Gabriel coldly stared at the two dead bodies on the ground, he made quick work of the two people from the church. The boy with the cross sword fought bravely to the end but his bravery didn't get him no where against the siblings and the teacher he was simply just a punching bag to them. After the two monsters killed the people from the church they shared the bodies between them. The teacher's dress kept getting redder and her body kept getting more inhuman while the conjoined siblings started getting red carving on their body, the carving of the brother started to look like a comedy mask while the sister's carving started to look like a tragedy mask. As he noticed the new changes on his monsters he summoned them back into the canvas and started heading east, going to the person in north would have taken less time but he still trusted his gut feeling telling him that the person heading north was strong so he didn't want the person in north to get backup from the others.
BOOM, there was a loud explosion and something that resembled a human was shot across an alley, it looked quite comical like a rag doll being tossed. John was barely breathing, he and Paul were ambushed by the man they were hunting for and contrary to their belief he was quite strong, they fought on even ground against him alone until they were ambushed by two other monsters. Paul was instantly killed while he barely managed to escape with severe injuries but they caught up to him again and he was punched quite hard by the stitched up monster. "Do you have any last words?" Came a calm and soothing voice followed the by the sound of steady footsteps. John coughed out blood from his mouth and simply just pointed the middle finger at the man with the white mask. "I see, no last words it is." Gabriel calmly looked at his immature act and simply killed the thin man with blonde hair. Gabriel had noticed that the more the monsters absorbed from the humans the more monstrous they looked and they got quite stronger with the looks. The teacher who didn't resemble her human self anymore no longer had a face it was just blood that tried to form a face and her skin which was originally pale ash started to turn a tinge of red. The siblings also looked different now they had more red carvings on their body but it wasn't just a comedy and tragedy mask now it seemed like it was trying to tell a story with the carvings. "The more powerful you grow, the more powerful I become what a symbiotic relationship we share, shouldn't we cherish our relationship even more?" Gabriel smiled as he asked the two monsters who simply just nodded. 'What great progress, the more they kill the more they become less human and the more they'll listen to my instructions even more. Although I have to admit that I don't like how they lose some of their emotions I guess they can just live with anger and fury.' Gabriel thought of this as he observed the two monsters silently.

Amanda concluded from her long search that she didn't find anything by going north so she started to head back to the location they agreed upon, which was the place that they decided to split from each other. When she arrived back at the location she was surprised that she didn't see any members from her team at the spot they agreed upon. 'Maybe they're heading back here right now, or they discovered something important, should I stay here or try to find them.' As Amanda contemplated on what to do a voice came from the dead night. "Are you looking for your team mates?" The voice asked mockingly, and when Amanda heard this she turned around and strike the location where she heard the voice coming from with her purple whip. The whip hit the roof of a old building and when it did it caused the roof to be destroyed. Gabriel who was standing on the roof was surprised as he saw this, the whip and the person wielding it was quite dangerous. As he was falling from the roof he summoned the teacher and jumped on her head onto another roof. "Wow you are quite the opposite from every normal lady, can't you be a little more delicate?" Gabriel asked teasingly but he was even more cautious now and no longer as playful. He summoned the sibling and got the two monster to guard him while he prepared for the fight against the strongest enemy he had ever met.

