Fourth chapter of the week!
OK first of all, as I have written previously, I already have the story for my next novel. In fact it is the continuation of this one. I do not want to spoiler to much, but I will write some less important things her that might catch your interest.
First of all it will be a action, commedie, xianxia, fantasy element novel. I will stress the comedian part quite a lot so be prepared.
Also this story will contain a lot of... let's call them interesting characters.
A talking vegetable (cultivation treasure)
A conscious magical treasure that controls a golem made out of potatoes to move itself.
Hope this is enough to catch your interest.
Now here is the chapter
Chapter 93 Loss
Without waiting for anything to happen, she shot forward. Qi began to swirl around her as she closed in onto the completely defenceless figure of Rean.
But as she came closer to him, his mad smile once again broadened. Seeming unaffected by the terrifying storm of qi rushing onto him, his aura also started to expand from his body. As it crashed with the qi and the aura of the black lady, a explosion forced both of them back.
Astonished the woman saw how Rean accelerates, closing the distance even quicker.
In the next moment they already met head on.
Both used their qi and savagely crushed it into each other. Booms continued to spread out as the fight became more and more intense.
Surprised the woman noticed, that even though she held the advantage in their slashes, it was only a small one that did not effect the battle to much. In fact it was small enough to call both of them evenly matched.
Seeing that she wouldn't be able to finish the fight this way, she quickly made some handseals channeling her qi into a the technique before sending it once again against the lad before her.
A majestic phenix completely black in color formed out of the qi and like an arrow it shoot of towards Reans head.
The latter did not bother to dodge, instead he suddenly expanded his domain around him body letting the phenix crush into it. As it slammed into the semitranslucent area around Rean, the qi it was made of shattered and dissolved into the surrounding. Seemingly having no effect on Rean.
This was when Rean counter attacked. Inside of his palm a small part of his domain separated and formed a ball. Inside if it a storm started to rage. It was no normal storm. This was a storm made out of dao's.
Terrifying energy and ripples radiated from this small ball in his hand and as it did, Reans body seemed to collaborate under it's destructive powers. But as he was inside of his own domain, other dao's quickly restored his body making it a unending cycle of destruction and regeneration.

The black ladies eyes grew sharp. SHe felt a tingling feeling of danger from this small orb and seeing what it did to Reans body while it was still under control made her mad mind shiver with fear. The was crazy, but she still was able to detect danger and protect her own live.
She was extremly clear that if this orb reached her body it would leave nothing behind. That was if it reach.
Just as Rean finally threw the orb, she quickly reacted. A small item appeared in her hands and as he channeled her qi into it, it began to glow. Suddenly her whole body disappeared and the orb just continued it's way slamming into the ground a distance away.
An explosion finished of every men that was standing closer then 200 meters to it.
Rean didn't look after the orb, he was currently search after the suddenly disappeared black clothed woman. Turning around he used his eyes to quickly search everything around him.
Then he felt a presence behind him and once again formed a orb in his hand throwing it right behind him.
The black woman that had just appeared behind him once again used the magical item in her hands and teleported again making the second orb miss as well.
Like this they went on, Rean threw his orbs after the black woman, who would then teleport away so as to not be caught in the explosion resulting from the orbs.
Soon the whole area around them had turned into a forbidden area on the battlefield no one was entering. Every minute there were booms causing the men in the vicinity to shudder. No one could guess just what could cause such destructive power.
The fight continued this way for multiple hours, no one having the advantage, no one being able to kill the other. But while they still looked as good as at the beginning, no wound on their bodies and not even a speck of dust on their clothes, the fight had been taxing on both of them.
And as it went on, the favor of the fight began to change.
With every orb Rean produced he had to use up massive quantities to controller the dao's in it and also reconstruct his own body and while he had quite a lot of qi inside of him, it was only natural that he couldn't#t compare to the black ladies quantity.
So while fighting he slowly began to run low on qi, making every orb a massive struggle.
The black lady on the other side had also used up quite a lot of qi, but as she had a overwhelmingly superior cultivation, she was able to sustain this game of attacking and fleeing for much longer.
Finally Rean completely ran out of qi.

Standing in midst of a completely destroyed field, he sighed grinning.
"So that's how I die, hm?"
He did not fear death. The moment he had given up his live, he already was ready to die. In fact he had already known that he would die even before starting the fight with the black lady. So instead of fearing his own death, he was rather sad that he couldn't fight for a bit longer.
This was his way, his dao. The way he would die. Grinning and fearless.
"Hey, what are you waiting for?"
He yelled to the black lady that had once again appeared a few meters away from him. Still wary she observed him with suspicion in her eyes. After all the surprises she had experienced in the last hours she was exceedingly wary of anything Rean could try.
After all who knows, maybe he was just pretending, waiting that she let down her guard to finally kill her.
Only after waiting a bit and seeing that Rean really seemed to be out of qi, she finally shoot of towards him.
Inside of her right hand a small eager appeared, the black steel sparkling.
"Die."
She cried as she closed the last meter.
"Let's see again in the next live."
SLASH
"Stop it!"
Suddenly a voice called out.
Just as the dagger was about to pierce threw the defenceless Rean body, a hand appeared out of nowhere gripping he cold steel.
Getting out of balance, the black lady tripped and fell to the ground. Looking up she saw a young man with blond hair standing in front of Rean and holding her dagger in his hands.
"Stop it, you have lost.
The young blonde man said towards the black woman on the ground."

Some moments ago
From one moment to the other, the church had lost.
They just fought against the remaining kingdom soldiers that had raided their quaters, as suddenly like a flood soldiers came. Huge storms of divine soul energy swept over them forcing them to the ground. Humans striking down onto them with the strangest attacks.
It were two forces that were attacking them right now. Men clothed in red or purple robes using strange energies to attack them and other men wearing completely mixed outfits that were simply destroying them using various qi techniques.
Inside of the headquaters that were now filled with intense fighting, the representive of the church stared at the suddenly arrived men. His eyes widened as he finally realized, that almost all of them were humans and that their cultivation were in fact fastly out powering their own troops!
"This is impossible."
Distressed he started to run.
No one had told him that this would happen. Where did this men come from? Shouldn't this have been a easy victory?
His whole life he had been taught that the gods were almighty and everyone heeding their word would receive glory and riches. They only had to kill every evil human so as to bring glory to them.
Four years ago when the gods had finally descended, he had seen his change. Believing that he would have a glorious live he devoted himself the church and even archived a high position in the church.
And then, when he was send to the army to be the church representive for the siege, he believed it would be a easy victory. After all the gods had personally come to kill this insolent heretics. Worry free he had been watching their army advancing to Bluedragon city and starting the siege.
And even as it became obvious that a victory was almost impossible, he had steep believe into his gods. To him it had been only a matter of time until the walls would fall.
But now it was over. Even he could see this. The troops that were attacking them were more powerful then them and they had the advantage. Their changes of victory had already reached rock bottom.
As he run around the headquaters not really knowing where he was even running to, suddenly a men appeared in front of him. Without even saying a word he stepped towards the white gowned church representive, a massive broadsword in his hands.
"Hahah- l-let me live p-please. I-i never r-really was o-on their s-side."
Suddenly the church representive began to stutter. He began to retreat, turning around he was ready to run away.
Chop
His head fell to the ground.
"Pa, not even worth it."
The men who had just beheaded the church representive spat down onto the headless corpse.
