"Oh! as expected of the Items I receive from the system, such cool and overpowered buffs and effects! This game system is really generous! But what's really important is this two: [ Ring of Steel ] and the SSS skill [ Scorched Hell ] truly deserving to be called an SSS skill! too overpowered! Isn't this basically a cheat!? Unfortunately, I still can't use the [ Ring of steel ].................but because I have it, It doesn't matter! Fuhahahahahaha! now with this additional Items and skills, I can now focused my mind in looking for the floor exit!"

S, SS, and SSS magic skills are very different from the other skills. These skills are mostly [ AOE ] type skills and very powerful. Although this skills are basically a cheat and way too overpowered, these skill needs ample amount of time to prepare and they have spell words or chants that need to recite which is very different from ordinary magic skills which are chant less.

S skills have one step chant while SS skills has 3 step chants.

Lastly SSS skills which are considered divine skills have five step chants.

Packing all the loots I obtained from the monsters I defeated, I put it all into the make-shift bag made from the leather of a monster that I also acquired. Because of the surplus of items, It couldn't fit all in my inventory so I decided to take some leather and tie them up using the dry vines I found inside this thick forest.

I can't just leave all this Item right?

"Great, I guess I'm ready to go!"

After finishing my preparations, I immediately depart.

Of course, this is the cool and handsome me, Hero a.k.a Hein. Up until now, ever since I left the [Tree House ] I was already

running and jumping from one tree to another without minding the

wandering monsters in the ground. I don't want to fight a

pointless battle for now because what's more important for me

right now is to leave this place as long as possible!

I don't know the exact time, but I bet its already five to six o'clock because I noticed that the surrounding grasslands and my vision seems dim for some reason.

Jeez, If they have time making this [ Game ] reality then just why the heck did they forgot to build some digital clock in the interface! Really ridiculous!

Luckily, I still haven't encounter any strong monsters up until now~

".....Just how big is this place!?.....I'm running for almost a couple of hours already..... I guess but still I can't find any sign of a wall or something! Isn't this underground? or maybe a place under that big tree from [ Haven's Garden ]"

As I ran with all my might, I said while complaining as I survey the whole forest.

And then I noticed, while running and jumping around, I seem to have came to the edge of a line for the close trees as the next tree that I should jump next seems 11 meters away.

Because of the abnormal growth of the trees here in this place, this trees became enormous to the point that its height seems half of that of the Tokyo tower! As a result, the edge is akin to that of a cliff and It is very deep~ quite scary isn't it!

But it seems if I stress the limits of the effects of the [Acrobatics ]skill, It seems like I can reach it......probably~

'Okay~ Here I go'

I took a deep breath as I step back and then started running towards the edge. I put more power on my left foot as I stamped the branch with enough force to shake it. With a fierce reaction,

I accelerated like an arrow fired from a bow in a parabola motion,

closing the gap in an instant. The moment I feel like the force

I've exerted to propel myself diminished, I changed the gravity on my body towards my hips by crouching my body and turning it 180 degrees. The moment my left foot laded at the other branch, I immediately roll to reduce the impact.

And I landed successfully and in a flawless and graceful way~

"Hehehehe as expected of me, I'm really amazing~"

Satisfied with the outcome, I slowly stood up and look around the surrounding. Because of my [ Night Vision ] skill, even though it

seems already night and dark I can still see clearly enough,

although it's not as bright as it would be in daytime though.

"How comfortable~ This place is really like a very huge forest isn't it~" I can feel my lips had a hint of smile in them. If we exclude the fact about the dangerous monsters lying and wandering around, this place would become a very beautiful and abundant forest.

As the darkness and silence covered the entire place, I stood proudly on the tallest tree I could find, standing proudly while as I turned my gaze around. Twisting my head from side to side slowly, I firmly gripped my fist and shouted....

"I AM THE KING OF THE WORLDDDDDDD!!!!"

Fumu, I always, always, always wanted to do that! hehe

Feeling satisfied, a small smile appeared in the corner of my mouth while deeply breathing the fresh and cool air when suddenly....

In a clump of bushes slightly ahead, a single brown wild boar suddenly showed up. It has two horns protruding in its head and fangs in each side of its smoking tusk. Yes! It is really smoking and not just that. It's wide back was like a grilled pork, still smoking and excreting a very delicious smelling fragrance that make one's stomach growled in hunger!

Oh my god! I felt my drool leaking out from my mouth.

Wild boar race that is rarely seen inside the forest. This wild boars have very distinctive appearance, because of the heat emitting from inside their bodies, their backs have been fried to perfectness. Added with the herbs they always love to eat, every cook in the world dreams on laying their hands on it.

Immediately gripping the [ Magic Blade Sword ] in my hand, I jumped in front of it.