Fallout: Vault X
An original novel set in the Fallout universe, written to be accessible to all, featuring unique people and places. Vol.II. out now Fallout: Vault X tells the story of John. A vault dweller, who spent every day of his twenty five years underground. Like his father, and his father before him. Proud to live in the last remaining bastion of humanity, all that survived The Great War of the atomic age. Hidden deep below the surface of the earth, toiling under brutal conditions. Year after year, decade upon decade. All to expand into the natural cave system the Vault occupied, building for the future. However, John knew what his forefathers did not, that everything he’d been taught was a lie. After finishing school at the age of ten, John received his standard issue pipboy. An arm mounted personal computer, worn by everyone in the Vault. Used to coordinate the relentless pace of expansion, needed to work as an apprentice. To learn the craft that would be his life’s work. A noble calling to ensure a future for all that remained of the human race. A quirk of fate saw John equipped not with the crude, clunky, pipboy model his father wore. That almost everyone around him wore. His looked smaller, sleeker, finished in a jet black sheen. And capable of doing far more than its drab counterparts. The world above had been ravaged by atomic flames, yet life clung to its bones. The Red Valley fared better than most in the century since the bombs fell. The clean water and rich soil protected by rolling hills. All spared from direct strikes, for the most part. Life survived here. Trees spawned from charred ground, misshapen, green leaves turned red. Along with simple crops, grown wild at first, then cultivated by the survivors. The scavengers of the old world were inventive, hardy people. All determined to rebuild in the ruins of a world they never knew. In the decades that passed settlements emerged. They grew, spreading along the valley floor. Reclaiming the pre-war remnants of the once industrialised heartland. Salvaging the robotic wonders of a bygone age to build their walls and work their fields. To protect them in the dark of the wasteland. But such things are uncommon in this world, and the rarer something is, the greater its value. And the worth of pre-war technology had not gone unnoticed. The last, real, power in this world rested in the mechanised hands of The Brotherhood of Steel. Forged from the mortally wounded old world military. The Brotherhood used its access to the weapons made for a conflict no one won to strike out into the wastes. Men and women were equipped with advanced armour, aerial transportation, high grade weaponry. Accompanied by the training, strength, and will, to put them to use. They established chapters and set up outputs far and wide. All dedicated to a single purpose. To ensure the technology left abandoned by its long dead creators didn’t fall into the wrong hands. Namely, any hands that were not their own. This is the world John escaped into. A place of horrors brought forth from atomic fire. A place where survival meant battling against the darkness. Fighting a war each day to get to the next. And war...war never changes

Philippines in Another World (Because Japan is too OP. Please Nerf)
This is the Philippines, the Pearl of the Orient Seas. It is a country of sunny weather and sweet smiles, where life is relatively simple (unless you are into politics) and where people are friendly and warm. However, it is not without flaws. For instance, Philippines suffer corruption in the government like other developing countries as well as decades of insurrection. The rich only gets richer and the poor gets poorer, while since time immemorial the country's denizens have this habit of hating their presidents and loving foreigners more than their own countrymen. It seems nothing has changed much since the famed EDSA Revolution of 1987.The year is 2042. Philippines has reached economic growth comparable to South Korea in 2022. Still, elite families control the government and social justice remains dismal. The younger population became increasingly materialistic while their parents are becoming more and more irresponsible. The problem has shifted from "how to decrease population" to "how to make spoiled kids' and parents' ass off to work".In terms of military power, the country has acquired considerate amount of firepower but remained one of the weakest in the ASEAN region thanks to politics. Worse, China and the USA has declared war against each other after a diplomatic blunder thanks to the incompetence of their respective new presidents. The world is doomed to a world war 3 while the Philippines was caught unprepared for war. Instead of finding solutions, politicians in the Philippines continued to blame their political enemies while the CBCP called everyone to prayer, hoping that God would make a miracle that make Philippines somewhat immune to nuclear weapons. Ironically, the prayer got answered in a way that is unimaginable....

Miracle Angeliva
Spirits, or what people usually referred to as ghosts, are something that has always been with us since ancient times. Some people are gifted to see them. However, most of us can’t see them without training. And without seeing them, we won’t believe. People only believe what they see, after all. However, I assure you, spirits are real. Spirits are always there. Just because you can’t see them doesn’t mean they are not real. Just like people of ancient ages who can’t see bacteria or those who can’t see stars further than eyes can see, there are limits to our technology. Similarly, even though the current technology can’t prove the existence of supernatural beings, that doesn’t mean they don’t exist. In the future, if we can develop technology so everyone can see them just like how a microscope helps us seeing micro beings, I believe everyone will believe it too. That being said, I still can’t prove their existence yet. -Raleigh Von Vlad Update daily (if possible, if not, guaranteed chapters are on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday) Thanks to gej302 for the fantastic cover!
