be that Yuria is trying to act tough, or she has already gotten over it.
What Raynor didn’t know was that this is not the first experience that Yuria lost someone important. For over 200 years of living, many important people come and go in her life. She even has many close friends that she watch them since they were born until they died of old age. The sad experiences accumulated during her long period of lifetime, something like this can’t even compare to it. After mourning for the whole night, she has already moved on. For she also knows that those that went ahead of her wouldn't want to see her stumble because of their death.
.
After walking for a while, Raynor noticed the baggage that Yuria is holding. It contains the swords that manage to damage his titanium armor yesterday..

Reborn as a Magic Firefly, Help?
A rural farmer's boy is unknowingly reincarnated into a world of magic and monsters as just a wee little larva, not even considered a monster at all. But through grit and a passion for surviving, he will eventually evolve into something truly powerful and maybe, just maybe, find a way home. If that means defeating powerful foes and becoming a powerful monster himself, maybe, just maybe, that's what he needs to do. Popcorn easy-going typical "reincarnated as a monster" fic. Expect evolution trees, rare evolutions, small twists, a generally unaccepted main character who just wants to meet a human, the works. In this story, the main character is reincarnated as a larva, but his evolution will lead him down a path to become a will 'o wisp firefly hybrid, since that is what the fellows over on light novel amino requested, and it sounded cool. I'm just writing this to keep my fingers moving, so it won't have too much effort in it, but if you like stories like the beginning of the (good) reincarnated-as-a-dragon light novel, I'm sure you'll like this one. Popcorn isekai fic. The cover, drawn by yours truly, will reflect the current evolution of the main character. Also, he'll be pretty weak-to-strong, since, well, maggots are kind-of-really weak.

Upon Blazing Wings
A distant land. A declining empire. A society where the strong rule over the weak. Li Jie, a destitute boy whose only desire is to cure his ailing mother, desires strength over anything else to prevent himself and his mother from being crushed like insects in the face of the cruel men who inhabit his world. After witnessing his friend being struck a fatal blow by a ruthless cultivator for coming to his rescue, a dormant power lying within Li Jie awakens and offers the boy power in exchange for completing its only request: """"Burn the Heavens to the ground upon your blazing wings!"Witness this story of cultivators and magical beasts, of brutality and friendship, of earth-shaking talent and sky-shattering skill. Witness the legend of Li Jie!-----Upon Blazing Wings is a xianxia (Chinese for """"immortal hero"""") story, taking heavy inspiration from I Shall Seal the Heavens by Er Gen as well as other famous xianxia stories. For those well-versed in the genre, the story should seem familiar. However for those who are new, the culture and technical terms may be bit alien at first. I will possibly post a glossary explaining some of the details if necessary, but hopefully you will be able to explore and understand the world with me as I write about it.

Decapod
Reagan was just the average marine biology intern, but he never expected to be drawn into a portal and wake up as one of the creatures who dwells in the ocean. Not only is this seemingly new world confusing and filled to the brim with predatory monsters, but it seems to have a system like an RPG! But Reagan's hopes of incredible powers are quickly destroyed when he makes the discovery that he is a custacean, and crustaceans are the only monsters who can't evolve or get abilities as they level up, the only thing they get is bigger. PS. this is my first story, i accept criticism.

The Chronicles of Artharian Dagworth
Back in 2020 there were many theories on how the world would end. From the many religions apocalypses, nuclear wars that would leave the planet inhabitable, global warming doing the same, biological weapons getting out of control, viruses mutating into unstoppable diseases to the dead raising to prey on humanity, either due to a virus or just because hell filled up. Also, aliens, from the war mongering kind to the ones so advanced they didn’t see us as more than worms. And of course there was the fail proof theory that the world would end when the sun died. In a bunch of billion years give or take. Althougth some new scientist were discussing if the end would be on the take side, since when the sun started dying things would go haywire on the entire solar system and we would collide with mercury or maybe mars way before the expanding sun engulfed earth. But I digress… Now, those were the mainstream theories that the everyday Joe, who didn’t know the big secret, worried about. So, if you were to ask me which theory was correct I can tell you that I haven’t seen any little green man, at least not from another planet, and so far the sun is still shining, although it’s been only 9 years since everything went to hell, not the few billions (give or take) the scientist predicted, so that one isn’t ruled out yet. These two aside, I'd say all of them. Hey everyone, this is my first attempt at writing. I have been planning to do it for a really long time, and while this is not the one epic fantasy idea I ever wanted to write, I think it's a good one. The plan is to write an end of the world urban-fantasy series. Think a world like Dresden Files, Alex Verus, Iron druid, where magic is real but exist hidden from society meets the apocalypse. It will be written in first person in the Dresden Files style, no plans for other POV for now. As you probally alredy guessed from my style, english is not my first langague, so while google corrector helps, expect grammar errors, and I'd be gratefull for anyone to point them. I plan to write 2 to 3 chapters a week, 2000-4000 words each. Might change as I get more experience and depends on my free time. Cover image from the colections of getwallpapers.com

But I love to make up stories and want to share some. Please forgive any mistake and any advice is welcome. Right now I have 400,000 words written but not edited. Any help with editing will be welcome. Most of all enjoy or find another story you will. Thank you. There is some gore and Traumatising content but not much of either