Reacting to being targeted, the [ Flaming Wild Boar ] glared at me and violently scratched the ground with its foreleg.

A level 28 monster, which is 18 levels higher than mine. If I were to falter here, I would lose the chance to taste it!? no can do!

Even if I were to die, I would definitely have to eat it!

The [ Magic Blade Sword ] glowed a pale blue light and along with a sharp sounding sound effect, my whole body moved. Accelerating my leg and right arm, I increased the power by channeling my mana into the sword.

My opponent might be a Level 28 monster but I have confidence that

I can kill it. With my inflated stats, I might be a Level 10 player but in fact I have the power of a Level 20 or above player.

That's what a stat can do!

Slashing its weak point; which is the back of its head, with all my power I've dealt a critical hit.

The [ Flaming Wild Boar ] was reduced in single hit in an instant.

It fell in the ground as it shriek in agony. Without wasting this chance, I immediately bombarded it with sword attacks. With the last attack, I swung my sword in a horizontal manner as if swinging a baseball bat.

'HOME RUNNNNN!!!'

As if I heard someone yelling in while using a microphone, the last attack I released head-on hit the mane area of the wild boar, returning a strong recoil as it was sent flying towards the back violently.

"Giiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii!!!!!!"

Screaming as it bounced off the ground, it stopped in the air unnaturally.

"BAM!"" DUKAN!""BASHAA!"

An intense sound effect, along with a light effect. The [ Flaming Wild Boar ] was wriggling for a short time until it stopped and laid in the ground motionless.

Ecstatic, I immediately run towards it. After a few seconds, The [ Flaming Wild Boar ] banished and dropped 20 silver coins and a piece of 30 centimeter wide smoking grilled steak!

Dropped by the [ Flaming Wild Boar ] Due to it being grilled for a long time while being fresh, the grilled steak was already cooked to perfectness. Adding to it was the nutrition from the herbs eaten by the [ Flaming Wild Boar ] its taste change and become an addictive delicious grilled steak.

Heavens! It really dropped a cooked meat!

"AHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! Meat at last!"

Without further ado, I sat on the spot and started eating it.

I couldn't hold my voice.

A tingling yet wonderful sensation ran through my mind.

The meat has disappeared but its strong flavor continues to stimulate my taste buds.

"Delicious! What the heck is this!?"

I took another bite. And then another.......and then another......

It was like my whole body was moving on its own. It feels like my whole body was craving for more meat. Each bite of this hot yet tender and juicy meat felt like my mouth was stuffed to its fullest yet it wasn't.

The smoking grilled steak was really well flavored. It's juicy and crispiness was well balanced while its rich flavor was slowly spreading in my mouth. It tasted very good and smelled so good at the same time. One couldn't really help but craved for more. This is really addictive! It was a superb dish that can be compared to the number 1 dish in my 'Top 10 Delicious Foods'

The quite large piece of meat was gone in an instant, leaving me with a very satisfied and entranced expression. I really never expected such reaction from it!

"Definitely worth the trouble of defeating such monster!"

Slowly closing my eyes, I completely immersed myself in its aftertaste.

I opened my eyes while leaking out a tepid sigh.

".........a pity, there was none left!....I hope I can find another one~"

I stood up and immediately left the place.

After a long time of wandering, I still haven't encountered any [ Flaming Wild Boar ].

....A pity....such a pity......

With a sudden thought flared in my mind, I suddenly thought about the condition of the outside world. most especially about the orphanage....

"Just how was the condition of the real world now?.......Well, from this sudden turn of events, there is no doubt that there is definitely a huge uproar occurring. From what that (Self-proclaimed) AI-Goddess wannabe, I should be lying in a hospital bed right now, and I bet everyone in the orphanage; especially mother superior were probably there, staying beside my motionless real body."

I wonder just what are they feeling right now. Shock? Sadness? Doubt? Fear? Or maybe grief....?

However, the fact that I am still living here, within this game, is proof that everyone have not forcibly torn off my VR Gear. In other words, they probably do believe in it. In that AI-wannabe's warning.

In this entire time, they might have always been praying that I would return alive.

In order to live through this death game and return, someone must defeat that monstrous last boss of a form that I can't even begin to imagine about, to clear the game.

Of course, I don't want to do it by myself just because I'm now slightly stronger. What I want to do right now is to make sure I survive and protect the people I want to protect; Whether It is an AI, monster, Marie or teach. That's all there is about my goal!

In regards of the final BOSS, I'll only think about it when it happens.

"...really, I'm not a child anymore yet I still make others worry for me....Jeez, I'm really sorry mother superior and everyone.....well not like they can hear me or anything...."

I bet mother superior is really crying right now! well, that just who she is.....
